Walked in with a family of four, I’m sure our bill would of been around $30 bucks, but the employees were too busy talking about there history class and how ridiculous it was, so they had no concern for us and left us waiting for over 3 minutes as they continued there conversations. No welcome, or care that we were waiting to be served. As a manager of a bank and a Sales Manager of an agency my husband and I were discussed by the service and walked out. Ended up going to Janarty’s a local spot that greeted us when we walked in and helped us spend the $30 ticket we would have spent with you if you had people that cared we were there! My husband and I pride ourselves on coaching and leading a team of people to produce a positive experience for our customers, looks like you need to check in on your management and figure out why they don’t know how to motivate a team to produce the results.

Ordered a birthday cake for my cousin and we were so excited to go and pick up her cake. But we were informed last minute of a business meeting and couldn’t make it on time so I wanted to call and cancel or change my order to delivery or to a later pick up time. However I called 20 times and no one picked up then I proceeded to call Dukin 5 times and no one picked up. Then was given no refund although I tried to contact them.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! What a ridiculous group of individuals working here! Most employees working on Friday night were standing around talking and wouldnt even acknowledge us as we stood there waiting to order. ONE girl was working, apparently covering for all the other losers that work there. As I sit writing this review they quickly reverted back to standing around and not actually working. I wish I could give this location less than one star. If this is their work ethic, these people are future failures. Go to Janartys up the street for handmade ice cream. We Googled it after such a disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins. Time to close this location.

Orders wrong almost always which is terrible because it is just a iced Carmel latte no fancy instructions just Carmel latte......but we always figure it is an adventure in every cup. We even found we liked most of the different orders we were getting.. Also a donut place that never has donuts really? All the seasonal ones and filled one are never there. You are lucky if they have glazed. This went on for a year but now this whole last year it has been abysmal service and horribly undrinkable concoctions being served. I never send anything back i am like the majority of customers that just stop going. However I watched them poor milk from the jug over the ice and then hand it to me. I asked him about the espresso and flavor and he just snatched it back dumped it and started again. Being worried he would do something to it I watched him carefully. He pumped 4 different things into it and poured what looked like curdled milk into my cup. It was undrinkable I took it threw it away and left. I understand this place employs children but the service and cleanliness of the place now show that they are running the place.

Got down to the bottom of my rainbow sherbet only to find a dead bug inside it. Wish we could upload photos when reviewing. Yuck! Won’t be back again.

Every time Ive went they say they are out of everything. I believe the young teens who work there just dont want to spend the time making stuff on the menu. They just want to scoop pre made ice cream in a cup. Management is bad and does not enforce work ethic.

Price charged was not correct. It wasnt worth going back for a dollar, but very irritating. Sign said and the girl agreed the snickers and reeses sundaes were $4.49 each but was charged $4.99 each. Please correct this.

My daughters and my ice cream cone was melt d and dripping before they even handed it to us at the window. We had to pull over in the parking lot, get out and eat there.

I ordered a specialty cake for my 5 year old daughters birthday. While ordering I was told it could be ready on Thursday around 330. This was on Wednesday and I thought that might be rushing them a little bit so I chose for Friday at 4 giving them 2 days to complete this order. Once I got to the store at 415 to pick it up they could not find my cake and told me that it did not get made and a simple, “well, I’m sorry”. That’s all they had to say. I asked what options I had and rather than offer me a free cake from the premise ice cream cakes, I was told I could choose from one of those. Then they gave me my refund and offered me free coffee or doughnuts. I found this very offensive because they were willing to offer me something that would be thrown out at the end of the night but not something that would keep over night after they forgot to make my daughters cake that she picked out. When I asked why my cake wasn’t made they said, “I guess it just fell through the cracks”. I will never go there for cakes again and warn anybody against going there as well. It is obvious to me that their customers aren’t people they care about, they are just another number. A word of advice to the business from somebody who has been in customer service for over 20 years, when you mess up a major event for someone, such as their daughters 5 year old birthday, you do WHATEVER you have to do to make it up to them. You had a chance to create a customer for life who would sing your praises but rather you created somebody who will warn people against using your establishment for any type of event.

Its good to be able to get baskin-robbins by way of drive through. A great tucked away location I was happy to find and will be visiting often.

Ice cream was good. Service was fast. Restaurant was very clean.

I was very disappointed....I went through the drive-thru and tried to order. They were out of waffle cones, bananas, and spoons!! They gave us taste tester spoons which was completely unacceptable.They couldnt just run to Walmart, and get some spoons or anything. I went to park and they brought more spoons in and they ended up being more taste tester spoons. More people started to walk in, but they just walked right out when they heard about the unacceptable news. As I drive off I see them goofing around just dancing and think that theyre so funny. This is completely unprofessional and very disappointing. I would not recommend this place I would rather go to McDonalds, and probably get better service. I would definitely give this place 0 stars if possible.

If I could rate them a zero I would!A friend of mine went in to pick up an ice cream cake his mother ordered and paid for online. The cops were called on my friend for being black and picking up a cake. Thankfully the police that were called were peaceful and my friend left unharmed. I will never spend another dime here and I hope no one else does either! Stuff like this has to stop!!!!

This location is a Dunkin-Baskin Robbins combo. They are fantastic. Theyve always gotten my order correct even when they are super busy or very understaffed (which is pretty much all the time).

3rd time I’ve come and they are out of waffle cones.

1st time visited. Used drive-thru. Ordered Banana Split, which was rather expensive to me. I could have gotten a combo @ Burger King for same price. I requested strawberry & the hot fudge topping, but they omitted the hot fudge. However, ice cream was good & banana & nuts were fresh. Although it would have been better if I had my 2 topping, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff was friendly.

Wish I could rate a zero, management allowed employees to make an unwarranted call to police on a young African American man. They refused to give a reason why and refuse to rectify this. Absolutely disgusting.

Not sure on the negative reviews. Its nice inside and service has been good. Go with my kids once or twice every few weeks. Stays pretty busy so a couple of times a table or two needed to be cleaned but nothing out of the ordinary.

Went there after getting a tattoo for some ice cream so it was late. The people there were very friendly and patient as there was a line but they took care of us with a very upbeat attitude. I had the new Sevens Heaven and it was absolutely delicious.

Wow, the warm brownies here are life changing. Try it with caramel instead of hot fudge. They were out of hot fudge today, but it was the best inconvenience ever. The butter pecan, cookies and cream, and mint chocolate are my favorite flavors. Also, the employees are always attentive and friendly.

We came in and were greeted and helped immediately. They got us all the samples we needed. Fast and friendly service. Will be back again.

I called ahead to make sure they had bananas because almost everytime we go for banana splits they inevitably are out of bananas! They had plenty this evening though. They were however out of hot fudge, which is another product they seem to be out of quite often. They also didnt have any pre-packed quarts, which surprised me. They usually have at least a few in the freezer, but even the lights inside that freezer were out, perhaps the freezer was on the fritz? Our splits were ok, in spite of not having the hot fudge. I did think the scoops/splits were on the small side, I was disappointed in that, especially for what they cost!! Maybe next time it will be better.... I hope so anyway....

Took a few minutes before anyone would take my order (only one waiting to have order taken). My iced coffee didnt seem like it had much effort I to it. Served sloppy with product outside the cup and I had to wipe off. Donuts were fresh and enjoyed very well.

Ordered a cake online and went to pick it up. Employee could not find it. After waiting 20-30 minutes in the store, I was told my cake was never made. I asked for a refund but instead was offered a cake from the freezer. None of the cakes were what I ordered for my sons birthday which was that day. They were all chocolate cake and my son does not like chocolate cake. I explained to the employee that none of those were the cake I wanted and I ordered something specific. I stated I wanted my money back and was told he wouldnt give it back because the manager, who was not there, didnt authorize it and all I could do was take a cake from the freezer. I took the cake because it was my sons birthday and I had no other choice after wasting 30 plus minutes in the store while the employee tried to figure out what was going on. I asked for corporates number so I could see about my refund. The employee said he didnt know it. I asked him to call his manager again to get it, but instead he comes back with a pen and paper for me to write down my info. I said thats not what I asked you to do andt he refused to get the corporate number for me. 4 days later, I have yet to hear back from anyone at the store. And to top it all off, the cake was gross. The customer service I received was deplorable and I will never patronize this location again.Also, as I was waiting, I couldnt help but notice how filthy the restaurant was. The ice container was open and the scoop was in there with the ice, which everyone k knows is a big no no. Crumbs and sticky mess everywhere.

He was doing a better job and was much faster than the girl working. She kept breaking the bananas and was giving small scoops for the banana split. Plus I plainly told her chocolate syrup and she still put hot fudge on it. I had to yell at her 4 times before she finally heard me telling her to stop putting it on there.My friend got the warm cookie sunday. She said the cookies were so old and hard that she couldnt even eat it.This place was WAY overpriced for what you get... a wrong, and small order. Yeah... wont be back.

I had a very good experience when ordering my husbands birthday I screen cake. I had a special request and I went above and beyond to make sure that it was as ordered and on time .There are if you individuals that have worked there that are friendly but there is also been some that did not treat customers respectfully and act as if we were bothering them

Went here before I had to go to class and was almost late because of how long I had to wait for one drink. While waiting at the window they didnt even have my order at all and had to ask me what it was even though I got a total at the speaker. Waited at the window for a good 7 minutes while watching one of the employees shove a donut in her mouth while making drinks for drive thru and didnt wash her hands at all and just kept making things. After I was still waiting at the window they told me to pull up because the employee was pouring my drink in the cup and would meet me at the end of the building. Waited at the end of the building for around 5 more minutes. When he finally brought my drink out it looked nothing like the cappuccino blast I had ordered so I asked what that was and he claimed it to be what I ordered but I didnt care since I was already going to be late for class. When I pulled off and finally took a sip of the drink I was disgusted. Im not fibbing about this, but it tasted like straight sugar milk. Or the half and half creamer you put in coffee. I couldnt even drink it with how sweet it was. It was like drinking straight sugar. I had to just throw it away. Also when I tried to call to talk to a manager multiple times no one would answer and one of the times the answered and then hung up to just stop the ringing. Very disappointed with this place considering how new it is. It was horrible overall and will never go back.

Asked for milkshake and received some weird milk smoothie. It got throwed in the trash.

Wow!! THE WORST service Ive ever encountered. I walked in at 7pm with my kids to get an ice cream cone. A simple 1 scoop ice cream cone. We didnt get our 2 simple ice cream cones until 7:15pmThere were employees working and not one acknowledged me. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting.. a guy walked in behind me and was served before me. Another couple walked in and were greeted. So that was frustrating.there were 2 employees just standing around and I said can yall please take my order.The couple behind me got their shakes before I got my simple ice cream cones. I dont get it. Its not that hard to say hello to someone and explain to them youre busy or call over to the employees standing around to help.The tables were a sticky mess.

At the drive through the young man taking payments also handled the ice cream cones without paper protection on the cones . I complained and he promptly put on gloves and made another cone. With all the flu going around and germs on money or credit cards it was unacceptable.

Just moved to Smyrna. This BR doesn’t have all 31 flavors, or dipped cones. The woman taking the order acted annoyed that we even asked for a flavor they apparently don’t carry. I assumed all Baskin Robbins had the same 31 flavors, since that’s what they always advertise, and have had in various locations. My bad, apparently. Will be driving to the one in Murfreesboro from now on.

If you go through the drive thru, inspect and taste your order before you pull away! I was served an undrinkable cup of goo! Unfortunately for me, I was already at work before I tasted my shake. Of course, if the service hadnt been so slow, I would have had time to drive back and complain. Terrible service and nasty shake!

I went to Baskin Robbins to get my son an ice cream cake for his birthday the website said they open at 4 a.m. on Saturday but really they dont open till 5 so I had to sit around and wait an hour they need to update there time
