This is one of the cleanest businesses Ive seen in a long time! There was a very short line at the pharmacy. The shelves seemed to be very well stocked. The associates were kind and courteous and very helpful.
They advertise walk-in flu shots but the pharmacy tech insisted an appointment was needed - sent me to their website (gave me the wrong one- how can an employee not know their employers website?). On their website, it again said I could walk in any time. Did I mention that they werent crowded and werent giving any shots? They could have given a shot in the time it took to tell me they couldnt give a shot. I went ahead and made an appointment - for the local independent pharmacy. I know the labor market is tough; I feel sorry for the manager of this store if this is the best employee they could get.
I buy the 10 oz. Nice water for my mother. I buy as many as they have on the shelf each trip so I dont have to come back for a while. In the last 2 weeks they have been out and if you ask anyone to check the back they say its not in or it will be put out by Friday. I came back Friday and no water. They act like its too much trouble to check. The customer service is atrocious. Im looking another source.

Talia, Haydi & Connie are the nicest cashiers I’ve gotten at this location. I’m only giving them 5 stars because of them. It’s such a great experience when I go and they are there.Some of the other cashiers have helped before, but they are not friendly.
The folks that work there are very nice people. However, I have seen, twice now, that they will not get back to you if there is a problem with your prescription; even though the automated system indicates that they will.

Seem severely understaffed. It took me over an hour from my appointment time to be seen by the pharmacy staff. For some reason I have also been accosted in the parking lot by random people every time Ive gone here. Please spare yourself and go somewhere else.
I have been using this pharmacy for a year. They used to be good about helping me get the best price on my prescriptions. I have been going through the drive through alot due to all the sickness going around. The last couple of times I have gone some guy is working the window and both times he tells me my coupon wont work. Mind you its a Walgreens coupon. They always worked before he started working the window. He has cost me over $80 extra I shouldnt be paying. I am so frustrated, I am taking my business somewhere else from now on.
Had problems with products showing can use OTC cards then wont ring up.

I LOVE Walgreens. They really are personable and great customer service. Pharmacy takes care of you. In all the years (15 years), only 2 bad experiences and it was fixed right away. Always my go to store.
Ive been using this Walgreens for almost 2 yrs. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.. I know theyre busy but I have had too many bad experiences with pharmacy and photo. Will not be going back.
Pharmacy: Terrible Customer Service, disorganized and does not appear clean. Some of the prescription bags were laying all over the floor instead of in bins. The people act like they dont want to be there, I had to dig to get information from them otherwise they just dont even say anything to you (2 different associates at drop off an pick up both treated me that way). I had a prescription transferred here (I brought in my bottle for the information) When I picked up the refill, my prescription was not what it should have been (not sure if their fault or the transferring pharmacy or a miscommunication between the two) and I was dismissed like it was not their problem, offered no help at all. The Walgreens person even said that I should dig through my garbage to find the vial I discarded after I showed it to them for the transfer. I called the other pharmacy and they helped me understand what may have happened and said they were so sorry it happened. Just completely disappointed and will never go back to Walgreens.

If I could give no stars I would went to the pharmacy the lady couldnt find the prescription for my daughters medicine after watching them mope around talking while the line was getting longer and longer they said it would take an hour, so I leave and my wife goes two hours later and they told her another 30 minute wait, dont waste your time with this pharmacy they are worth a damn
Waited over 20 mins and still don’t have my prescription. Woman wouldn’t help me at the drive in window despite me having a sleeping toddler and an injured shoulder that I was there to get the meds for. They had no problem holding up the line for the next person though.
One of the managers was so rude omg! He was getting mad because the coupons weren’t working claiming I’m doing too much umm sir just do your job!
Wish I could give no stars. The wait is terrible..in line and the drive-thru. I really wonder why they closed Kerr Drugs in my area because it doesnt make any sense. Do they really think everyone just wants to spend their time waiting?

Ive only been here once so it could have just been a bad day for the women working in the Pharmacy drive-thru was extremely rude. We called early in the morning to make sure my insurance was covered they told me yes then when I got there they didnt. She was rude from start to finish. When we tried to explain that where she was trying to send it next wouldnt take it either she wouldnt listen. Just terrible.
Worst customer service ever. Been waiting for over 1 hour for medicine for my sick daughter.
The pharmacy at this store is the biggest Den of No minds you will find any where in the world.had to pick up my prescription 5 pills. On GoodRX the price at Walgreens is $21 for 30 pills same milligram .The highly educated girl at the cash register said the 5 pills cost is $21 I showed her the GoodRX price for 30 was $21 so she should adjust it accordingly for 5 pills.you would think I just asked her to take a test to get in Yale I think her mind melted Im sure shell be wearing her shower slippers to work tomorrow.well bottom line I left totally dissatisfied with Walgreens never never again will I ever spend another red cent there.
Walgreens is very professional, they are helpful, smile & say hello. Cannot say that for CVS. Have really had terrible experiences there. Not friendly, dont smile, act like they hate their job & just there for the paycheck. Dont like places like that because if you are working with the public & that is the job you applied for, well then conduct yourself as such.Walgreens is so much & then some.
This Pharmacy is the most unprofessional Pharmacy ever! I had to pull all my scripts and place them in the care of CARROLLS BEC not only are they well staffed but they actually go out of their way to treat you kindly and make sure everything is ok. If they dont have all your script the day you go in, they have it by noon the next day.BACK to your Pharmacy of fools, they were always filling wrong scripts, not taking them off my profile. Even George the Pharmacy mgr, would say he took care of it himself, but didnt. The straw that broke the camels back was George filled a script for me, the stronger dose and was supposed to be the lower dose. Well, they changed the meds but not the label on the bottle or the patient pamphlet. Their stupidity blows my mind. They ignore customers at window and at counter. They say they are ready and are not.I sent a complaint in to district office, 3 weeks later, I got the call Sunday evening from a me names Jessica. I had to explain everything to her. FOR all my trouble she said there would be a gift card for me in the safe. Well, I went in yesterday and asked for mgr., as told. Susie told me that Jessica went to a different store, I suppose Monday or tuesday, anyway, the other mgr., not Susie, changed the code on the safe. He forgot it. They went all day yesterday with no way to get in safe. Susie told me the other mgr. Was to come in at 2:00 and try to figure it out. He was supposed to call me. No call. I called Susie at 7:55 a.m., she told me they still cannot get in safe. I suggested a locksmith or jackhammer.Susie is truly trying to help with this, very apologetic.But, how do you run a store with no ability to get into the safe??? Come on! The guy mgr that changed the code and then forgot it, should be fired. And this lack of professionalism is why Im gone. I will go in and get my gift card, spend it in the store and thats it!!Im surprised the store is still up and running.This thing with the gift card and the inability to get into safe and inconveniencing me 3 Xs....im about to go postal, so to speak. Geez.Sign me disgruntled😅😖😤😠😡

They are professional. The only problem i have is at the pharmacy area, everytime i have gone it can be just me there they will tell me 20 min. But ill end up sitting there for 2 -3 hrs waiting on my meds.
