I am very pleased with Mr.Tire Auto Centers. I can make online appointments or call for an appointment. They seem to be very honest. But what I really like is, they don’t push you to get things done right now…or else. They do recommend this or that and they also have options for every budget. But if something needs attention right now, they will definitely let you know. They are timely and give estimates as to how long a job will last.

I came here on a Sunday morning with a slow leak. It turns out I had run over a nail. Bob at the front desk provided such excellent customer service, and Dan was quick and efficient with fixing up my tire. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone with tire issues😊

Solid shop. I like they let me look under my car while they have it on the lift so I can do my own inspection and take photos. I recommend them highly. I could probably nitpick some of their pricing and misc stuff, but they arent a charity and they do good work.

Skyler was beyond amazing at helping me pick new tires and putting them on. In between all of this, she answered customer questions, helped the staff, managed the front desk, and took phone calls.At the end of my time there, I asked about the 3 year warranty on the tires I just purchased. She mentioned that any Mr. Tire will rotate or fix my tires for the next 3 years!Beyond grateful for this experience. Quick, easy, and amazing staff! Will be coming back!

I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. The were to change my alternator and do an ac recharge. They’ve had my car for almost a week now, and lost my keys. Manager is rude staff is rude. Still haven’t received my car. I was to pay my deductible and get my vehicle back, and they are holding my car hostage.

I turned my car in to get my tire repaired and when I got my car back I noticed a dent scratch on my car that wasnt there before I turned it in. Now I know for sure it wasnt there before. I talked to the ladys boss and of course they denied any wrong doing.

Great quick and polite service! My car need fixed because it broke as I was exiting the highway right by, I managed to get my car to the lot. They were not open yet but the guy opened the door for me and took my car. It was fixed and affordable.

My family has been taking all our cars here for years for quick oil changes/tire work at a fair price. I just had a muffler installed for my Miata since I couldn’t get some exhaust studs loose at home, and they did a great job but it was a tiiiny bit crooked. When I took it back in, they honored my claim and re-installed it free of charge without a big fuss. Looks great, sounds great too and I’m definitely glad I went to them!

Quick service and open on Sundays which is hard to find.

On a Sunday afternoon, I found myself with a flat tire. I took my car to Mr. Tire. Skylar and Joe were so helpful and knowledgeable and got my tire fixed promptly. They even stayed over closing time to make sure I could have my car for the work week. I can’t thank you enough!

Horrible customer service. Was a multiple time customer but no longer. Made a appointment for Friday on Thursday morning. Show up Friday at time no tires even though I stated tire size and what I wanted in reservation. So manager said he was going to order them and reschedule for today Saturday. Well guess what the proactive manager did not order the tires and the rude lady who now is reading all this choose to snap a rude and tell me it’s going to be two to three hours wait. So my thoughts is the poor management is trickling down and if owners care that’s a family of cars that will not be back.

The guys here are not only knowledgeable but they put the customer 1st which is very important in my opinion. I came in for an oil change about a hour before they closed and I was informed they were completely booked for the rest of the day and the next morning. With a sigh of disappointment I explained that I was leaving at 9:00 a.m. the next day for a road trip because it is my birthday weekend. With that being said they were able to squeeze me in this evening and make my t I will definitely return here because I know from experience they put the customer 1strip a success

Brought my daughters car in after a panel broke off from underneath. Dean was able to fix it in about 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime! Great customer service and always fair pricing. Will take my cars back here any time!!!!

Bob took great care of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. They don’t try to up sale you. He found a blemished tire / manufacture defaulted tire on my vehicle which was put on by another establishment. He showed me the defects and explained everything in-depth. They stayed past closing time just to ensure my tire was fixed. Outstanding Customer service, great experience!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!!

Excellent service! Convenient! Fast! Reasonably priced!Recently, I purchased two new tires from them. Within a week, I kept seeing my tire pressure light flash from my dash console. Concerned that I might have a slow leak, I took it in to have my rims and sensors checked. The mechanic named Joe, promptly addressed my concerns and determined my spare tire was severely low on air. Truly relieved it was nothing major. Im very happy to have mechanics I trust service my vehicle.

Waste of time and money. Went yesterday to have my tire fixed and I have a flat again. Best news is that the tire could have been fixed correctly and reused but not it cant be so I have to buy a new one. Never again going here.

Had a not so pleasant experience with a different Mr. Tire location and came right to the Solon location in hopes to fix my flat tire. They went above and beyond and got me in and out as fast as they could. Skyler at the front desk, in particular, was outstanding and she totally saved my day! I got a nail in my car in a rental. They got me in fast without an appointment and fixed it in less than 30 minutes with no charge to me, as they are a partner with enterprise. Very polite and professional.

I visited Mr. Tire in Solon, OH late (6:20 pm) on a Saturday. I had a slow leak in the rear tire of a new car and was leaving town, so wanted it fixed right away if possible. The guys at Mr. Tire got me in, found a very large nail in my tire, and successfully completed the repair of the tire before 6:45pm! Amazing job, guys - thank you!

I was nearly resigned to going to the dealer for my oil change after getting some ridiculously high quotes. i pass this place all the time and decided to stop by and get a quote. they presented all the different options and let me make an informed decision. they also were able to work on my vehicle immediately. staff was friendly and they appear to be a one stop shop for most of your normal auto needs. Ill definitely be returning in the future.

I have been going to Mr. Tire in Solon for over 5 years now and I have never had a problem there! A couple weeks ago I was there to get a brake line replaced and forgot to have them rotate my tires before a long trip to Florida. Called them and they were able to get me in today right before my trip. Definitely a reliable place to take your car. And the new girl up front Skyler was very polite and seemed to know exactly what she was doing!

I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in to change my tire at the end of the day before closing.

They say when it rains it pours but sometimes you find a rainbow!! My day started bright an early searching for a local shop that could take my overheating car that was leaking radiator fluid! Promptly at 7:30am Solon Mr Tire answered the phone, reassured me that they could take care of it and instructed me how to arrive safely! I was met promptly with a lot of empathy for my situation since I needed to be at airport by 11:45am. Problem diagnosed quickly but now needed to wait for new radiator to be delivered... the manager called twice checking on delivery ETA and kept telling me “we got you - it just may be close”. I think we were all relieved when that car pulled in! Job completed promptly and professionally!! Couldn’t have asked for a better team!! Out the door and made it to airport in time!! Thank you for being my rainbow!!

Mr. Tire has the tire my son and I were looking for his 2016 Scion TC which other stores doesnt carry. The Yokohama Tornante has proven all its claim. Amazing road grip in any weather and that makes us feel safe when driving. Mr. Tire Solon always does a good job installing and the waiting time was excellent. Highly recommendable.

I ran out of gas right near this shop and a wonderful young lady and man helped me. The man pushed my car into their parking lot and the woman gave me a gas can to get gas with. They then helped me fill the car. SO grateful! What wonderful, above and beyond service for someone who wasn’t even a paying customer...yet!

I got a flat tire on 422 just before the off-ramp to 91. I pulled in to Mr. Tire and asked them to take a look at it. I worked with Bob, the Manager, who was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. The tire was unable to be fixed, so they put my spare tire on the car and got me on my way. Im very appreciative! Would come here again.

Bob was so patient and kind! I had gotten 2 flat tires and he was honest and explained all options. I then realized I had tire replacement coverage thru Nissan and he was almost as happy as I was. He was truly able to place himself in the shoes of a consumer and did all he could to help me get my tires fixed in the most economical way. I didn’t use their services but I definitely will recommend their honesty

This place is great. I had an emergency with a tire and was traveling with my autistic son. A young lady named Skyler put a rush on and I was in and out in no time. The mechanic Joe was very friendly and quick.I highly recommend this place.

Ive been coming to this location for a few years, and have had NOTHING but great experiences. I have been looking at new tires and wheels online, and to make a long story short, I called on Saturday and talked to a guy who couldnt have been more helpful. He told me to stop in and bring in a printed page and talk to him or his co workers. I stopped in after work yesterday and there was no one in the waiting area, and I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the customer desk. When the guy did arrive I explained to him briefly why I was there (to be fair, I was looking to buy from Tire Rack but they are an authorized installer recommended by Tire Rack) and whether it was the fact that I wasnt buying tires from them or whatever, the guy couldnt be bothered. He wasnt interested in looking at the wheels or tires I was interested in, didnt wan to answer any questions and basically told me the guy on Saturday shouldnt have told me to come in with anything and call Tire Rack to see if the wheels fit, which was what I wanted to know before ordering them and having them delivered. I dont know if he was having a bad day or not, but I wasnt very impressed and left. Ill go somewhere else. By the way, I was more than willing to see what wheels they sold, which the guy on Saturday said they did, and would have happily bought them from Mr.Tire, based on the great experiences Ive had before. Ill go elsewhere from now on. I was VERY surprised at this.

I was a stop in off the highway with a flat tire and a weekend vacation with my kids to get to. In less than 30 minutes these guys diagnosed and replaced my tire and I was back on the road. I had a tire going down this morning. I drive for a living, and need to get back on the road fast, and safe. I pulled in about 7:45, and Ken and his tech had me back on the road in less than a half an hour. Conrads wanted me to wait 4 hours for a 20 minute job. I told everyone at my locations, Mr Tire at 91 and 422 took great care of me. Thanks Guys!

This was my favorite auto repair shop once upon a time. I felt that they were honest repairmen, always provided quality work at reasonable prices. I stopped in because I was having a clicking sound in my steering wheel. The mechanic advised me that he knew what the problem was and there were bulletins up on the issue. He told me that I needed sway bar links. I paid for the service and waited an hour. I drove off and still had the clicking issue. I went back in and told them that it wasnt fixed. He then told me that I should go to the dealer and it would be under warranty! I have never been so disappointed! I was under the impression that the clicking would be fixed. Turn out they fixed what they wanted to fix and not what needed repair and sent me on my way with the same issue!

Mr.Tire in Solon is among the best auto shops I have been to in north east Ohio. I am aware that this is a bold statement, so let me explain.As a college student who delivers pizza, I constantly need maintenance on my car. I have tried Valvoline, Midas, Vans, and some local mechanics. Everyone of these places has tried to upsell me and mislead me. I more often than not end up with a new problem that was not there before. When I go to Mr.Tire, my car gets fixed.Oil changes and brakes are done very fast and the mechanics keep you informed throughout the process. This is the same for all of their work.Speaking of the mechanics, they not only do good work, but also offer excellent customer service as well as great personalities.The bottom line is that I wouldnt be driving from Kent to Solon if Mr.Tire wasnt the real deal. They get the job done and they do it right. They wont sell you anything you dont need and they wont treat you like you are stupid. Ken, Bob, and Skyler are all delightful and make the experience easy and painless.10/10 could not recommend more.

I had Tirerack tires installed here and the service was professional and quick. Less than an hour for everything. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Also, I had been to Toyota the week before and they told me I needed an alignment. The guys at Mr. Tire said my steering wheel was just off a bit, and an alignment wouldnt be necessary. I appreciate their honesty, and that saved me $85!

Very overpriced. Same tire installed at Conrads for half the price. In fact, I got two Michelin tires installed on a truck cheaper at Conrads than one tire for a small car here. Save your money.
