Was returning a phone case I bought on Amazon. I was in and out in less than a minute. No fuss no muss. Easiest online return Ive ever had. The staff was fast, courteous, and professional.
DO NOT use this store...EVER! Not only is Diandra the worst employee that g*d ever put breath into, the owner, Yong, does not return phone calls or answer emails when there is a claim. I had them pack my parcel and it was damaged and hes giving me some lame excuse about I didnt purchase the packing service which I was not aware of nor was it explained CLEARLY to me so he is not going to pay for the damages (and I even purchased additional insurance to cover the cost of the glasses)! This is the third time that something Ive shipped from this store has been damaged and theyve packed it EVERY time! Hell will freeze over before I will ever set foot in this place again! Hello, FedEX!
Customer service at this location is LACKING, and UPS as a whole seems to be behind the times. I couldnt just scan to email, it had to be scanned by the employee behind the desk, transferred to a flash drive, then emailed in the back office. And on top of that, the cost was 7X what it would have been if I had gone to FedEx office ($3.50 vs. $0.49).And the lady in front of me had a scheduled/confirmed appt at 1 for notary services, but upon arrival was told that the notary wouldnt be in until 4:30 smh.Look, just go to FedEx office...I sure will. Even if that means driving further.

Terrible service, these people have no idea what they are doing. Just waited 30 mins for a 30 sec amazon return and left without getting the return. The manager told me where there was another UPS because they cant keep up with the three customers they had. Dont even waste your time going here.
The sign on the door says it opens at 8:30. Its 9:53 and the door is locked and there is no one inside. Ill take my business elsewhere. I prefer FedEx anyway. I was forced to use UPS by Samsung.
I went there to return 6 Amazon products and my experience was the best ever. Was in and out in a second and the process was so easy and simple. The lady at the counter was so friendly that I was looking around to purchase something just so I could support the store. I never leave reviews unless I have something bad to say but this experience was so great that I had to look them up. Thanks again!!!
I have always had a great experience at this store. I don’t recall the girls name (reddish hair notary) but she was fantastic. Very helpful.
Pandemic guidelines are posted but unenforced. Multiple people inside site without masks. One customer asked another one (not wearing a mask) to follow the social distancing floor markers and a loud arguement ensued. Nothing was addressed by UPS. The pandemic guidelines at this location are more for legal reasons than actually caring about the community. The employees inside seemed very nice and I am very disappointed for the UPS management who put them in this position.

The person for notary is not cooperating. We waited for 30 minutes still he did not came out to do our notary atlast we left without doing notary. No value for other people time.
Disappointing service - I arrived at 6:13PM and the doors were locked despite the sign on the door clearly stating the store closed at 6:30. There were two employees inside so I knocked and they shook their head no, to letting me drop off my pre-labeled/pre-paid package.

This location lost an expensive package meant for one of their mailbox owners. As the sender, I called multiple times to try and resolve with Stephanie, who signed for the package. Was given the run around, and hung up on. The package resurfaced one month later, only after a demand letter outlining upcoming legal action was sent. Be very careful with these people. Stephanie and the owner, Mr. Yong, will not take responsibility for lost or misplaced packages. Make sure to physically drop anything of value off yourself, and take pictures. Very unprofessional.

Went to the UPS store yesterday to get a document notarized. My document had to be notarized under my business entity as required by the SBA. The manager, Stephanie decided that because she couldnt understand what was being asked that I was wrong and told me that if I wanted to notarize the document that way I had to go somewhere else. Talk about terrible customer service, she did not even take the time to listen to me and understand exactly what I was asking. From there she continued her bad attitude throughout the entire service. I sent a note to the owner and he sent that note to the same employee Stephanie to respond to me in the most unprofessional way possible. TRAINING is needed for these employees. I have forwarded that email from Stephanie to all my friends, neighbors, and business associates some of whom have pledged to boycott this location.
I just want to say, Stephanie you are truly AMAZING! I come to this location often and EACH and EVERY time you are there, you provide me with the very best service. Best place in Smyrna for shipping. Ashanti and her peers make sure everything I ever ship is packed extensively and with care. Ive never had a bad experience here, and never worry about my packages once theyre in the hands of this staff. From friendliness to being light on your budget, I would recommend them to anyone without pause. Five stars and then some! The best!

I went in there to return three seperate items. Was immediately greeted by Aigner. He was super friendly, helpful, and very fast. The other associates were helping others and the store got a little busy. But Aigner seemed like he had it all under control. I will be back to this store location because of the amazing customer service I received today.

My only complaint with this store versus my regular one at 2690 Cobb Pkwy is this store doesn’t sent emails with the tracking number link. When I asked for an email all they offered was to scan my receipt and email it to me (and charge for it!). I’ll go to the one on Cobb Pkwy from now on.
I’ve been going to this store for years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It’s super convenient, they ship UPS as well as USPS and offer lots of other services. I recommend them!
What incredible service! I brought my Mother who is 92 years old to get documents notarized. They worked with past closing to get it done! I highly recommend this location.
They purposefully turn off the USB printing in the lobby printer so they can charge you a $2.50 “printing fee” when you really need 50 cents worth of printing done.I love supporting local businesses but they made it clear today they don’t care about the hundreds I spend each week in shipping. 🙄I’ve only been here once before, I won’t come back.
We had some unwieldy items to ship, including a rug, and had to bring our toddler. The three ladies working at this store made the whole experience wonderful. They were so kind, professional, efficient and playful with our toddler. We were not looking forward to have to ship these items but the people at this store turned it into the highlight of our day.
This store is extremely busy. The ladies are always smiling, professional, proficient and always provide excellent customer service. I enjoy going here.

After reviewing several of these store locations on line and personally visiting this particular location on Monday, I now see why the majority have such low reviews. Many of these locations have the worst Customer Service whether in person or over the phone. I went to this particular location on Monday and there was a young African American girl at the front. I asked her what are the different types of UPS mailers they have, i.e., boxes, envelopes, parcels, etc. She looked at me as though I was speaking a different language. I tried asking in a different way a bit more elementary, but even that didnt seem to work. She then said we have shipping boxes over in the corner. Im well aware they have generic shipping boxes that was not my initial question. She then said no we are out of the shipping envelopes. I was so frustrated I turned to a older Caucasian female who appeared to be the manager and said listen, I dont think this young lady is having a good day perhaps you can assist me and thats when she went to the back of the store and brought me a few envelopes that they were supposedly out of. It infuriates me when these young people feel they are entitled or that they are owed something. Hell, if you dont like your job...quit! Allow someone else who is willing to learn responsibility & build a future. SMH!

Please do not visit this UPS store the owner is extremely rude he tried to cheat me out of my money had I have not known the companys return policy he would have cheated me out of $15. There is another UPS store less than three minutes away. Please if you care about your money do not go to the store
