This place is awesome… I started using this place for my 2017 Acura after it went off warranty and was frustrated with the service and price at the dealership. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, have a very clean waiting area and all around great place to take your car. On my last visit I had a chance to talk to the owner who shared that he does not put people up front to help customers unless they have been a technician in the back. This expertise shows as they were all very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions that I had about my vehicle. Highly recommended!!!

Impressively clean shop. BUT, they did not tell me that this models engine has common problems (Honda Odyssey), like burning oil, which costs thousands to fix... For a pre-purchase inspection I want to know about every possible weakness with the car to make the best decision. (This is, apparently, the first Honda Odyssey theyve ever seen with engine issues. But I wouldve been happier to know the risk even if they had limited experience with Odyssey issues. Others have.)

The service there is excellent and very reasonably priced. The owner (John) and service advisor (Taylor) are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They take time to explain things. I fully trust them and their business. Refreshing customer service.

I had an issue with a belt tensioner on my 2003 Honda Civic, the issue was I should have had it replaced in North Carolina when I first knew of the issue. I made it back to Georgia, made an appointment with Taylor at the Smyrna office. After looking at it, I was very lucky I made it into their shop. Long story short Taylor quoted me a price for the replacement parts and had to order them. They sent the wrong parts costing one more day(they had it ready the day it was supposed to be, but I couldnt get there) Now, the correct parts were cheaper than initially quoted by almost by a $100.00.Taylor didnt have to divulge that information to me but because these guys are very honest and trustworthy he did. He adjusted the price accordingly. Fastlane could have just done the work and pocked some extra money. Again they didnt.Cant recommend these guys enough.Sometimes I have problems with my feet, next time I cant see my doctor on time I may just stop by Fastlane and see what they think. 👍

I have a 97 lx 450 80 series and this is one of the few shops I trust enough to do a great job at a reasonable price without trying to gouge me with additional needless work to do to my truck. They did a great job with my brake booster and master cylinder replacement. Truck breaks even better than when I bought it.

Fastlane aligned my Challenger Hellcat with custom suspension. I had previously taken the car to 3 other shops for alignment and all of them couldnt get it right. I recently had to bring in my vehicle and these guys were the best. The shop is clean and well maintained and while the parking is limited, it is hardly worth mentioning. I brought in my 03 Honda Element for new motor mounts after experiencing increasing vibration whenever the AC was on. I scheduled an appointment for a drop off and stuck around. Within 10 minutes, they showed me the engine where I had forgot to secure some wiring. I mention this because for the average person it could be embarrassing or another mechanic could have taken advantage of my mistake but because of their professionalism, I felt informed above all else. I also had a chance to speak with the staff about other concerns I had for my late model car. They were very informative and helpful. Another 20 minutes and they had confirmed my suspicion of the need for front and rear motor mounts. I approved the OEM part purchases and within 24 hours they had them installed and the E drove perfectly home that night. I will be using them for future mechanic needs, for sure.

Fast Lane was able to get my car in on very short notice for a much needed brake job. The Infiniti dealership cancelled my appointment due to over booking and I needed to make a long trip. They were welcoming, the waiting area was clean and neat and their price was slightly better than the dealership. They won my business and I will continue to use them. Have already recommended my daughter take her Nissan there.

Being new to Georgia we needed a new mechanic. We looked up highly reviewed mechanics near Smyrna, we ended up at FastLane, I walked in and immediately knew I was in the right place. When you walk in your greeted by either Justin or Brett, with a happy friendly face. Coming from a family of mechanics, and growing up in the shop, I know how to feel the vibe of a shop. They will treat you like there own, honest about what your car needs, and how urgent the work needs to be done. I would recommend Fastlane to anyone. If I could I would give them 100 stars.

My car broke down on the highway during morning commute. We had it towed to Fast Lane and within an hour they called the let us know the diagnosis. The work was finished in less than a day. I had a wonderful experience here. Justin was the person I spoke to over the phone when I explained my situation to him. I got my car towed there and a few hours later I arrived just to get a face to face contact. The employees there are hilarious which put my mind at ease. Justin assured me that he would let me know what my car really needed to get back on the road and what could wait until a later time. Fastlane has performed several jobs on my Nissan and each time they have done fantastic work, whether it has been smaller fixes or major work. They are very familiar with my make and model vehicle and I know it is in good hands when I bring it in.

Eric and the other guy can’t remember his name are alway fair and consistent in their pricing and service promised never have I had to worry about anything with fast lane auto. They have given me quotes with alternatives that sometimes don’t require their service at all. The technicians on more than one occasion have found safety issues and repaired free or charge.I’m glad to have found fast lane auto and will continue to bring my vehicles for service for many years to come.

Honest pricing, clean facility, knowledgeable and started work at the scheduled appointment time.I was very pleased with my visit. Pricing was honest with no hidden fees at checkout. The facility is clean and staff presented themselves as knowledgeable and professional. They were also very thorough in showing what they were doing and why they were doing it. Also note that they specialize in import vehicles but dont take that as they only work on import vehicles. Bobby Flay has some specialty dishes too but Im sure most everything he prepares is going to be damn tasty.... These guys are the same way and the mechanical principles between vehicles is fairly consistent. With that they fixed the alignment in my non-import, Dodge truck better than the dealer could have done it. So bring your import over here for good service and call them about your domestic vehicle. They can probably still help you out.

I went to the dealer who quoted me an astronomical price of around $4,600.00 to fix an issue that this team was able to diagnose, repair in one day, and do it for less than 1/3 of the dealers price. Good group. So far, so good.

They took their time to rack her up, attach all wheel sensors and check. Came back and told me Babe was on point and didnt need any adjustment. Better yet, NO CHARGE. Fastlane Import Auto Repair is a great experience. I brought my track oriented Miata in a few weeks ago with certain specs in mind and they were able to work with the car and achieve a handling set up that I thoroughly enjoy. After a few weeks went by the car handled somewhat different and I called just to see what they could do about it.Not only did they not charge me or argue about what could have caused it, they corrected what had gone out of alignment (not their fault, just the car) and made everything straight.This is a stand up place and I will definitely recommend to anyone with track car needs.John, the owner, is a super cool guy to talk to as well as Justin and Eric.Thanks again guys!

I had to be towed on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning i received a call before I could call in. My starter and drive belt needed to be replaced. It was done by 1:00. I couldnt believe how quick they were. Justin also laid out plan for future repairs and prioritized them. My car has over 200,000 miles so I knew it needed some care. Great Job!

These guys are pleasant, professional, and reasonably priced. I take all 3 of my vehicles here ranging from a 97 Land Cruiser to a 2011 honda Civic. They saved me from a bad day by telling me I had a tire with bulge on the side wall while they were just doing my alignment. They are also willing to work around your schedule for all you working folk out there that are busy during regular business hours. Make sure you make appointments with time bc they book up fast.

I like these guys a lot. They find ways to make your repair to be as cost effective as possible. In lieu of an expensive new part that I needed, they directed me to a used parts website to get what I needed cheaper. These guys are real deal good people. The reason Im writing them a review right now is because I was looking up their phone number to take my car in for another repair now.

Forgoe Butler Tire...this is the best alignment shop in Atlanta! They are really much more than just an alignment shop, but they were the only shop to properly align my lowered car. If you have a lowered car and are eating up tires, you need to come here. Honest staff that are very helpful. Their shop is as sterile as a doctors office...they can do performance tuning, unsurpassed diagnostics, plus r&r. They are worth any commute I promise! This is the end all be all import auto repair for Georgia.

I rarely have any problems with my 4 Runner but all of a sudden I did when the alternator went out and the car would not start. I had two appointments that I couldnt miss in the afternoon so I was in a bad way. I looked around my area for a mechanic and found Fast Lane which I pass by almost everyday. They are almost always busy but I gave them a call and had my vehicle towed over to their shop. They checked out the fuses and other electrical components before confirming it was the alternator. I was given a fair price but I thought that it might take a couple of days so started calling around for a car rental. No one seemed to have any cars available so my only option was the airport. Before I went to pick up the rental John called me back, said the work was done and it just needed to charge up. So they saved me the cost of a rental car, Uber to and from the airport and I made it to both appointments! Thank You Fast Lane!

There are not many mechanics I trust, but Fastlane always does honest work. I needed my clutch replaced and John saved my old clutch to show me how worn it was, just so I would be reassured that I wasn’t being sold anything I didn’t need. They also were able to get my car back up and running in less than 24 hours. Great group of guys.

John went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my daughters car was repaired properly. After we had it repaired two weeks prior, we developed another problem with the A/C. Incredible shop and team. Took my lowered C7 Z06 in before a 2500 mile trip to tighten the alignment up. Alignment was better than I expected. Had me in and out quickly. No way I’d trust any other shop to take care of my car! Don’t hesitate to trust them with your ride!

I started using Fastlane a couple years ago based on the recommendation of a friend and I was so impresssed and pleased with the way everything went that I started taking my Lamborghini there for servicing instead of taking it to the dealership.
