Found economical ways to solve the problem, and even found a great price on a good pair of tires as we head into the winter season. I typically take my car to the dealer to have repairs done. But I will be coming back here from now on!

Got tires here first & had an overall positive experience working with Charles. He informed me they do free tire rotations with oil changes, so I brought my vehicle back for a standard oil change a few months later.Upon arrival, I asked to confirm the tire rotation was included, and was told by a different representative that a rotation was included “if your car needs it.”Oil change took about 50 minutes, was not offered the tire rotation, and they finished my experience up with some sales pushes for a $34.99 cabin air filter (you can buy one online for $13 and install in 30 seconds yourself) and a low battery warning.

I recently purchased a set of four tires for my Subaru Forester. Charles provided excellent support, information and service. The service from start to finish far exceeded my expectations.

I have been happy with Monros service. Now it has a new team. My tire pressure light is on. They replaced tire sensor at cost of $209.98 + tax + $29.30 Shop supply fee. I checked the cost of sense (TPMS SENSOR) at $15.64. Be alar with their service.

My son took his car there for new front tires which they installed quickly and at a very fair price. Suggested he needed front brakes as well. Which I said no to Bad decision on my part. Because when my son came home the following week his brakes were screaming. Metal on metal. So now they replace the rotors, calipers and pads. Should have listened. Because it cast twice as much SHOULD HAVE LISTENED

Great service! They took my car in, removed a piece that had fallen off, and then didnt charge me (only asked for a tip for the mechanic)! Will always come here for any maintenance I need.

Every time I come here they answer my questions and their prices are great. I got a quote on tires and couldnt find a cheaper price online. Dave the manager is always helpful and informative and they have done what they tell me with no added fees. They also replaced a broken spring at a great price. Great team there!!!

Rob was spectacular! Showed me where the nail went into my tire and repaired it in a jiffy. On my last visit, he informed me of a leaky oil pan. Took it to the dealership, since it was under warranty, and got it fixed for free. Very informative and fair car shop. Will definitely continue to return here with my truck for years to come!

Use this shop for brake work, mounting tires and recently a wheel alignment and tire rebalancing. Dave and the guys are always in a good mood and are willing to talk about what work is needed and why. Prices are competitive and work is done right and in a timely manner. I took in my car for new tires to Monro in Solon, OH. It turned out the rims on my car were not what was supposed to be on my car, per the door jam info and the computer. Rather than turning me away they get in the right tired and still completed the job for me, same day! And still kept me in the same price range. The crew at the Monro Solon, OH are fabulous! I have been using this shop for years and have been mostly pleased although it does seem that new employees over the past couple of years seem to always find something wrong with my car. Considering I get a new car every three years, there is rarely anything really wrong.I took the car in (after having made an appointment) to get my snow tires changed out and the oil changed. I was told they didnt really have time to do both jobs as they were backed up from the day before - where is this my problem? I made an appointment and it should have been honored.But the bigger issue is that they told me that I needed to replace all four tire pressure sensors as they were corroded and could not be removed intact and that it was illegal to put normal valve stems in place of the sensor monitors. The cost would be over $600. This sounded fishy to me so I left. I called my leasing company and they had me take my car to a service location they deal with on a regular basis - it happened to be a Firestone location. I learned that it is not illegal to put regular valve stems in but more important - they were able to remove the sensors and put them into my regular tires. Yes - it took a few extra minutes because of the corrosion, but they did it and everything works fine.Needless to say I will not be returning to Monro. As far as I am concerned they attempted to steal over $600 from me.

I would give this shop a million stars if I could!! Sunday early afternoon I took my car to them to look at my right front tire... being that it was very flat... had taken elsewhere to put air in before found out this shop was open on Sunday. Rob, the Assistant Manager came out looked at my tire and showed me exactly what was wrong and that I needed to get a new tire ASAP .. he was genuinely concerned for my safety on not driving until that tire was replaced and had such a nice demeanor the whole time .Got me in and out in less than an hour ! Went to this shop and Rob was excellent. He had great customer service and he was very proactive to my car repairs. The store was very busy, but he stayed on top of work and displayed leadership. I drive 30 mins to store just for the service.

I brought one of my vehicles in for service a few weeks ago and was in a hurry and had my children with me. The manager on duty Jon took my vehicle in personally and performed the maintenance in a very timely and professional manner and had me back on the road. I finally found my shop to go to after looking for years.

Rob was kind enough to get me in late on a Sunday afternoon and quickly fixed my flat. Great service!

I went here to have them replace my hood release lever about 3 years ago. When I went in the guy told me to buy the part myself and they would install it, that way I wouldnt have to pay the markup price. I bought the part and returned only to be told they dont install customer bought parts. I didnt return for quite some time because I was so aggravated with them telling me this. I finally went back to them about 3 months ago to have my drums and calipers replaced. I spent over $700.00 Dollars. I was told by the manager that the next time I came in I would get a free oil change. So today I went in to get my oil change. I stated that the previous manager had given me a free oil change. They did the oil change. While they were doing the tire rotation they informed me that my tires werent properly balanced. I told them just do the balance because it was $7.00 a tire. I figured whats $28.00 when the oil change is covered. I go to checkout after they took off the oil change only to find out that they didnt take it off. So instead of paying $28.00 and tax I paid $52.00. When I said something he said he could give me a free oil change next time. Im just sick of this. It seems like every time I go here I get screwed over in one way or another. I really dont understand how this company stays in business. I will NEVER go back again.

We try to give everyone good prices it is illegal to replace tpms sensors with regular valve stems and if the cars dealer requires full synthetic its true but you do have the option to get semi synthetic. True it is more expensive but I dont want to go to jail or fined just cause people dont care if its against the law or not. All the techs there now are good ones the manager is little iffy as a tech there I can vouch for that but I try to help the customers out as much as possible without getting myself dug into a pile of crap.
