Ultra Chill Spot! I love how they have the to go section set up, it’s decked out with straws, sweeteners and other condiments to ensure a smooth in and out experience. This location just remodeled and it looks so spiffy!!! The outside is modern and sleek with a patio that is pretty open so you feel comfortable actually getting some work done outside on a laptop. Can’t get my day right without seeing this staffs amazing attitude and customer service!

What is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait 20+ minutes when I arrive at the store. There is a reason for online order - to be ready in advance and skip the line. All the people inside probably werent even there when I ordered but everybody got their fancy drinks before I got my tall coffee. If you want to use this location, please leave your logic and expectations a mile away. If you want to drive like crazy to work after that and the perfect morning to you starts with a small coffee that needs 30mins to be ready than you have come to the right place.

Recently treated myself and a friend to some morning coffee using the order ahead and pick up in store feature from Starbucks ap. Order was ready 2 minutes after estimated pick up time (which is impressive) and they got the entire order correct. You can tell the baristas are busy but they were still very kind!Chai tea latte - 9/10 love the chai tea latte has a great balance of flavor and sweetnessIced brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso - 6/10 overpowering cinnamon flavor and little bits of it left in my mouth. Tasted to me of oatmeal (which makes sense with brown sugar and cinnamon) so I personally wasn’t a big fan. I do love the lower sugar compared to some super sweet drinks though

This Starbucks is always 5 Stars 🌟. I can tell the manager treats her employees very well by the way she treats me. She remembers peoples names...always. I love to see the same faces. She has to have low turn over. I NEVER have to wait for my drink EVER. They do the sweetest thing when they have time and personalize the cups. When Im having a sad day I can always count on seeing my cute Starbucks cup and their smiling faces to greet me and say welcome in. They are all so kind there. Just had an outstanding experience during this mornings coffee run. Not only was the lady taking my order very helpful in choosing a beverage that deviated from my usual, the man working the window, Xavier, was very cheerful and went above and beyond to get me smiling this morning. All before 8am! Will definitely be back.

This Starbucks was amazing! When I entered the store all of the staff stopped and said hello and asked how are you. They were extremely friendly. When I ordered my pastries and drink it came out super fast and I was in and out in less than five minutes. And everything was delicious. Thank you so much Starbucks we need more Starbucks like this! Nasty manager she had the worse attitude. I complained a year ago and shes still there being shittybto everyone the employees dont even like her. The district manager for that location is awful as well. They will end up getting sued .

Update 9/20 I think the only reason this location is open is solely due to its placement. Three days in a row I have gone through the drive thru (takes no less than 20 min) and have had to go in to ask them to remake my drink because it is watery. The second day my cold brew was so watery my husband questioned if it was lemonade. Once its remade its right but this shouldnt be the case multiple days in a row.Poorly managed. Went to drive thru on 7/25 at 10 am after waiting in line for quite awhile to find out they were closed from a terribly written note on the intercom. Went around the building again to inform the rest of the line they were closed. All of that could have been avoided if a sign had been placed in the drive thru lane in legible print stating such.

The line at the drive through was long. I decided to place a mobile order. It was the wrong choice. The women who came in behind me got all their food and drinks before me. All in all, it’s been 15 minutes and I still haven’t gotten my drink. All the cars that were in the line with me are gone. Nobody asked me until just now what I was waiting for. It’s just not ok y’all, I’m sorry.

Everytime I visit, the Baristas are so nice and friendly. I appreciate the smiles and friendly customer service there because that is really lacking in most places these days. I pass up a whole other Starbucks just to go to your location.

The lobby was full! No sense of urgency. The Barista doesn’t work in timely matter walking and making drink like they have all day. The African American manager with the glasses and braids/dreads need to adjust her attitude and need more training in the moment on customer service skills. With this pandemic going on ppl need to realize without customers you don’t have a PAY CHECK!

I live Starbucks, and when dealing with a brand like this the menu options are pretty consistent the question becomes about the service. The staff at this location is great and pretty personable. I have had a few times though where I can tell my drink order may have been rushed and not necessarily made with love.

I don’t recommend visiting this location. The service is okay, but you never know whether or not they’re open for business. Other nearby locations don’t have this problem. Huge inconvenience.

Dear Starbucks, if I am going to pay 6 dollars for a cup of coffee, can I get more coffee than milk? Why is my drink light tan? All I taste is milk and just a little taste of coffee. I had to come home and add a teaspoon of folders instant coffee to my cup of Starbucks coffee because it had so much milk in it Smh. I can go to the store and get 2 gallons of milk for 6 dollars. Smh. Rip off.

Overall its been a great experience. The last couple of days during the morning, a few of the workers got rude when i questioned an order.. This is the only reason the 3 stars.

Always bad customer service, when they screw up they never own up to it instead make your feel like you’re wrong for bringing an issue to their attention. Also always out of pumpkin anything ... it’s pumpkin season how do you run out ... the drive through is a hot unorganized mess ....

I usually come to this SB, it is a bit slow but I dont really care as I understand how the pandemic has changed things. HOWEVER today I had a really bad experience.I came to pick up my mobile order and the barista said they didnt have decaf coffee so I said to go ahead with regular coffee. After a while I asked for my beverage and to make story short, I did have to bring her the glass from the mobile order stand so it was prepared! Then again I saw her preparing other beverages, I asked once more and she said she still had to prepare it and told me to wait in a bad mood. I finally got the missing coffee with an attitude, like I was not paying for it. Smh.

Given the circumstances of COVID-19, this location and its staff is doing a great job despite a few rude and unhinged customers who fail to realize we are in a pandemic—make your coffee at home if wearing a mask is such a hard task for you! Very likely that your drink wont come out to order. I order here rather frequently given its the only coffee shop on my way to work - I order a fairly straight-forward drink (iced coffee, no ice) - and theres a 75% chance that, even when the words No Ice are printed on the cup, there will be ice. Could seem trivial, but attention to detail should matter given how much Starbucks can charge for a coffee. With no competition in the area (besides a Starbucks at the Mall down the road), a craft coffee shop could well here.

This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. Everyone here is so friendly and they actually remember your name! The parking lot is a little small, but it’s totally worth it to stop in and chill. Definitely a must visit and it’s located conveniently across from the new Braves stadium. A true gem!

Not open when you say you’re open 😢

This location needs serious work with the drive through. On a consistent basis, I would sit in the drive through for 25+ minutes. There are also issues with them being out of food items all the time as well. The staff are great, but the wait times and never having quite what I want can be very frustrating. I have pretty much just stopped going here.

This has to be the SLOWEST Starbucks ever! I will never for the life of me understand why theres one person making coffee for everyone inside and outside which creates very long waits, whilst another person is busy cutting caramel sauces open. Please take care of your customers before opening up 50 packs of sauces. This used to be a very efficient store that I have watched steadily decline over the past 2 to 3 years. I avoid this location as much as possible.

Customer service here is awful. Luckily, there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street.

The attendant didnt understand their own menu. Granted we dont go to Starbucks with the sole purpose of using their bathroom, but if we do, it should be clean, have soap and paper towels. Instead it was absolutely disgusting like one youd find at a low end gas station.

DO NOT ORDER AHEAD. THE DOOR IS LOCKED. They will accept your mobile order and then you can’t go in. The drive thru line is typically wrapped around the building. So you’re left with losing the money or getting cold food and melted drinks because of the extreme delay having to wait in line for food that was prepared 15-25 min prior.

I visit start bucks often to study. This is the worst location I have ever been too.. The whole morning staff on Monday September 19, 2016 around 10AM were horrible. I ordered coffee and a bagel. It took 30 minutes to get my coffee because they forgot. Then I went to get cream and they were out. I told the staff and this one girl in particular ignored me. Shes light skin with long hair. she was wearing a bun on the top of her head and the rest of her hair was down in the back. I understand they are busy, but if someone ask you a question then you should answer and not ignore it. When they finally got more cream they wanted ME to take it to the condiment table... I will not be back to this location.

I normally have great service, but the past few times have been terrible. If yall had a customer feedback on the app, I would have left my review there, but you dont so Im using google. How much longer before I arrive do I need to place my mobile order to not wait 10 to 15 minutes to receive the drink I ordered ahead??? And then to have someone mess up your order too? I want to continue us in ng this location, but I need someone to tell me what time I should shoot for, so this stops happening.

I love this place. I visit frequently and am a incessant creature of habit. Everytime they hear my voice in drive thru or see me in the line in the store, the remember my order to the Tea lol its the best feeling ever.

This is the worst Starbucks location!!!! NONE of the drinks taste the same as any of the other Starbucks locations.....and I go to Starbucks at least twice a day everyday. The green tea always tastes like it sat overnight, its never green, it actually is darker than the regular tea, and they never get the order right!!

DO NOT GO HERE! The women running drive thru are a joke!!! They clearly dont care and I wish I had read the reviews before going. They didnt put my order in so they screwed my order up several times. They never did get the order right and when I went to the supervisor he clearly didnt care either. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the one on Cumberland!

SO SLOW!!! Absolutely ridiculously long wait times. There is absolutely no reason why I should wait 30 minutes for a coffee to be made. Every shift it looks like only 1 person is actually working while everyone else is twiddling their thumbs.

Very nice coffee shop, typically I go through the drive thru but today I went inside. Aside from the parking nightmare this is a real nice place to go and have a good cup of coffee and a meeting. Pretty nice view of the new braves stadium too!

This Starbucks store has been consistently good, as such stores tend to be. The service and products are reliable, and the folks sometimes offer our big puppy a puppaccino, to his delight.

Hands down the best Starbucks experience. The girl at the drive thru was friendly, provided the drinks exactly to order and knew what we were going to ask for before we asked. Efficient and quality all around.
