The Service Repair Center always do a great job.
I cant comment on the repairs yet because even though my truck has been there since 8/23/21 14:30 theyve chosen to admire it from afar I guess thinking that Itll repair itself so Im headed to dealership now 8/30/21 9:00 hopefully Ill be able to return the rental car soon 😭😭🤔

Bought my car here a couple of years back started bringing my car at the dealer for a engine light on first time was perfect got my car in and out second time brought it in for an oil change However this time they took 2 hours in a half to give me the car. I decided to go back and give them another chance since he did apologize and gave me a small discount. This third time was it for me, I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change. On top of that my vehicle was ready and the guy was no were to be found so my keys were at his desk for another 20 minutes. No apology, whatsoever my time is precious too. Im very upset and disappointed I will never go back to this dealer.
Awful service. Poor to nonexistent communication on a 2020 vehicle in for service for something they failed to disclose and detect in the multipoint inspection. They sold my husband a lemon. These professionals handed him poor service and sarcasm on a platter. Didnt even care one bit about the trouble theyve caused our family and the danger they put is in with this faulty 2020 Truck we purchased.The entire experience from Sales to Service needs a total revamp. Literally, every single touchpoint in our service journey was the absolute worst I have ever encountered as a consumer. We will be contacting corporate.
Disappointed to know oil change is almost $100 for a small car.

The technician that worked on my vehicle for the second time does not pay attention to detail and actually breaking one of my wheel caps without informing, not doing the tire rotation until I informed him that the job wasnt complete and Marten whos my guy had to have him do the job that I pay for each time I come there. Also this is the second time that my wheel lock has been lost after having rotation service. Am I supposed to keep coming there? If it wasnt for Marten I wouldnt.
The Service Department was Excellent ! Reid really took care of me and made me feel comfortable to know is was only going to take care of what was needed. Ive had many horror stories being a single woman in this area. I know they are doing the right thing by me and my car. I would definitely recommend the ladies in Metro Atlanta to take their car there for True Service!

Professional, make you feel comfortable and not like you are being taken advantage of by them. Ive been through that with other repair shops so its very nice to go to a honest one.

I was promised treatment like a King. Some special vehicle Program was sent to me threw email. I attached it in the photos below. Spoke with sales rep on phone. Guranteed!guranteed! guranteed. Who was really nice by the way. Drove over an hour to get there. Sales rep on the phone told me to ask for Ivan once I arrive. This is who my APPOINTMENTis with. Once I arrived The man at the front door outside shook my hand. I told him I had a APPOINTMENT with Ivan. He then told me to come this way and have a seat. The man then walked in a glass walled office where Ivan and his friends were looking out of with BIG SMILES on there faces back at me. The Man comes back out and states that Ivan is BUSYAnd I was thrown to the Rookie salesman.Who had no idea about the WONDERFULBBQ payment reduction program.BAD BUSINESS buy a Chevy elsewhere.
