I got a flat tire when I was driving home from work last night and happened to be right in front of 44 Auto Mall. I just pulled into the parking lot to wait for AAA, but Paul was in the parking lot and offered to change the tire for me. He quickly removed my tire and put the spare on so that I wouldnt have to wait in the cold. And he wouldnt take any money! I really appreciate how great he was. Thank you so much!! Hard to believe!! I had the pleasure of working with Joe in my recent vehicle purchase and cant say enough. I drove an hour and a half to get to Joes place and when I arrived all the paperwork was done and ready to sign. The 2008 Lincoln MKX car was everything and more than expected. Immaculate and like new! Drives like new which was well beyond my expectations. Not exactly the best, had to find an employee and when we did, he was busy watching TV and playing on his phone. The car we looked at smelled like smoke. They could have bombed it with spray at least. He was nice and didnt bother us though.

They gave me a good price and a helpful financing structure for a used, 2010 Mazda 6 that runs almost as if it were new, and do the work of registering the car as well. Paul was courteous and helpful, and made my first car-buying experience really great.I would absolutely buy from them again.

My wife recently bought a Corolla from the owner, Paul. Paul treated my wife with dignity and respect. He answered her questions directly and honestly. In the end, it was an easy purchase and my wife drove away with a good car at a good price.

I feel like this is the typical used car lot. My entire experience was very monotonous. I purchased here only because they had the vehicle with the features my wife wanted. Be granular when you overlook of the vehicle! The 2013 GMC Terrain I bought had an awful noise coming from the front brakes when i test drove it that I informed the dealer about as well as an open recall on the vehicle. I was assured the brake noise was fixed when i picked it up. It was not and i was told our mechanic is not affiliated with us. If youre putting cars on your lot they worked on, they are. Period. I had to bring the car back again for it to be fixed properly. I also requested ONE form to be faxed to my insurance agent to get the vehicle registered and I was told that my wife had enough info for my insurance agent and they were too busy to fax the document. The result was a discrepancy in the initial mileage on the insurance binder as well as the incorrect name on the policy as the policy holder. This would have not been an issue had one simple form been faxed. I was told by the dealer that I should have known what name the policy needed to be in. its common sense they said. After finally getting that situated, my wife goes to get the vehicle inspected and it fails for the front tires. The dealer said it passed in RI so it should pass in MA and CT (I am in MA) and that my inspector may have just been picky. Dont buy here if youre out of state.They tell me to once again bring the vehicle back and theyll have their guy look at it and if he says it would have passed in RI they wont put new tires on it but if he says it wouldnt they would. Their inspector said one of the front tires was borderline so the dealer offered to either A) replace that one tire or B) they would buy two if i bought two and i would have all 4 new tires. B seems better right? Not really. They offer to obviously split the cost but what used car dealerships dont tell you is the estimated cost given to the customer (for shops with wholesale accounts with town fair tire specifically but with most other tire shops as well) differs from what the dealer will be billed. So if you split the estimated cost thinking youre paying 50%, when the dealer is billed the wholesale cost you actually end up paying closer to 80%. You could consider it a solution I suppose but not a customer friendly one, in my opinion. There was no empathy or personality at this shop. My wife was even told by one of the dealer owners that I am difficult to deal with so be prepared to be labeled and told it is your fault if you are expecting a pleasant transaction and you complain because things are incorrect and not attended to. If they do not have the exact car you are looking for at the lowest price around, I suggest going elsewhere. Mistakes happen, but you cant blame the customer for your business shortcomings. I dont complain if things go wrong as long as the experience fixing them is pleasant. Look for that in reviews of used car dealers before you buy!

Professional, courteous, fair prices. My husband & I did plenty of research prior to deciding on the best option for our family. We looked & drove far & wide without any luck. Thanks to a KBB referral we found a truck in great condition @44 Auto Mall. Paul & Joe were very helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend them. PS: There are lots of clean vehicles on the lot right now!

I dont know where these five star reviews are coming from. Maybe they are in respect to the lots previous owners, because when I went to 44 Auto Mall my experience was definitely not a five star experience.First off, most of the cars on their website werent even on the lot. I called beforehand and was told the two cars I was interested in were there, but, when I got there I was told they were just sold.The remaining cars that were there were filthy, a few had semi-flat tires.44 Auto Mall is more like a scrap yard than a car lot.

I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain from them, and 37 days later the transmission went.. I was told that I had a 90 day warranty, and low and behold, a 30 day warranty appears. When I contacted them about the issue, I was pretty much advised “That’s why I am glad that I sold you an extended warranty” a warranty that I pay for each month I should be thankful for..heres an idea, why don’t you sell fully functional vehicles. After reading Paul’s reviews, I am curious since we both experienced problems with the same type of vehicle from the same dealership!!Do NOT purchase a vehicle from them!!!!

Paul was great and the whole process was smooth and painless. He is a no bullshit kind of guy, he doesnt play games with prices like most dealers (like advertising a great price only for you to get there and realize that price was with $3000 cash or trade, seriously, why do they do that? if a TV is advertised as $499, its $499, not $398.99 plus $100), he offers his cars at fair prices and thats it. The car is great, he took care of everything for me, and even stayed late (twice!) to accommodate my work schedule... not to mention let me store my old vehicle on his property for a few days until I could get it. Paul just goes above and beyond!

UPDATE: after leaving my original review below, I was contacted by Paul both on the actual review and by phone. My mother (who purchased the car) called him and they came to an agreement regarding fixing the tail light. So I have increased my 1 star review to a 3 star for now until this is completely resolved. I do appreciate the efforts made by Paul & joe and will further update my review once everything is finished. Otherwise I think the car we purchased for my mom was a great deal, and she loves it!was helping my mother purchase a car and found the car she ended up buying at 44 auto mall. Made the sale the Friday before July 4th and Paul and joe said they were going on vacation for the week of 4th of July. I was also told by the woman there that they were moving the business to another location. Have been trying to reach them ever since to clear up an issue we have had with the tail light. They have not answered the phone, or returned any phone calls/messages or emails. All seemed ok until they stopped responding. Drove down to the location one night when I was nearby and they are still in the same location soooo not sure why the no response? It’s upsetting because the whole deal seemed ok, but yet again seems like another untrustworthy dealer. Also, none of the license plate lights were working and the passenger side taillight retains water and has blown out the led strip. I’d really appreciate a resolution to this tail light issue and it seems that the only way to reach anyone here is to leave a bad review.

Bought two cars on the same day in November. Since November 2016 till February 2017 The Mercedes Benz E350 4 matic has a check engine light that has come on three times with the same issue. First time was a week after i bought it. Took it too 44 auto mall and i had it back the same day fixed. Two weeks later same issue. Took it back to 44 auto mall. they had my car there for one week. They said they bench tested the part and installed a new part to replace the broken one. Again in February 2017 the same issue came up again. All issues have been documented and will be sent to my attorney.

Later to find put he is selling out car for 9,995 yeah so 6000+ profit how is that right! Only reason im giving them 3 stars is because joe was so helpful in gettimg my check engine light fixed that came on the day we bought a vehicle from them.Update thanks Paul for reaching out and fixing what was wrong with the check engine light and also calling and talking to me personally. Terrible place, run away.I went in February with my fiancé looking for a specific vehicle. We looked at the 2011 Honda Pilot that was on the lot. Upon arriving the vehicles where covered in snow no one cared to dust them off. I ended up cleaning the vehicle myself. I stepped inside to meet Paul I guess hes the owner. Dont know if its the way I look or the vehicle I drove in with, that Paul thought I was not serious in purchasing the vehicle. I asked if we are able to test drive the vehicle, his reply was how is your credit. Not knowing if I was paying cash for the vehicle just wanted to ask me about my credit. I advised him it is excellent which it was and still is. I asked Paul if I finance what are the rates and he quoted something ridiculous. I understand if I had bad or no credit but I dont. He then proceeded to get me the car key and dealer plate. My fiancé and I drove off. The car ran ok, slight shaking in the steering wheel. But it was something we were willing to over look; it has been a long car shopping experience and we were tired of looking at cars. About 5 minutes in I took the wheel and jumped on the highway. Instantly as I reached 60mph the steering wheel shook even worst and well as when I pressed the brakes. We returned to the dealership and I explained to Paul about the situation and his reply was I drove that vehicle it drives perfectly fine I said no that needs to be looked at. He then replies, You know what it is, their is snow in the threads I point at my tires and show him they have snow as well and my car doesnt shake. He must have gotten aggravated because his reply was You want the vehicle or not. We thanked him for his time and walked away. He is very rude I guess because he drives a Bentley with a dealer plate on it not even registered to him. I came to your dealership to make a deal and not waste my time. My and fiancé would like to thank you for being rude because we ended up purchasing a much better vehicle, which a much better interest and great service. Everything this dealership didnt offer.

Place sucks cant wait to get a lawyer to get my money back place selles junk lemons dont buy from them baught a car cash 11000 grand and after having it for 7 months everything starts going wrong oil pan timing belt tensioner valve cover the bearing in the clutch water pump like 5 grand in parts in labor there warrantee sucks they dont honor it pay 2 grand extra for a warrantee that they dont honor place thinks they got me but wait till they her from my lawyer they screw people dont buy from them trust me
