The service provided by Pearl at this location, should be commended. She greeted me with a smile and immediately took me into an exam room to draw blood for the test my doctor requested. She was gentle and very proficient in carrying out her job. I will definitely return to this location, if in the future, labs are requested and I will recommend others to this location! Thanks Vanderbilt Health Clinic

Im pretty confused about the lowGoogle rating for this place. I had a great experience! The ladies there had great bed side manners, and they seemed to really care. I highly recommend coming here for treatment.

The lady at the front, rude and very condescending. The female NP wasn’t any better. I’ll rather drive back to 100 Oaks to my regular doctor or down to Murfreesboro to the other Vandy Walk-In that deal with these rude people.A previous visit, the male NP sent a prescription in, without checking interactions with my regular medicine, which he was aware of since it’s in my chart, the pharmacists wouldn’t fill it because the interactions were so severe.

The negative reviews I see on here almost made me not go to the clinic. I had a good experience with no wait. I had blood tests that had been ordered by my doctor at Vanderbilt. The process was easier than going to Vanderbilt Medical Center. I called ahead to make sure the clinic had my order and talked to Karen. She was very pleasant and told me there was no wait currently and that they had not been busy, but that I could go online and make an appointment if I wanted to make sure. I checked that out, and it looked to be an easy process. I went without an appointment with no wait. They were pleasant, and the process didnt take long. I went at 5:30 PM, and the results all appeared on MyHealth at Vanderbilt by 10:30 PM. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Go to a regular doctor. I went with dizziness because my ear was stopped up due to sinus/allergies. The doctor came in and said well I really cant tell you if you have a sinus infection or not so heres an antibiotic prescription. She didnt look in ears, nose, etc. or anything. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Got a bill for $195.00. Never again. I can go to a regular doctor that actually checks me out for $80.00.

$120 for just the visit then they did a strep quick test, and then a culture to be sent off. So God knows what the further bill is going to look like. Everything came back negative. Had 101.5 fever for three days(going on 6 days now). Once those were negative they told me to go see my primary care. I told them that this happened about 6 weeks before at my primary care and they couldnt identify what is was and my family doctor gave me antibiotics and an antibiotic shot. Was better in two days. Walgreens refused to give me antibiotics because she had never heard of that, only thing they were useful for was a sick visit note. Went to my family doctor today, they said lets give you a shot and a strong antibiotic since that helped last time. And that at the family doctor was $55. Save your time and your money.

I was able to be seen by a NP on a Sunday. I woke up sick and knew I had to be seen today. Instead of going to urgent care or the ER, I went here. The NP was very nice and gave me the medicine that I needed. Since he sent it right next door to the pharmacy, I got my medicine quickly and I was able to spend the rest of my Sunday resting.

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would! After receiving two phone calls from this lame clinic a day prior to my appointment. I get to the clinic 20 mins before my appointment and waited an hour and two mins just for the nurse are whoever she was to tell me that they apologize they don’t know who I talked to but they did not have the medication I needed. I’m not sure if it was because I am an African American are just the Incompetence of the clinic. But this was totally a waste of an hour and a drive! If you don’t want to work are service someone of another race close the doors!

Its not a walk-in clinic. They have 30 minute time slots for you to sign in for a sick visit (ear infection for me) and apparently a woman had already signed in for the 6:30 time slot. Meaning I couldnt get my ear looked at (takes less tham 5 minutes to confirm ear is infected and a couple more minutes to write prescription) even after arriving 45 minutes before they closed. The doctor was very nice about it, but the system is flawed.

Just received a bill for $220. We were there for 20 min (after waiting an hour). My daughter was seen by a physicians assistant who looked in her ear and said she had an ear infection. This pricing is ridiculous! Ive been there several times before it was purchased by Vanderbilt and paid $50-$80. Ridiculous!

Please stay away from this health clinic unless you want to experience extremely long wait times, mediocre service, and excessive bills. Today is June 26th and I just received a THIRD bill for two trips made between 2/27 and 3/2. Also, unlike our experiences at The Little Clinic, this location billed us urgent care and not as a traditional doctor visit. I find it hard to believe that waiting for the employees to return from break or refusing to see us prior to closing time qualifies this as anything remotely close.

You will pay three times as much as you will at Kroger walk in clinic for the same care. I was billed $220 for the same visit i usually pay $65 for at Kroger little clinicfor a sinus infection.
