Caliber was awesome. I got regular updates on the progress on my car. At first it looked like it might take a long time but they were able to get parts in early and the repairs took less than two weeks. They were wonderful all down the line from reception to getting my car back. I highly recommend them. 👌

When my driver’s side window fell off the track two days before Christmas, I desperately called Caliber, hoping they would be able to help me... driving in freezing weather with no window is no good! Went in for rear passenger door repair. Took longer than expected for them to repair because the door they got was damaged and there was a back order on the door already, but you dont see any damage now.They cleaned the outside and detailed the inside (I havent seen it this clean since I bought it), they offered to cover the car rental cost that went over my insurance coverage, and they guarantee their work for the life of the car!Attached before and after pics of my car.

I own a 2014 dodge ram 3500, And during a random high wind storm we had in January 2021 a tree fell across my driveway and landed on my carport crushing it and the roof/windshield of my truck. My insurance mutual of Enumclaw was excellent to work with and informed me of some body shops that are excellent and this caliber happened to be right by my wifes work, so pick up and visits would be close and easy. Im very happy I used this body shop. 1, the roof repair and paint was superb, and they go above and beyond making sure everything is the same if not better. 2 BEN was hands down best person that had helped me thru this process. He gave me daily updates on the truck status via text or phone calls, he answered all my questions and made sure to inform my vehicle was in good hands. When I inspected truck after repairs I noticed a very small paint chip by the inside corner of the sunroof and notified ben. No questions they took the truck and fixed that area called me in a day or 2 and was ready for pickup. They have almost 50 hours of labor into my reapir and it shows. The gaps around the sunroof are all perfect and even, the body lines around the windshield are all even and the paint is matched perfectly. I will definitely be recommending caliber collision snohomish and if anything in the future happens Ill be a return custom for sure. BEN is the MAN! Thanks caliber for taking such great care of me and understanding how much this truck means to me. A++

Vary disappointed with the quality of work. Had to leave my car there 2 different times after they said it was ready but I noticed issues both times that where unacceptable. Would not recommend anyone to bring there car there.

Recently went here to get my bumper fixed, looks like I did not get a new bumper due to scratch is still on my bumper.. also when picking up my car I was not expecting a huge crack across my windshield... thanks for letting me know beforehand... save your time and go somewhere else that will do a better job.

I absolutely hate this place. Do not ever bring your vehicles here unless you want more problems that should have been done right the first time. I give a NO STAR if that was an option!

My repair was done quickly and professionally. Kelli was very nice and easy to communicate with.

I had an unusual situation where the damage was caused by another driver, but insurance still would not cover it. Knowing that the vehicle was a total loss, I still needed an estimate. Caliber came out to my location to estimate, saving me hundreds of dollars in towing fees! They went the extra mile when they didnt have to! I am a customer for life now!

I took my 2016 Mustang there as the person who hit me had USAA insurance so they were a preferred vendor, and it made it so easy. There is a car rental place right on site, Enterprise, which is who USAA used. So, I dropped car off, got my rental and when finished parked the rental and did the walk through with my car.They did a great job!! Julie and Kayla were great, always friendly. Julie called with updates personally I always knew what was happening with my car that was significant and with updates in due dates for repairs to be completed. Such as additional time added due to the identification of more damage once they removed parts, so the added time was NOT due to poor work, it was due to them taking their time and doing the repairs, paint etc, correctly. I would recommend them highly. I had a full bra on my car which also had to be replaced, and I can say they did a better job with the areas replaced than what was there before.Highly recommend. I realize some people may have negative experiences, and Julie and Kayla were busy the first day I came in for estimate, but to their defense, I was a little behind schedule and arrived a few minutes late. They still took very detailed time explaining to me exactly what the process would be if I chose to have the work done there and completely eliminated my fears based on the negative reviews I read here. I will take some after pictures and post the before and after photos shortly. They had to also blend color on the 2016 Mustang GT, trust me, I am a fanatic about the car, they did great work!!!

They had my truck for a month, and it was still not right when I got it back.

We chose ABRA based on the referral of our insurance. Unfortunately our experience with ABRA has more than disappointing! ABRA does not stand behind their work or their warranty. Their website states, Your satisfaction in our work is our number-one goal. We offer lifetime warranties on our auto body and auto glass work.ABRA has denied to repair their work to our vehicle. When we brought our vehicle to ABRA we trusted them to fix the damage from a drunk driver to the same or better condition before the accident. ABRAs commitment was to repair our brand new vehicle from an accident and it appears they just painted several coats of paint and now our vehicle is chipping because of the numerous layers of paint. Obviously we were never made aware of these numerous coats of paint nor that it would chip, nor that they would not stand behind their warranty if it did chip. Had we been made aware that ABRA painted layer after layer of paint to repair the damage, we would have never accepted the vehicle. We trusted ABRA to care and repair our $60k vehicle to the condition it was in prior to the accident or in better condition. Unfortunately, ABRA only assisted ensuring the diminished value of our vehicle would be significant and that our vehicle will take a loss at resale, as with this many coats of paint it is going to be a costly repair for us that should be covered by ABRA workmanship warranty.We wish we could say our experience was positive, but it has been horrific from the customer service we received to our vehicles paint now chipping away! The manager Steve and the manager Nate do not return your call after they promise to call you back after looking into the matter more, it has just been a big disappointment!We could not recommend ABRA based on our experience. The poor quality of work represents the limited experience ABRA has repairing vehicles. ABRAs unethical business practices by not standing behind their work or their warranty should be enough to look elsewhere for when needing to repair your vehicle.

Apparently, some Jobs are too small. Paired with terrible connotations, reference was given to what appeared as a lesser shop down the road. As if too busy, maybe they need your business. Bummer, as I have referred people to them. never again.

After expensive repair, my car was left with check engine light on, wheel that squeaks loudly, not matching color front bumper that was replaced, cracked light housing and tire sensors not activated...Will never recommend this shop to anyone, Stay away from them.....

Costs a lot and they only care about the insurance companys.
