Good used vehicles bought my Saturn outlook here today

I bought a BMW from them 3 months ago and it started having problems. with all my ability I tried fixing it and buying new parts for it but more and more problems kept occurring... basically I bought a lemon and this BMW has not been serviced properly and this BMW has not been properly taken care of this car has connectors that are not connected to anything the car runs and drives poorly... I put more money into this car than it’s worth and I’m very upset over this purchase...please try and avoid coming here because you will get ripped off especially if you buy something expensive like I did... ima add on to this about 2 months later... it is March 2020 last year around the time I bought my 2006 BMW 3 the car had problems I had to put all my money into this car... I’m young I was happy to have my first car and they took the joy out of being a car owner... All the money I’ve had has gone to repairing and fixing this car that’s already a money pit and when I tried to return the vehicle within the 30 days the man told me I couldn’t... this is seriously not a good place to purchase any vehicle. I got my car repossessed last night... how am I supposed to make a car payment of 350$ a month plus insurance and have to buy parts and buy over a thousand dollars in equipment to fix the car... I’m so serious this car dealership is not and will repeat it IS NOT a dealership to do business with... every car they sell is a lemon and the cars they sell need thousands of dollars in repairs... this took the joy out of being a car owner for the first time and I swear I want to keep anybody else from making the same mistake I did... giving my last dollar to these thieves who know they are giving good people defective cars... STAY AWAY

My brother bought a car from I&R Auto almost a month ago, I was also with my brother while he was buying the car, they said the car does not have any issue, it is in great condition, we did not know that they sold car with transmission issue on my brother with out letting him know, my brother bought the car and trusted them, after driving one day, we got that the car has transmission issue, when we showed the car to mechanic, the mechanic said, it has problem with transmission and need to be fixed and it is ganna cost $3000 - $4000 to fix it, when my brother tolled I & R Auto that the car has transmission issue, they said no it does not have.Just wanted to share our experience with every one to consider our experience before buying car in here.if there was less than one star I would have definitely given that rate to I & R Auto

Bought a minivan here $1500 down, didn’t even get to the first payment and I was sitting beside the highway. I tried to contact them repeatedly and couldn’t get anyone to respond they just kept asking me to leave a message, I went by there a few times and they asked me to leave a message. They finally called me back!.... When the payment was due. Told my mechanic to do no more work and it then took them months to go get their clean & beautiful piece of junk!!

Trash car seller ever experienced. If you are looking to buy a car with technical glitches from day first, then come and buy a car from I & R auto. They need to learn how be customer focused, be honest if want to keep the business running. My brother bought a piece of headache from here and despite repeated reminder and follow up never provided required support and ignored time and again.This message is aimed at sharing experience with whoever looking for purchasing car. Never ever stop by this place. I wish I could give the dealership a zero star as deserved.

Got a Mazda 6 2009 around April of 2019 from I&R Auto its February 2020 now and it has been a very amazing car to me no check engine light no nothing got in perfect conditions and for A GREAT PRICE 👍 more then likely to recommend ppl here for cheap affordable cars GREAT PLACE 👌😎 AND PERFECT SALES PERSON 😊

A friend of mine bought a car a month ago. The transmission was failed as soon as he parked it. He still got the car right in front of his garage. Ya all be careful doing business with such a dealership.

For customers who know about cars, is hard for dealers to sale for them cars with the mechanical issue, but for dealers, it is like a cup of cake to sale cars with mechanical issues for customers who know nothing about the cars. Unfortunately, my friend was one of those customers who didn’t know anything about the cars and trusted the I & R Auto dealership and bought a minivan. It’s transmission didn’t last a day and right away it broke down on him .

Don’t waste your time and money here.

One of my friend bought a car from I&R after 2 week the transmation became out of orther.So I and R is the worst.

This dealer sold a car to my friend which had transmission failure at the first day. He was very disappointed.

Bought a car from them and two weeks later I have a check engine light,service air bags nd shocks. The owner himself said he would fix the key ignition and the trunk.four months later he still has not fixed it. So they do not have honor in their word as well as the cars. Stoped making payments on it.

I wish I could give no stars or -1 stars! my friend bought a car and the transmission had a significant problem less than 100 miles after purchase.

We Bought a Car here very good price and weve had it for over a year now and we have had no problems with the car. Very great people I would recommend this car dealer ship to people who are looking for a good cheap car 😀🚗🚘

The best place to find a car that last only two months before it breaks down. Save your money and try another dealership. But if you just need a temporary car for like 2 months come here..

The place was clean and friendly people and we purchased a grate car at a good price the car is still in great shape and running great without any problems and we are very satisfied with our car

Nothing stood out that impressed me to the point I would want to come back but I can also state nothing negative happened that would cause me not to come back. If they had something I were interested in I would return.

The dealer has no integrity. He sold a car with a major defect in transmission to my friend. I will never refer them to anyone.

If your buying the worst car to last for less than a week you need to choose I & R, otherwise not recommended to visit this place.

Bought a lemon from them and they are not professional enough to honor the cars. I bought a Mazda 6 and in nine days my engine blew. Leo and his wife are dishonest and crooks. My suggestion is to look at the BBB website and look at the different complaints.

Its okay they came out as soon as i got there and tried to help they were unwilling to bring the price down even 50$ ok customer service a little overpriced on most cars

This is the worst place to buy a car. They do not inspect these cars before selling them. They buy them at the auction and then sale them like at As Is, no warranty. The quality of cars is not good. High Mileage Just bought 2 cars from them, and after spending over $ 10,000.00, when I went back to ask for a discount becuase of a transmittion oil leak, they denied me. They are not customer friendly, un-professional. Will not recommend this place to no one. Horrible experience !!!!This is the worst place to buy cars. They do not inspect them before selling them.
