These guys are great, very nice. They put a new windshield on my Escape said it would a hour to an hour & half. We day and waited. He was done in 40 minutes. They saved us almost $200. Plus my windshield in guaranteed for the life of my car. If you need any glass replacement in your car these guys are the ones to go to.

My car window was smashed during a break-in in Seattle. After going through insurance, and various channels in and around the Seattle area, all the way to Everett, I couldnt find anyone to replace my driver front window in less than a month. Then I spoke to Rodolfo at Chicago Auto Glass, and he got me in the next day. He had even offered to get me in the same day, but couldnt get my glass on time. Even after ordering my glass, they had an issue, but Rodolfo called to inform me, and asked if they could use a used piece they were able to source. I gave the go ahead, and they installed it, and it looks great. Everything works, door panel is secure, nothing rattles, and my car is back to normal. The price was great for a new piece, and even better with a used piece. Rodolfo has alleviated a big sudden stressor in my life, and he handled it with care and professionalism.

Theese guys did an amazing job with my dodge ram, a smashed Back window out, and in with the new! The triple sealed one they put in was great at knocking down the road Noise and wind and now its crystal clear, and nice and tinted as well Im so happy with it and therye great service they knocked it out in less then A Hour! The other shops wanted it for a day and 800 for it, my family has been using this place for years and we are still going to, thanks guys!

Set up an appointment an days a head of time gave all the truck info. When I got there the person at the desk told me they didnt have a windo for my truck an would not have one for months. I was confuse because when I called and made the appointment I was told they had it. I was a bit supried being told they didnt have it. I was also told because I gave them the wrong info is why it was my fault. As I was standing there in his desk was his hand written not and my truck info. I do not recommend this company to any one any more.

Quick service. Super affordable. Sometimes cheaper than paying your deductible. They will drive to you and do the job at your home or work.

My replaced windshield is nice and I like it. Today, I noticed that the passenger’s side trim by the windshield was missing.They gave me a new trim and will soon install it for me!

Worst place to get a windshield fixed and no effort made to fix! Contacted him, went there for him to look at it and just got a bunch of bs it’s been over a month and hasn’t called taking to another shop to get it fixed. I would rather pay for a new windshield then have to come back here. Also a reciprocating saw is not how you take a windshield out of a vehicle!

$200.00 in and out the door for a rear tailgate windshield. Was promised the car in a hour to a hour and half. From start to finish 30 minutes. Superior work. Like having a new windshield all over again. They delivered what they promised and so much more. I will be back on the future to replace my rear passinger taillight assembly. Ive worked with them twice before on what was called VERY DIFFICULT JOBS by other local glass shops. These guys take on hard jobs like a kid eating candy.

Our cars door glass was shattered during a break-in at a local trail head. Called the insurance company and they wanted us to coordinate through various channels and to visit a specific partner shop. Long story short it was more of a headache than it was worth. Ended up at Chicago Auto Glass and was given great service. They had the door glass repaired and cleaned up in no time. No leaks and rolls up and down just like the others.

These people are very fast, professional and affordable. Looks like a small family business, who will go out of their way to please a customer. I will recommend them to anyone in the future.

Got my window replaced about mid December. towards the end of January i noticed that my drip molding was damaged and poorly repaired with some kind of black puddy. i emailed a few time with pictures. got one lame response with no attempt to fix this issue. you get what you pay for i guess. lowest price i could find, but cheap unreliable service. would not recommended. i will add a pic once i figure out how to do that.
