ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR SERVICE, ESPECIALLY ON LAND ROVER! NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE! THEY FIXED ONE THING ON MINE AND BROKE ANOTHER, THEN PROCEEDED TO ACT LIKE IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN THEN REFUSED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IT WAS! AFTER THREE MONTHS! WELL I FIGURED IT OUT IN THREE DAYS AFTER I GOT IT HOME AND IT WAS A VERY SIMPLE 2 RELAYS THAT WERE CLEARLY ON THE HUGE STICKER ON MY GLOVE BOX! THEY NEVER REPLACED THEM AND AFTER 3 MONTHS NEVER FIGURED OUT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM, AND THEY LIKE TO CALL THEMSELVES TECHNICIANS! WHAT A JOKE! LAND ROVER SOLON IS TRASH AND HAS HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING A HONEST LOCAL MECHANIC!
They are the Jaguar Land Rover BMW dealership in Northeast Ohio. Dealership was clean sanitized and well-stocked with inventory.
I have been a customer of Davis Auto BMW for 14 years. I have purchased three Range Rovers and a BMW-M6! The service has always been immaculate! However, today was a disaster! I had previously called to make an appointment requesting a rental car and was told that I had one and that there would be no charge! No such thing! I was sent to Enterprise by my representative, who also had no knowledge of what was going on, and ended up renting a wreck! Hardly wanted to get into it let alone drive it! It was a disaster I am an Enterprise Plus member, and the car that I rented, even for them, was the absolute worst! Shameful!!! I cannot believe how service has so quickly and so greatly declined!Dr. Blackwell
Car: 06 BMW 328i If i could give zero stars i would, I refuse to do service with this dealership. I would not recommend their service department nor would I recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. From start to finish, the BMW dealership at Davis Automotive Group has provided one of thee most unsatisfactory experiences I have ever had. Not only was my vehicle not touched until 4 days after I dropped it off at the dealership, but there is more wrong with the car now than when I dropped it off. I went in due to electronic issue (wiring seemed to be the root cause) however I ended up with my steering wheel column locked. And I understand that the steering wheel column contains an electronic locking mechanism however, I was able to move it out of the parking spot to have it towed. The day that my car was dropped off, the steering wheel column lock light was not on. I even showed video to prove it. But when I received my car back not only was that light on, Davis Automotive could not provide an answer as to how the light came on. Initially the car would not crank, the tow truck driver put a battery pack on it. The car started right up, we moved it into position (out of the parking spot to have it towed.), and put it on the truck. Not to mention the $826 diagnostic payment (which does not include the $3000 column replacement) just for the service supervisor tell me there was nothing she could do. Do yourself a favor and take your BMW elsewhere. Service is just terrible.
Nice dealership, clean, good customer lounge area with all necessary amenities while waiting for your car to be serviced. As expected with any dealership, you will pay more for even the most basic of services versus a local shop.
Bought a CPO car. The sales rep forgot to mention the $750 discount for being a loyal BMW buyer. And the car needed an oil change when we drove it off the lot, which we now have to deal with.
For starters the service department will not return your phone calls even after leaving voicemail messages. The dealership makes all kinds of promises when youre purchasing the car but could not follow through on their service! I would not recommend this dealership in fact I would say avoid it at all costs. shame on you jaguar of solon!
Very professional staff and excellent services and fair dealing. I brought a car from them today and feel very happy that i made the decision to buy the car from this dealership
They really know how to service a client
Had a good experience here. Low pressure. Was able to test drive several vehicles. I would recommend
Not only did I pay $1000 for passenger side front and rear door seals and installation on a 2016 Jaguar XF, I thought “hey, it’s jaguar OEM parts and a jaguar dealership (operated by Davis Automotive Group), it’s worth $1000 to not have to worry about it. In just a couple of days the seals were already detaching themselves from the body. I’m pretty sure I could have got this quality of service level done anywhere for much less money
Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
Very professional and work completed in a timely manner.. and great follow-up by Sarah
Great dealership. Good staff. Cool cars.
Brought my car for an urgent airbag safety recall matter solicited by Land Rover and the NHTSA described as a matter that can cause serious injury or death. Scheduled appointment two weeks in advance and was assured orally and in writing that if required (the business will) provide a loaner vehicle for free. I arrived on time to my appointment and was told that no loaners are available.I have scheduled several appointments for today basing on the fact that I will have a vehicle, I took time off from work and I invested time and money to drive to Solon for the safety recall appointment. After speaking with LRUSA the manager was informed that he could use a car service. He said hed look into it but as soon as the conference call was over he said he couldnt do it.I called LRUSA again and was able to get an appointment set up for Friday. I was very happy to hear that my airbag will be fixed finally. An hour later Mr. Lombardo called and said that he is recording the conversation, that he is aware that an appointment was set up for Friday with LRUSA but he is declining service...He further slandered me for yelling, cursing and degrading ...These are serious alternative facts. I havent raised my voice and spent most of the time in my car calling corporate. How rude...Instead of admitting a mistake and moving on to fix things Lombardo stubbornly deflects blame onto the customer. How sad... How rude... How contrary to good business practices can you be? God help you if you buy a car from an environment like that.I would like to receive a written apology from Mr Ralph Lombardo or whoever scheduled the first appointment and then canceled the second one, wasted my time and money and put my life and the life of my family in jeopardy. I would like to know how is this matter going to be remedied. Is there compensation for my aggravation? Is there a consequence for this unprofessional business practice? Will my airbag be fixed? Will Land Rover honor the recall?
Service department courtois. Appointment time kept, in and out with no problem.
Complete scam artists. Will bilk you out of every dime they can. Even for a lease with less than 25,000 miles they try to convince you to replace tires, brakes, etc. Stay far away from this dealer.
Very Unprofessional service advisor Brian Yarmesch and service manager Steve Vavrek. They have no clue whats happening in their repair center. They dont even call you back, you cant reach them, Voice mail not even set up and no follow ups with updates and excuse they give you that they are short staffed, Dont take your car/truck there. These people are not trust worthy. They give you highest price they can because they think you have expensive cars/trucks, we can afford to do any repairs. Who pays almost $1,000.00 for maintenance service (Basically Oil Change and Filter and some minor stuff or may be Tire rotation- well over at over Davis Automotive you do because they have to pay their technician and service advisor to keep them but the turn around is so high you wont see the same person anyway). When you buy Range Rover the entire dealership will be standing their for you but when it come to service, especially after your warranty expires - you are on your ownIf you dont trust this try yourself, you will find out in a hard way
See Jeff Allen. He will definitely take good care of you!
