Terrible customer service. As soon as I walked in the door, the lady upfront had an attitude. (The customers inside we’re more friendly than her) She needs to be very clear on what the different products they have and listen to their customers. I asked for the cinnamon roll stuffed peach cobbler with ice cream. She kept asking for what kind of cobbler and I’m asking so it comes with a different cobbler and her still not listening to the customer she would had known I said peach cobbler but she wanted to keep getting an attitude. After getting the order I still didn’t get the ice cream she stated because she didn’t hear me order the ice cream and I told her yea because you were to busy trying to be smart. Causing me to purchase the ice cream separately.(for 2 extra and that little scoop of ice cream I could had bought a gallon or got a cone from McDonald’s) If you’re going to run a business you have to work on your customer service skills!! If you lack customer skills you will lose customers!! I don’t mind supporting black own businesses but not when they lack customer service. For it to be my first time there I doubt I will be back again.
Terrible experience as a first time customer! Not only could the employee not be bothered to stop scrolling on her phone but then proceed to tell me my only choices were regular peach cobbler and regular cinnamon rolls (ok not a problem, even though sign shows 12 flavors) but that she also had just arrived at 5pm and no one else turned on the ovens before her so it would be at least 10 mins. This was at 5pm and the hours on the window showed 12-8pm.The peach cobbler and cinnamon roll was most definitely microwaved and put together very sloppily. How this dirty, unfriendly and unorganized company stays in business is beyond me!
The customer service could use improvement...maybe work on listening skills. Overall, the visit wasnt bad. The cost is fair, but you can seriously get a nice serving of peach cobbler 15 minutes down the road from Kleervu for less...with a smile and a come back soon. I may try this place again ...at a later date...i want to see this business grow.I havent tasted the items that I purchased, so I cant give feedback on that right nowUpdateThe taste is okay. Its not old fashioned cobbler.
The pie was warm, but the service was cold. Indoors the only thing your greeted with is an empty counter and a wall with logo. We found the atmosphere an odd and off putting place to order food from. That said, the blackberry cobbler and peach pie was a bit better than average. Dont plan on feeling good about your visit here, youll likely just want to grab your pie and get going.
Let me be clear, I have not tasted this company’s sweet treats. My review is based solely on my lack of experience. Let me explain, I went to visit the Smyrna location & was sadly disappointed when the restaurant was closed with paper covering the entrance. The “ Peach Cobbler Factory” sign was replaced with “rollplay!” in its place. An updated notice on the webpage would have been nice especially for eager customers looking forward to taste your food. Might I add, the website says open, as I checked it before leaving my house & when I pulled up to the location.
Sept. 27, 2020This is my 4th or 5th time trying something new. Customer service have always been great. This place is neat, clean & have a very friendly staff. So this time I tried the Red Velvet Banana Pudding. I dont eat it all at once, I like to divide it up into 4 servings & just enjoy my treat to myself for the next few days. There are no bananas in the pudding just red velvet cake & vanilla wafers with the pudding. My choices are stuffed cinnamon rolls or banana pudding so far.
Horrible experience. We were there for over 30 minutes. The ladies lost our order. Fine it happens. We ordered 3 mango peach cobblers, strawberry peach cobbler all with ice cream and a banana pudding. When we finally got our order, not one sorry. No ice cream. The mango peach cobblers were cold. The strawberry one was hot. Terrible customer service. Never will I eat there again. For the price they charged and couldnt even get the order right. 😡😡😡
Worth making the drive. And good as...............
They never have anything, been there twice, the first time they only had 4 cobblers available from the menu and today they had a sign up that said only cinnamon rolls left. Yall dont close till 8pm and at 5pm you only have cinnamon rolls? Whats the deal here, do you just not make enough to serve the sweet toothed people of smyrna or do you just not want to make enough? you could make more money if you could feed more people.
Tried PCF today - got peach cobbler and cinnamon roll. Peach cobbler was just OK - tastes like canned peaches, good crust, small portion, way too expensive. $7 bucks for a small portion. Cinnamon roll was good but expensive. Staff was stoically efficient. No “greeting” or “thank you.” Just “What can I get for you?” And “Here’s your order.” Peach milkshake at Chick Filet a much better deal.
Absolutely terrible service. Per all of their social media accounts and their google profile, they are opened 12-8 everyday. Once again, I checked all social media accounts to ensure hours of operation would not differ due to the pandemic or it being a Sunday. Upon arrival, I was rudely met in the parking lot by an employee who said they were close, I asked why, their posted hours were 12-8. Neither her tone or response were appeasing when she snapped back “Because we are closed” it’s a tragedy. My second encounter with this company and both lack customer service and timing. This is why small businesses so frequently fail.
Wife went and ordered peach and strawberry cobbler with ice cream. She was given a peach cobbler with no ice cream. Found out after she drove away. She turned around and got her ice cream. No apology from girl at counter. Just handed to her without a word.Lost our business
We ordered two cobblers. We were told they were out of ice cream. REALLY! There are a couple of grocery stores very close by so go buy some. It costs two dollars to add ice cream to a cinnamon roll so it would appear that the ice cream charge is two dollars. We asked if the two dollars would be taken off of each of our cobblers and the clerk said no.. That makes no sense.
Love the sweet potato pecan and the stuffed peach rolls. The young lady was so sweet she suggest the stuff roll.We will be back!
We went on Sunday just before them opening @ noon. First the door didn’t work & a gentleman in line said he knew maintenance and fixed the door & did so without a simple thank you. Two..we stood in line with no social distances marked, employee’s didn’t wear masks/gloves. We all ordered..13 people inside this tiny place where their was no background noise of any kind, only customers talking. Instead of paying as we ordered, we ordered, then paid when we got our orders. Orders were not in order, we ordered 3rd & got our order last. The store was not ready for business when they opened, rather opened as we went. The people in the back ( we could hear everything bc there was no background noise in this store) were warming their lunch in the microwave and stating they needed go juice in order to work . When I asked where they did the cooking for their food supplies the girl replied most of their stuff came from Nashville. Why did it take us 53 minutes to get a tiny scoop of blackberry cobbler & a tiny scoop of peach cobbler ? They cost us 15$ for that. I make way better cobblers & that price is absurd. It was a very bad experience and we will not be returning. A customer with a bad “taste” in their mouth with tell more people about their experience as opposed to a customer with a good experience. They were not professional, not ready for business when they opened, did not comply with Covid 19 issues, and certainly not a place we will do repeat business with. If I could rate them with a minus number, I would. There’s no pie, cobbler worth a 53 minute wait. The peach cobbler wasn’t any better than a Mrs.Smiths store bought cobbler. Seriously !! Bad bad bad experience.
Ive been a few times and everytime my experience has been great. The lady at the register was friendly and the cobbler is delish. The cobbler in the cinnamon roll is sinfully delicious. Theyre gonna keep me in the gym!!
Excellent customer service each time I went. Cobbler was delish expecialy the blackberry.
Terrible customer service skills. The lady at the register needs to work on her customer service skills before she run the customers away. Upon walking in no greeting, just her getting an attitude. I ordered the strawberry peach cobbler and for that service and for the cobbler to be mediocre I will not return. For it to be my first time, PCF gave a bad first impression. Please work on the skills before y’all go out of business.
Super good! Will be back. Excellent customer service.
Can’t see how they’ll be open long. Stopped by for dessert one evening and was told “We outta ice cream for the cobbler.” After staring at the menu for a minute thinking maybe I’d get a recommendation I asked for the banana pudding, “we outta pudding.” K, sounds like I’ll go down the road a bit and get dessert from a place that actually sells dessert.
My family went PCF to get BlackBerry cobbler and banana pudding. They were out of both so we got some other cobbler. Its ok and I feel like its overpriced for the amount you get.
Love the banana pudding and blackberry cobbler! friendly, fast service :)
I ordered a cinnamon roll with mango peach topping without ice cream and a Nutella cinnamon roll..I waited 30 minutes for my order to be mango peach cobbler with ice cream and a Nutella cinnamon roll..I told the lady this is not what I ordered she said that is how I wrung it up.. I was so irritated but did not make a seen due to the long unnecessary wait..what happened to customer service..SMH
Good atmosphere, very friendly people, such yummy food! I plan to go back soon!
Kinda pricey and they only carry single serve portions.
My first time eating here in Smyrna..... great tasting dessert thumbs up!
Reasonably priced, decent service and the food was delicious. They are a brand new small business trying to open during a pandemic, have some patience yall, damn.
Lots to choose from. Good cobblers.
They dont close till 8pm on Friday, but we stopped by at 6:15pm and the lady was turning out the lights and running out the front door.
Expensive and only one person working. So service is slow.
Over priced. Very little peach, more cobbler.
Wow..your Smyrna location closed on a Friday night..whats going Peach Clobber Factory, drove several miles, just to get nothing..
This place says they close at 8pm Im here at 6pm and they turned the lights out on me this is bad customer service wanted to try and they shut down 2 hours early just because bad customer service
Bad customer Service .. Mediocre Food ... Why have someone wait15 minutes for pre-made apple cobbler :-( .. I was sad
The lady was nice and the peach cobbler was great
