No loaner vehicle available for service customers so we had to wait about four hours. We were forwarned. The staff was kind, efficient and pleasant to be around. The premises were clean and neat. My Bill was about double what I remembered from their quote, but they explained why.

Been taking my truck here for service to stay local and help businesses grow. Never again!!! You take your vehicle thinking they have the proper knowledge and specifications on what the vehicle should take. With this being said I’ve taken my truck here for the last year to get oil changed and tires rotated and now in Colorado trying to get them rotated and balanced and lugs nuts are breaking off from being over torqued. Talked to service manager and he basically told me nothing I can do for you since I have no proof we’ve worked on your vehicle. A simple tire rotation or so I though has now turned into a $300 plus job to get broken lug nuts off. Thanks Mitch Hall Chevy!!!!

I took in my mothers car for warranty repair. The next day they treated my elderly mother dismissively about a problem with a Buick Enclave that she purchased 4 months ago. The vehicle has problems in the automatic transmission and it shudders/stutters when it tries to move up through the gears. They told her they couldnt observe any problems and gave it back. On the way home it did the same thing. We are going to do what they said and drive it. Drive it while the problem worsens. Then there will be NO DOUBT there is a problem, which is going to be a larger warranty repair, which they could have avoided. AND I will go to make sure they dont talk down to anyone and ensure they learn how to treat people with respect.
