My favorite place! The staff is so nice. Huge selection, clean, great sales and coupons, friendly people all over willing to help and answer questions. My go-to for all my craft needs. Always excited to stop in!

They are to busy trying to fill online orders than help walk-in customers. I only want 1 cut on a bolt and I was not even ask to wait a minute. The girl look up and said we need to fill online orders first. Know wonder stores keep closing if this is how customers that go to the stores are treated. I believe in trying to keep stores open in our local cities

Im in here a lot for sewing and craft supplies. Its one of the smaller Joanns, but it carries a decent amount of stuff. If youre looking for a huge selection, you may want to hit the main store in Twinsburg or head to Great Lakes (Mentor) or one of the other larger stores.

If you are a crafter it is easy to lose your mind buying things in this store.

The girls at this store were very helpful. They are very patient and I hope that these girls get raising, they deserve it.

This is a small store, but the personalized attention is great. I needed help picking out satin for a lining. The associate recommended what she thought was best when she walked me over to the aisle to show me.

Nice and halfway decent store. Lots of fabrics and patterns, silk flowers and seasonal decorating items. Beads and crafty items. Lots of books. Not much supplies on cross stitches. Very friendly people.

Always loved joanns. Its been my go to store for 10 years now. For those that complain about the low staff, yeah its a small store. I go during the usual not busy times for any store and its always a quick and easy in and out. Do your research on any craft you are doing . Dont just assume someone who works at a store knows everything about every craft. Again, I looooooove my local joanns!

I was looking for purse handles for the bags Im making. They had any kind of handle I could have thought of. The price was higher than I usually pay but I was able to get a coupon on the website. Definitely will be back often.

The store clerks were friendly and they also were very helpful I enjoyed my visit to Jo-Ann Fabrics in Solon Ohio.

Drove up there Sept.10,2020. The store is no longer there, just an empty store front. I checked the web site many times to see what time the open and it said 10am. Disappointed

Im very sad there is no more Joann fabric in Solon, because I usely always go here to buy fabric and staff and only the one close to my house, and I dont know where they moved dont have any information in the front store at all.

Found what I wanted. The staff was festive in Halloween costumes.Very enjoyable experience

This place is kinda small. They do have really good deals going on sometimes, but the selection of things isnt the best. They are very minimalistic, they dont have picture frames which kinda disappointed me Being a craft store and all. This isnt my go to craft store even though its close, Im going to drive the 15-20 minutes to hobby lobby because i know I can get everything at one store and not be driving around everywhere.

This Jo-ann location serves its purpose. Ive never had a bad experience here. In comparison to other locations there is significantly less product selection and the lighting is very harsh. But, the employees have always been nice and it is convenient to have a store in Solon.

I usually go for the selection of everything I need for crafting, but this time the selection of thicker yarn was limited to almost only wool. Kind of disappointed.

I visited later in the evening and had to wait a long time to get service. I just needed a small amount of fabric and the color I needed wasnt marked with a price so I think I got charged more than I shouldve. After receiving my fabric I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come check me out in the front of the store.Overall not to pleased

This Joanns is the smallest of any Ive been in but it usually has what I need. They always have old fabrics from years past that every other store has sold out of. Friendly staff. Usually only 2 people working at a time.

Usually has what I am needing for my current project but suggest that you dont shop without a coupon or two. Download app for latest coupons and sales.

Staff are friendly, but the store is old, aisles are narrow and crowded, first and dirt everywhere and the store was cold, I heard talk of how the manager didnt want to fix the heat, when I inquired. The selection is very limited because of the limited space in the store. Would not be my first choice Joanns to go to, if I had the option to go to another Joanns.

Found what I needed for the project I was working on but the service is horrible. They acted like it was a real chore to help me, even with the one or two questions I asked it seemed to be to much work to even answer. I probably will not return. There are other options with less attitude.
