I took my Thunderbird in to repair damage to the front and back bumpers and a deep scratch in the hard top. They did a great job. The repair took a little longer than originally expected, but the result was worth a couple more days.

I havent had any body work done by them but, they do sell great cars and trucks. The truck Ive had the 30 year old truck I bought from them for four years and it has been amazing. They also saved my brother money after he rolled the family van ;P and allowed up to open the door.

Nice people nice place, not so nice quality. I had a new bumper painted and installed, there are scratches and fitment issues but the best part is they put the car back together wrong.

Got my subaru forester road worthy again and it was so clean and detailed when I picked it up! Nice to have local folks here in town to go to. On time, good work.

Very fair and knowledgeable. Great family run operation and will take the time to help you and make you feel like you matter. We had bought a used car from Bickford Ford that had a leak. Days after we took the car home we had occasion to lift the floor mats and discovered the floorboards were soaked. Bickford had missed this, along with a recall notice that my wife found on line and an issue with the radio that they didnt find. They (Bickford) refused to take care of it, claiming they couldnt find the source of the problem and we had bought it used so they didnt have to do anything. B&H came to the rescue and fixed the leak and dried out all the affected area for a very reasonable price. Some good deals on used cars too.

Recommended by Lake Stevens Automotive so I gave them a call. they said bring it by and they would look at my hood latch. I drove over took them just a minute to figure what was wrong and just another to fix. and they did it free. Great customer service

Excellent service. Both myself and my husband unfortunately this year had accidents that were not our faults. One of the insurance companies was horrible to deal with and Josh really helped out and made sure my car was taken care of properly. Josh also helped us with our dump truck and work vehicles. Would highly recommend!

I had my scratches and scuffs on my drivers side in the back. I went in to get a quote and the owner said I can take care of that now. Not only did he take the time but he went above and beyond and made it look like it was never there. I asked what I owed him and said nothing you are good to go. I will definitely be back if I should need ANY car repair work. Very nice and very good at what they do.

After a second failed attempt to make things right, Im done with B&H and do not recommend using them.1) Vehicle came back with a decent amount of trash (dust or debris) in the paint2) Body work on fender from the outside looked good but from the inside raw metal was exposed where the paint had chipped. This will rust in no time since its in the fender.3) Over spray on one of the headlights and two locations on the hood4) Did not replace one of the poor fitting parts that they said they would replace.5) Poor communication. Had to follow up with them multiple times.6) One of the parking sensors was not installed properly, had to snap it into place. Not too big of a deal but still, poor quality..7) Air pockets in new decals.

Amazing friendly service. If i need it repainted in the future I will definitely go here again.
