Please dont get me wrong i absolutely love, love, love this store, maybe a little too much. Point being I spend a lot of time and money here and the one time I misplace a receipt I need to take something back. Guess what!!!! This is one of those, it was almost $200 worth of merchandise (go figure) I was completely fine with store credit seeing how I literally was just going to get Christmas decorations. Fast forward 3 days I was ready for my holiday shopping, it was beautiful! Until.... It was time to pay, i pulled out my handy dandy gift cards only to find out the money had been used. I asked how is that possible i had not used them, so I called corporate and spoke with loss prevention and they are not sure if they can fix it. I guess long story short I got, got! If only I knew Hobby Lobby was so gangsta I would have been a little more diligent with the receipt.

There is so much to see in this home decor and craft store. When i chose some home decor I left my cart just for a second then came back to realize some one took it I didnt enjoy the stress of gathering those items all over again.🙄

Biggest Hobby Lobby Ive been to thus far, yet with the same helpful, cheerful staff Ive come to expect.

Was able to decorate my little boys room with no problem! I havent been to a hobby lobby in ages and would have never thought about coming if it werentfor my grandmother! Great prices as well!!

Absolutely love this place however if you tend to shop there dont buy anything thats not on sale It may take a couple of weeks but eventually what you want will be on sale its worth waiting

Hobby Lobby has so many items to shop for just about any hobby or crafting ideas. The only thing I have found they dont have was drift wood I was needing for a project I am working on. They did have other items I was looking for to use for my project.

Great selection no matter what youre looking for. Prices are excellent.

Beautiful items. So many creative idea selections. Many craft kits to choose from. I personally love the full isle of sticker selections. I like creating my own cards for mailing. Ill always shop Hobby Lobby for craft selections. Many, many toys & crafts for kids too!!

I only shop here when desperate. My daughter needed a specific brand of yellow paint, so I sucked it up and went here. I hate giving money to this corporation, due to their discriminatory practices. Not to mention, the crowded aisles, poor customer service and cheaply made products 🤮

Found a couple of things to add to my home decor that were marked half off (thats the only way I could afford them) but at the cash register they were full price, told the cashier to keep them. This place is super over priced!!

Great plans huge selection for early holiday shoppers. The one thing that is a must of download their app or go to their web site they have a 40% coupon for the store 90% of the time. Sometimes on a single purchase other times on entire purchase.

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby, they have some of the most beautiful holiday decorations every holiday season. I am also a planner girl and their planners and planner accessories are so plentiful. And the furniture peices are beautiful and different than what you will find at other furniture stores, like this chair. It is so BOMB and a pair of them are going to be in my home soon.

It has a lot of neat stuff there.

They are the place to go for just about anything you could need! I was delighted to find they had a section for gender reveal parties.

Hobby lobby, the name says it all. Id you have a hobby go on in and lobby around for a few hours and spend all your money keeping yourself occupied for hours, days, years.

I dont know how Amazon hasnt buried this place yet. Almost the entirety of the store is over priced home decor with some crafty stuff around the perimeter. Aisles arent marked nor is there any indication of whats down them. Things the website says they have are nowhere to be found and in my three laps around the place, I never encountered a single person I could ask for assistance. If you dont shop at this place habitually, go with someone who does or stick to Amazon.

OMG. I love HOBBY LOBBY. I could spend hours in your store. Even better was 50% off on almost everything in the store. Just about anything you could want old looking or new hobby lobby has it. I was changing my room and was looking for Nautical idems i found several wonderful things that i wanted but bought what i could afford. No dought i will be back. This store is AMAZING.

They are knowledgeable to advice you what would be the best alternative to frame your paintings or portraits. You can see the quality they do it with is good!

My friend and I were looking for a picture frame for a specific picture today. We found the perfect frame but the glass was broken and there was no back to the frame. Donna from the frame department was wonderful. She replaced the glass - trimmed to size, put in a new back, cut our photo to fit perfectly, and packaged it up to ensure safe keeping. This was the best experience I have had in any craft store by far thanks to Donna who went above and beyond to give us a great experience and give us the best frame for our picture.

Found woods scoring and branding items i needed. It was quiet and lots merch.

I was there 12/17/2020 around 12pm and walking around NO ONE asked me if I needed help finding anything. There was barely anyone to help on the floor and the employee I did ask for help was pretty helpful and right about her answer. SHE IS THE ONLY REASON THIS STORE GOT A STAR and also because I have to give one! The cashier on the 2nd lane asked the lady after us if she was ready to check out and when the woman left SHE MADE EYE CONTACT WITH US AND STILL IGNORED US UNTIL THE MANAGER ASKED IF WE WERE READY! When we got up there she didn’t greet us or ask if we found anything okay. I believe her name is Ashley and she had no customer skills and was disrespectful and had an attitude the whole time checking us out!

Seen everything I wanted, but Im out of town as a guest ! Wait until I get home

Well stocked. Store on a Friday around one pm was extremely crowded in the Christmas section. No social distancing, so I left with just a few items from my list.

I am an avid Hobby Lobby shopper. I bought crafting items for Christmas presents today. They have lots of sales and I find something every time I go.

Service quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable of products and procedures. I cant remember the ladys name in picture framing who help me... an older Caucasian woman.... but she was very nice very knowledgeable and very efficient.

I visit the Hobby Lobby 1-2 times per week. The employees are always friendly. The store is always clean and well organized. Not sure of the true size of the store, but it does not feel overwhelmingly large. At the same time, I dont feel like the store is missing anything. I also appreciate that the I rarely have a long wait while checking out. My only complaint is that they seem to get new stock later than the other stores in the area. Overall, I highly recommend.

Went to pickup some small items. Seems employees want to avoid eye contact. Obvious a guy in hobby lobby roaming may be out of their element.Biggest thing. Dont use the store intercom to instruct your employees. I have not heard this done by management since Kmart was something. Speak to your employees and train.

Walk in & start looking abt 30 mins into shopping we start noticing people follqing us so we put our stuff back & left

Short of a specialty art supply store, they typically have the basics of what I need. This store was staffed well & orderly.

Oh gosh, what can I say? Best. Store. Ever!!! I love Hobby Lobby for so many reasons. Every day you can get forty percent off one item. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The restrooms are always clean. The inventory is always well stocked and there is a lot to choose from. I respect that they’re closed on Sunday to honor our Lord and give their employees rest. They start their employees off at almost double the amount of minimum wage. This is a store that I can feel good about spending money in.

Nice home decor and blank canvases, however it is definitely more expensive than Michaels.
