Great place to begin your search for a new or used truck or car. I looked at dealerships from Eastern N.M. to the Metroplex and these folks were head and shoulders above the other dealerships. I guess with the strong market many places to your business for granted and dont put forth much effort to gain your business. Give Terra a call, shell strive to put you in the right ride. She, Jonathan and Elijah were all pleasant to work with. The service department seems to carry the same care, Ive only had one brief dealing with them but no complaints.

Came into town from 3.5 hours away and had major issues with our Ram 2500. Had to basically roll into the dealership with no breaks. Meet with Wesley in service and he got us right in. He had us diagnosed in a matter of minutes and explained the numerous issues with a price breakdown. He was nice, clear, and spoke to me like a professional and not a mechanic. I didnt feel my generder was an issue like so man other places. They were able to do the repairs that day (a Friday no less) and get us back on the road home.

Didn’t put the customer on the top of the list with an honest car buying approach. I’m sure everyone else at this company is good people, but not the salesmanship.

I didnt buy or lease from Cole Massey at Blake Fulenwider but I wont hesitate to in the future. I was nearing the end of my lease on a Volvo and wanted to transition into a Jeep Cherokee. Many texts and phone conversations passed between myself and Cole over a 10-day period. He worked tirelessly to solve my issues with a buyout but Volvo leasing has a current policy to only allow buyouts by the lessee or another Volvo dealership. Cole came up with idea after idea in order to work around the issue. In the end, he offered other solutions for me that would result in no financial benefit for himself. He willingly guided me in a direction that only served me and my problem leaving himself completely out of the equation and all his efforts, energy and time benefitting only myself. Customer service for Cole Massey, in my case, was truly service for ONLY the customer. My problem was solved and Cole guided me to a solution where he gained no benefit but this review and my allegiance forever. Hes honest, a problem-solver and profoundly dedicated to serving customers even when he knows an immediate sale is not in the cards. I have no hesitation in telling everyone I know who is looking for a hard-working customer-service oriented professional. Cole Massey! Call Cole and his team. Youll be in very good hands.

I had an issue with my truck while on a road trip. The mechanics and techs here diagnosed my problem within two hours and got me back on the road. They refused payment since the issue was a simple fix. Shout out to Nathan and Wesley for being so helpful.

So my elderly mother assisted my youngest sister in buying a used c300 from this dealership. They ended up buying the used car for 37k. Which was the highest priced used c300 in the state of Texas at the time. 10k over suggested retail. My little sister didn’t know any better as this was her first car, and my elderly mother is very trusting.The dealership saw an opportunity and jump all over it. They screwed an old lady and her daughter for every dime they could get.

I had an awesome experience! I told my salesman exactly what i was looking for. In less than a week he found my car! It didn’t have the DVD player i wanted, but he scheduled to have them put in. They took my car for instillation and made sure that i had a vehicle to drive while it was being done. Also wanted a Grill guard...he made it happen and once again made sure hat i was in a nice vehicle while it was been put on! They went above and beyond to make sure hat i was satisfied with everything!

Made a deal with the sales manager on a used car they had there on their lot this past Saturday, June 24, 2017 and had him fax me over the figures. Agreed to the purchase of the vehicle based on the Offer to Purchase that was faxed over to me. Received a call from them today, Monday, June 26, 2017 advising me that he was no longer going to keep his end of the deal that we had made Saturday. That is very poor business practice and I would recommend you go someplace else. My salesman Matthew was friendly and returned my calls right away but poor guy having to work with such a shady sales manager. Dont go here...

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I did not win the 3000.00 but i knew going in it is ment to draw people in. This is not my first rodeo. Have been to nearly every grand opening of car dealers within a 100 mile radius so no i was not disappointed. I knew what prize i would come away with before they even started. I got a sprite and blue tooth ear piece. Hope u make it go. Ford house is the only one that has stayed more than a few years. I thought the chevy house was doing good but their doors closed too. Never buy a car here. Dirty company.I bet they wont call me to explain why they cleared the codes on a car before they sold it to me. Had to replace a motor because of them. Nothing quite like buying a car for $8000 and spending $7000 on a new motor a month later. You know this review is true because they respond to the other complaints. Theyll just keep avoiding this.

Do Not Use their website!Not sure how they are in full sale. The salesman seemed nice. I had inquired online to buy 2 trucks and was told by their rep that he spoke with the manager and set me an appointment for 5pm and they were excited for us to come in.My wife and I drove 2 hours from Midland like I told them over the phone and once we arrive we are told.. That they actually sold both trucks first thing that same morning for wholesale and sorry about that.The problem being at 2:30 pm the two I was working with left a voicemail confirming our appointment and that he just spoke to the managerNow if the manager sold them first thing in the morning this is impossibleNever again will we even look at their online listings or consider a purchase here

I cant give less than 1 star. We were looking for a specific used vehicle. This deale3is in Texas. We live in Colorado. We found what we were looking for at this dealership. We called the dealership and spoke to what we thought was someone that worked there. She seemed very compintant and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She emailed details so we could take information to our bank etc... We told her we were driving down the next day. We got to the dealership, asked to speak with this person. Thats when we were informed that this is a person that worked in their call center and sees all if their inventory online. They have more than one dealership. No one there knew we were coming. The vehicle was sold the night before. I understand first come first serve. But WHY werent we told that we werent speaking to someone actually at the dealership. And WHY isnt the dealership notified when someone is coming in to look at a vehicle. If that vehicle sells, a courtesy call isnt too much to ask for! Especially if they would have been notified someone from out of state was coming with the probable intention of buying.

Prompt service. I will recommend this company to my friends. Customer service is second to none.

Crooked dealership based on previous reviews I am the 3rd customer to fall for the bait trucks they post online, posted 2 trucks for under 15k, valued my trade in told me come on down. When i asked for pics of the interiors they were both magicly sold the day before but they had more of the same trucks same year for 10k higher for sale, its called baiting and they have been caught doing it before stay away from crooked dealerships like this, so glad i dident make the drive from DFW
