When I walked in Cycle Gear I was greeted by the staff, Im from New York so that alone made me feel comfortable coming there! They had a great selection of motorcycle accessories and apparel. I came in with my girlfriend to show her the differences in helmets and jackets, I ended up buying her and myself an adventure jacket when we go riding! The staff was so attentive to us and very knowledgeable on the apparel. Also the sales they had was one of the main reasons I bought our jackets! The added plus for me was the discount I received when I signed up for Riders Plus membership! I am highly impressed by the whole experience with Cycle Gear, I definitely recommend going there for your Cycle needs!

Im new to riding, and had quite a few questions about jacket materials and styles. The salesman was really knowledgeable about their products, and the prices were very reasonable. I ended up leaving with a new jacket and a pair of cool riding jeans.The store is easily accessible being right off 285 and 75.

Had an amazing time at Cycle Gear. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I was purchasing Bluetooth sets for my helmets and having them installed. They helped me set them up with my phone and made sure my helmets fit properly and comfortable with the sets in. Answered any other riding questions I had non related to the helmets as well. And they congratulated me for becoming a new rider.

Very helpful, let me try a tank bag on my bike before buying to make sure it was a good fit. It was too big and bought a smaller one. Love doing at Cycle Gear!

My son and I went in to the cycle gear in Smyrna to buy helmets. They have a great selection and were within 5% of the best online deals I could find. Ended up buying two awesome Sidicci helmets. We also purchased the Sena 50r comm setup. Which they installed for free. Mindy was quite helpful and walked us through the set up.

I rarely leave reviews but Bailey (I hope I’m spelling it right) had far and above the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a helmet and he called to let me know it was ready whenever I could pick it up. I let him know I planned on buying a Cardo bold and he offered to put in on and had everything set up and waiting when I got there. I’ve been to a couple of different cycle gears and and this level of service can be seen throughout the stores but Bailey definitely took it a step above. I can definitely say all of my equipment and gear will be bought from Cycle Gear going forward!

Honestly I have been going to the Smyrna location for years. The staff has remained extremely helpful, knowledgeable, informative and exercise patience as customers shop. They fit helmets, and riding gear. They install pin lock shields, an will custom Bluetooth headsets to your helmet for you. All of this with a gray friendly attitude. It’s always a pleasure shopping there.

I called this location looking for a particular one-piece race suit that apparently was a new release. Brant, the store manager, offered to call me back when they had one in, which he did later the same day. When he called, he offered to open the doors for me 15 minutes early so I could try them on and get the size I needed, as he felt this was going to be a popular item that would not be on the shelf long.True to his word, I was let in the store 15 minutes early, and was able to try on the suit, which I was glad I did, because the sizing ran a little larger than normal so I ended up going down a size from what I thought. I also bought gloves as well.Great service and good to be able to try on an item thats a pretty major purchase for me.

I drive right past MTN Motorsports to come to cycle gear every time. Helpful knowledgeable employees and they even stayed open late so I could quickly run in and grab a helmet for the next day. No complaints.

They have everything, and if they don’t have it, they can get it. Very knowledgeable staff too. Not pushy, just helpful.

The people there are very professional they catered to my every need and they were extremely expeditious about getting both my wheels done at the very moment that I walk through the door I went to three different stores to get the job done and nobody seemed to have the time or the motivation to do something as simple as putting two tires on two wheels but the crew especially Thomas took control and charge of the situation and made me feel like I was welcome in their store and even had me consider applying for a job because the atmosphere was so pleasurable.

I will never go to the Hiram store again. But the Smyrna store saved the day. Best customer service I’ve had in a while and got exactly what I needed. Very informative very helpful not pushy at all.

Excellent service. Had an issue with the communicator on my helmet not charging after only 3 months and they immediately offered to swap it for a new one. At the end the lady that was helping me apologized for the product not working correctly and I told her not need to apologize when you are so quick to fix my problem. I have been and will be a repeat customer.

I thought I had previously purchased from another store the wrong brake pads or not enough pads for my Victory motorcycle. I called them right after opening and they had what I thought I needed in-stock and set aside for me since I wouldnt be able to get there till 630. I realized then, I had gotten the correct parts previously, but i bought a couple other items I needed. The gentleman was very helpful with all my questions. This is why I like shopping at Cycle Gear.

I went to CycleGear to have a rear tire mounted on my motorcycle rim. I went about 3 PM on a Monday. Although they have tires available at their store, I had pre-purchase mine over the Internet through a parent company of theirs. I also had purchased a new tube because I have a spoked rim which requires a tube. I don’t think they will change the tire without you having a new tube if your tire requires. They greeted me immediately as I walked in the door. They were both friendly and attentive. They were able to get to my tire immediately. I may have been a little lucky there. It took about 45 minutes for the man to finish the job. I think that is a fast to average amount of time to do the job. It looks like the job was done with some care being that my rim doesn’t seem to have suffered any damage during the mounting of the new tire. I’ve been riding on the tire for two days now. The tire seems to be well balanced giving a smooth ride as a new tire mounting should. This is not my first time I’ve had a tire mounted at CycleGear. I’m very happy with the work and the interaction that I have had with the staff at the Smyrna store. Thanks guys! Oops, and I can’t forget about the girls that sometimes work in their store. So, thanks ladies!

Cycle gear is definitely my go to store(brick and mortar) for just about anything street or dirt. They have a good variety of parts/gear and most things are reasonably priced. If you cant find it there, they can probably order it or have it transfered over. Staff is always very knowledgeable and curtious (my location).

Cycle gear is amazing. Thats where I buy my helmets, and Ive bought some other gear and tires there. My latest, greatest experience went beautifully. It was Monday afternoon, and I wanted to take my daughter riding in north Georgia Tuesday. We went to the store, got the right size protective gear: armored gloves, over-ankle boots, motocross kneepads, and armored shorts. (We already had a jacket and a helmet.) It was great being able to try different sizes to get the right size. Our sales associate at the Marrietta store, Dufresne, was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Love this store! Also good is the Lawrenceville store. Their tire installer is top-notch.

Ryan was on point. I called to verify my order was ready and right away he knew it was. Showed up to the store and Ryan greeted my daughter and me promptly, friendly and professionally. I felt lucky to find a Bilt helmet for my daughter that was on closeout. Unfortunately the helmet that arrived was both too small and a completely different color. No big deal except I had vinyl for her dirt bike cut to match the helmet I ordered, probably not the best move in hindsight. When we realized the issues, Ryan quickly came up with a solution. After speaking with management he quickly offered a fair discount on a 2021 model helmet that fit the bill. All the while engaging my little girl and distracting her from disappointment. I rated my experience 5 stars because it seemed the culture at this store is customer focused and an hour trip wasnt a waste, I appreciate that more than anything! Also check out the taco shop at the end of the Plaza.... BOMB taquitos!
