Michele Rhodes is freaking fabulous! I have rented several storage units over the years and this experience was the best by leaps and bounds. I called to inquire about sizes and pricing. Let me say this, the manager Michele Rhodes is great! I went by Ample Storage a couple of times unsure about what I needed & Michele was so great with me, showing me many options & helping me figure out what I really needed. When I finally decided she was so efficient & clear about my responsibilities & when & how to get in & out. She got me through the auto payment in a flash & it has been great! The west smithfield ample storage is so clean & is climate controlled & perfect for my needs. I just needed to pass along a recommendation for MICHELLE & ample storage!

Recently, I had to move my elderly mother. She was moving into a smaller home and needed storage space for things she holds dear. Without going into all the circumstances, I will simply say it was a unique situation. I spoke to representatives at so many storage facilities in Clayton and Garner, none of whom could accommodate our needs. Finally and thankfully, I called Ample Storage at 807 W Market Street in Smithfield. I spoke to the nicest man, Will, who called Michelle to discuss our need. Michelle called me and was able to help me. She went above and beyond to make what we needed happen. I met her to look at the facility, which, by the way, is fabulous and immaculate. I was impressed. By the time I left the facility, I felt like Michelle was a lifelong friend. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to go; look no further. Thanks Ample Storage!

She is professional, knowledgeable and just downright nice.
