My air conditioning went out a few weeks back. The place I get my oil changed recommended me this place. Nice building, friendly staff. I walked in and explained the situation to the secretary and she told me she would have to block off some time another day for my AC to be checked. I told her that I just wanted it to be checked and she told me that I would still need to come back another day because it was close to the end of the day and they were busy and she assured me that they will call me and let me know what the issue is before doing anything to the car. So I was like okay and I let her schedule me.I come back on my scheduled day, I go before they open to leave my car so I can go to work, I put on the drop off sheet for them to check my ac just so hopefully itd be a reminder to call before doing anything. I also mentioned that I needed it back before 3.I did not receive a call telling me the issue with my AC. I did receive a call telling me what they had done to it and how much it costs and that now its blowing out cold air and told me other things that they could help fix down the line if i wanted them to. Oh! and i got my car back before 3! so that was awesome!The cold air lasted less than 24 hours. I called, they scheduled me an appointment. They checked it and found it to be the compressor. So he apologized to me said they had missed that. And he told me hed have to order a compressor kit and that he would give me a quote on Monday since they were so busy that Friday and that I wouldnt have to pay to recharge the ac since they did it the first time and I paid for it and that wasnt the major issue.Well that was last Monday I was supposed to get a quote.

Wade & Joe got my car in in a timely manner. Car had a miss and they were able to do the work for a reasonable cost and had me out the door. Already giving out your name guys. I will be going back to see them for any future car maintenance.
Not reliable at all has a bad attitude. Got a timing chain replaced on a GMC car was rattling very loud got it fixed paying over $1700 and is still making a loud rattling noise. Went back and he said he couldn’t do anything more. Do not recommend will be making another complaint bigger than this he screwed the right one

Ran by a couple of guys that have 30 years experience a piece. Seems to be an honest and fair repair shop that does a more diagnostic check on your vehicle to find the issues than a more franchised based company does.
My check engine light was on and I went to an Auto Parts store to get a diagnostic reading since it was on Sunday which showed cam shaft sensor. I called the shop Monday morning to make an appointment and told Mr. Baker the problem. He said he didnt recommend I drive the car until it gets repaired due to it cutting off and slow acceleration and he didnt always use the diagnostic from the auto parts stores that he will have to do his own which I agreed for him to do. I took my car the following Monday after Christmas and advised him not to repair anything until he called with a price because I am elderly and on a fixed income. Mr. Baker called and said he could get the check engine light off by doing a tune up and by cleaning the throttles along with the oil change which I had already agreed to. I advised him my car was still under the GM warranty and I had called to see if the sensor was covered and it was. Well Mr. Baker said well youll have to start a claim which is his job but he didnt. I agreed for him to do the tune up and oil change. I went to pick up the car and the charge was outrageous $528.30. I was livid because I told him I didnt have much money. His labor was $359.89 which is $95.97 per hour. I had to pay, I didnt have a choice but I told him if I have a problem he will see me again. Well, the check engine light came back on 2 days later and I called him but it was close to the weekend so I didnt take it back. I called a GM Dealer in Murfreesboro and made an appointment and they replaced (2) sensors that were covered under my warranty and advised me my car didnt need a tune up until 97,000 miles and my car only has 50,444 miles. I was ripped off royally and I wouldnt recommend anyone to use them for repairs. Im reporting him to Rutherford County BBB also !!!!
I have to admit, I had numerous issues with my granddaughters car, but they were more than willing to take them on. It took longer than their usual time to repair, but it was understandable due to the circumstances at hand. I enjoyed speaking with Wade. He was very informative and apologetic at times. When I called he always had time to speak with me. I will be using him and his crew again in the future. Thank you for your service.

Was very happy with the service that was performed. Great deal on the oil change. The wheel alignment really did help the vibration my car was having. They even texted me a few days later to see if everything was ok. Who does that anymore.
