Very happy with the service and courtesy. Alan and Kurt took time to explain the intended repair, no surprises. Problem was correctly analyzed and repaired. Wait time was minimal for the job. Trish was also helpful. Very good facility. Keep up the good work. Returning customer loyalty discounts would be a plus.

We are very grateful for the staff at Mr Tire especially Jordan. We had a blow out on our camper and after having a road side service put the spare on we headed over to the closest tire place. Since we were two hours from home they graciously put us as their number one priority and got us a new tire in under an hour. Jordan also took the time to fill the rest of the tires to the correct psi. Thank you very much Mr Tire staff!!!

My truck broke down and I was able to get it to Smyrna Trish the assistant store manager and the store manager got me in right away and checked my battery alternator and other charging system checks as soon as I got there because they knew I was stressed and heading to a important meeting in the afternoon. The alternator was there within a half hour and was out on with in a hour of receiving the alternator. The tech performing repairs was a true professional as well. These two make a awesome team watching them interact with each other and other customers/ clients was impressive I never leave reviews for any company but they did such an amazing job I feel like all should know how great these two are. Today was my first visit, and it was a great experience! I was running late for my appointment and when I called they were very understanding and kind. When I arrived, the customer service was top notch and I was able to use the free WiFi to get some work done on my computer while I waited. My tires were put on quickly and for a great price! Everyone was so nice and it was evident that they cared about their customers. Highly recommend!

I came in today, and had great customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company, and especially in this location of Smyrna, Delaware, as this was some of the best service I have received. The staff was very attentive to each and every request/detail put before them. They were also very patient, as well as eager to teach, and inform of each step that was next. I strongly advise anyone to not have any work done at mr.tire in Smyrna Delaware, or potentially any mr tire for that matter. I received a quote from the service advisor for 188.96 for mount and balance of four tires and a alignment. ( note I supplied my own tires ). Dropped off my vehicle 4-25-20 and went to pick up when notified it was completed and was charged 328$ after being told my out the door price was 188.96. This place will gouge you with fees that they do not disclose. I was also billed for additional parts for 56$ that I did not receive a phone call to approve or deny replacement. Also charged 29.95 per tire for warranty, flat repair, suppose to cover stem replacement during mounting. So they billed me for a high mounting and balancing charge for a warranty on tires that I did not buy from them. Following this I addressed the situation and the employee told me we can’t warranty a tire you didn’t buy from us but we will plug it for free. So I paid 40$ for a potential plug? Corporate has been called on this situation and I will update this pending their reconciliation. Again I do highly advise you stay clear of this establishment.

I just had my vehicle serviced here in Smyrna. Great professional staff. I was a walk in and they took me no problem. I didn’t wait any longer then 20 to 30 minutes. The lady Trish at the front desk was extremely Professional took me as a walk in no problem and had me out like I said in 20 minutes. I’d highly recommend going over to see them to get your vehicle done.

My tire pressure light came on while I was out shopping with my daughter. After googling nearby tire repair service centers, I found Mr. TIRES. As soon as I walked in Trish ( front desk) greated me with a warm smile and got my car right in. Very knowledgeable staff. The team at Mr. Tire in Smyrna went above and beyond to help me find a leak in my wheel, yes wheel as in rim. I returned because one of my new tires wasnt holding air, they patiently searched the tire and eventually found that the rim had a weld from a previous owner. They explained in layman terms why the weld was not compatible with the aluminum rims and how it was loosing air while I was driving. When I returned with a replacement rim they got me in right away and swapped rims the same day. It is refreshing to have a team of professionals that treat you right and prioritize their customers first. Excellent service!

All I can say is they are great. Theyve worked on two of my cars and each time the experience was 100 percent satisfactory. I highly recommend them.

Ive been coming to Mr. Tire in Smyrna for close to 3 years. I always receive great service. The staff is super friendly. I enjoy using the coupons they always offer. I make appointments and sometimes I dont but thats okay because they also take walk ins and I never wait long for my services. The mechanics here are great at what they do. Wouldnt consider going any place else to get work done on my car.

Awesome staff! Very professional and friendly staff. My car (Buick)was stalling out at every stop and turn and I couldn’t find anyone in the area that had the parts or that would even get them so they could replace the bad sensors today. Not even the Buick dealership could fit me in until next week! I called the Smyrna store and told them I couldn’t come until 4 pm and they said no problem. They diagnosed it, had the parts delivered and made the repairs. Highly recommended!!

Doug went above and beyond for us, thank you 🙏🏻 My husband and I just purchased a 1975 Airstream in Maryland and were taking it back to upstate NY when after just 15 minutes of driving the tire blew and the other 3 were going to at any minute! We managed to limp 15 miles to this location and were greeted by Doug. We explained our situation and how we needed to get home to work the next day (it was a Sunday) and even though they were very busy that day, he made sure he got us done and road ready. He went out of his way to find the right size tire we needed (since the tires in the Airstream were so old it didn’t even have the right numbers on them.)So we definitely highly recommend this Mr. Tire location, thank you again Doug and also to your employees who worked on our tires as well! We would have been stuck stranded and both having to miss a day’s work plus having to pay for a hotel for a night (the Airstream isn’t ready to sleep in yet) so you guys saved us a lot of money and headache!

We came in today to change 1 tire on our daughters car. Luckily the staff noticed the inner part of a second tire was down to the thread....even though the outside of the tire looked brand new. Really appreciated the attention to detail.Doug was great! He was being pulled in 8 different directions but kept his cool and explained everything in great detail. We ended up changing tires on a second vehicle because of the price and the service.

If youre looking for the best, most friendly, and swift service, you have to go to Mr. Tire in Smyrna!! We called to schedule an appointment at 3:58pm on a Wednesday after I noticed a screw stuck in my driver side rear tire. Trish had answered the phone and was very pleasant in helping us get in with an appointment right away. We arrived to the store at 4:11pm (there were four other customers present) where we were greeted and our tire was assessed promptly to see if it needed repair versus a replacement. They were very thorough in explaining the conditions of our tires (some needed to be replaced from the balding/some needed to be rotated), what would be most safe, and what made sense from a financial prospective. Often times, other places try make a quick sale off of someones unfortunate situation and try to up-sell products/services. It was evident that the team here at Mr. Tire had the customers best interest in mind and cared for us! Trish gave us a call at 4:58pm to let us know the vehicle was ready (we had dinner reservations and couldnt stay) for pick up! Amazing service.

They deal with multiple tire manufacturers and were able to get me a set of Kellys that had a great wear out warranty at a great price. Definitely a place I can recommend for auto service.

Went in for an oil change and wheel alignment, even though the alignment couldnt happen, the guys still showed me what was going on with it. I will never visit this shop again. I feel as if Stew took complete advantage of the fact that I am a woman and I do not have much knowledge about vehicles. I requested an appointment to have 4 new tires installed on my car (which took 2 hours). I was told by my husband that I did not need new sensors. Normally my husband would handle such needs but he was unable to due to working out of town. I was told by Stew that it was illegal for them to put new tires on my car without replacing them therefore they were replaced. Come to find out I was lied to and it is not illegal. It is illegal for them to not replace a bad sensor and none of mine were bad. In addition I was also charged $50+ for road hazard coverage that I did not ask for or agree to. Stew asked me to give them a 5 star review in exchange for a discount which I wouldn’t recieve until my next visit. In fact he even told me exactly what to write in my review. At first I complied because who doesn’t want to save some money at a repair shop? I didn’t not know how much I was taken advantage of until my husband made me aware. I’m positive I’m not the only customer who was asked for a bogus review for a discount. This is unacceptable and this practice of bad business must be exposed.

Had a popped tire on a Sunday, and most places were closed I went to 2 other places that couldnt fit me in or didnt stock tires. I do 200 miles a day and couldnt wait. Mr tire fit me right in, since it was a loose tire they squeezed me in between their current appointments so I wouldnt have to wait long. Highly recommend.

Tom worked on my vehicle for five hours did a complete make ovet. Tom did not bounce from car to car he worked on only mine. He didnt add things on that I didnt need. He gave me an actual assessment of my car. I will definitely be back. I tried to give a tip and he absolutely refused it. That alone told me they were all about the customer!!!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever brought my car to. They helped me out with finding out my car had a silent recall on my engine and helped me get that taken care of.
