James and his crew were amazing and held true to their name. They were always very honest and humble. Reasonably priced and worked with my budgetary restrictions. Having used other shops in the area for other vehicles, my experience with Honest transmission was far better than the rest. As a woman I felt like I was taken seriously, James took all my concerns to heart, walked me through the process and was great at communication. Couldnt ask for more. Snapped my motor mount on Mk7 GTI. The guys got me in the shop and fixed the problem within 48 hours of me calling them. Answered all my calls and questions, and delivered the repairs way faster than expected.

Year after year this is by far the best shop Ive been to. Ive been to couple different places and had pricing issues. Pick up issues. The staff is nice and friendly.

My wife took her car in and was told it would be done in the afternoon. We called this after noon around 5:50 to find out why I havent heard from them they told us it was being worked on as we speak then I ask how long till it will be done they tell us 8 pm I call them back and ask why it was taking so long. they said it is still out front and not been started then I ask if they are able to do a full transmission fluid change out and filter service in .1hr from start to finish so they were caught in a lie then proceeded to tell us to come pick up the car then and do it yourself cause I asked questions we will never try to use this service and we will tell every one we now how dis honest this company is
