Lol, these people are special. They pretty much said it was impossible to put an iPhone 11 on a prepaid plan. So I left, went to the Woodmere location. and was set up with a phone and plan within an hour. Dont go here unless you want to waste your precious time and energy.

I dont ever leave reviews but if I could give this location less than one star I would. The store is extremely dirty and the girl I dealt with Danielle who was some kind of manager lacked professionalism on every level. Prior to myself, she dealt with a customer trying to return something and she was nearly yelling at him. She handled the situation so poorly that it visibility made other customers and myself uncomfortable to the point I nearly left. I will not be coming back to this location.

After a completely horrific day, attempting to deal with both the Corporate Stores at Woodmere and Beachwood, Midas, the individual working the Solon Store, was able to 100% assist and went over the top to be professional, kind and understanding. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks Midas!

I have recommended and raved about this ATT location for years. They consistently hire helpful, knowledgeable staff. Eric is quick, knowledgeable, patient, & very helpful. He exceeds expectations.New manager transferred in- A senior female came in to get assistance with her phone. I told the manager I could wait while she helped the lady. The manager pretty much told her, her phone was outdated and implied she needed a new phone. The phone was too old to repair. The customer tried to explain her problem, but when she saw it wasnt working she gathered her keys, phone and wallet and walked out, frustrated and disappointed. The manager asked my opinion about whether she provided good customer service???? I purchased an approx $1,000 Galaxy S10. She said if I move your old phone info to the new one, it will take 50 minutes, or I can transfer some of the info and it will take 15 minutes. There was no one in the store but me, what was the hurry. Im a senior like the other lady . Later I heard on a commercial that if you purchase a Galaxy phone you get one free. She didnt tell me about the promotion. My next post describes what occurred when my husband (senior) experienced when he went there days later, my son lost his phone and my husband went to replace it and inquire about the free phone.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! The sales representative was the only one in the store and she became busy but she took her time with me and helped me with my new phone! She was awesome!

This store is fantastic. Great service. Spencer was awesome when explaining my entire plan and even helped me get an awesome tablet with my new iPhone 6s! Couldnt be happier with my visit.

The management and the staff are wonderful. They are very friendly and personable. They also get things done in a timely manner and make sure it is done the right way the first time around. I highly suggest this store.

Signed up for prepaid services. Told the representative Matt that I wanted the $75 unlimited prepaid plan and was told numerous times throughout the conversation thats what I had. Matt also stated that with my att account for internet through the my att app that I could link my new account to sign in. Later found out that that was incorrect as they do not offer to link with a prepaid account. Come to find out I was signed up for the $65 unlimited plan after I registered for a prepaid account, autopay, etc. My services were disrupted because they claim after signing up for services that I changed my prepaid plan which I stated multiple times that I did not. The store manager Stephanie repeatedly kept accusing me of changing my services and then became dismissive and rude at the end of our conversation and threw my receipt on the counter after I asked her for it since I did not get my receipt the first time I was in store from Matt. All in all it was a pretty bad experience as a new att customer. And the manager/reps need more customer service training and should become more knowledgeable about the services offered for both prepaid and post paid customers.So after leaving this review my plan was magically changed to .25/minute plan. I went back to the store to see what could be done and the manager Stephanie would not refund my money for the service or help in any way. She directed me back to customer care who is now saying that the store will have to help me. Someone here changed my plan without my authorization. You go to these att stores and give them your info only for them to use it against you. When asked to speak to the manager over her, she stated that shes conveniently on vacation. Avoid this store and just conduct your business online.

I never write reviews but I really had to. I came to this store after visiting another store the day before and they were not really any help. Gio from the aurora store was beyond helpful and he was helping at least 5 customers at a time. From what I could tell, he was extremely helpful to the rest of the customers. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He truly cared about the happiness of the customers, myself included. I live on the west side, but work on the east side, Ill definitely be coming to this store from now on. Thank you, Gio!

Awesome. I was paying 180 a month for Cable with time Warner. These guys got me faster internet and TV for under 130 a month. I love it!

When I visited the Solon AT&T, I was greeted by the sales associates in a very professional and courteous manner. These young men know their products and business. They work to meet any individuals personal and/or professional needs with the array of products and services offered by AT&T. I would recommend this store and its personnel any time.

I got a phone half off and saved money on my tv bill. Alyssa was so nice. And transferred my stuff. I like it alot more than sprint.

They gave wrong info..I switched from other provider to att and they told me tablet is free and i dont have to pay anything for it each month but that wasnt true. It was $10 a month + one time $45 activation fee.When i returned it to the store, they charged me 33$ restocking fee.One of the employee had an attitude while i was returning the tablet. Stay away from this store, buying online is better and call att if you have any questions.

I have been in recently for a few questions and equipment. My experience every time has been wonderful and very professional.

This is a franchise store and they operate by their own low standards. In December, 2015, I stopped in to ask if I could lower my family plan bill by reducing the data package, and I was told NO. They then asked me if I had received a free tablet when I had purchased my Iphone at a REAL ATT store. I told them I had not. Now keep in mind, my whole purpose in stopping at the store was to reduce my charges, NOT increase them, which I explained when I first entered the store. Long story short, they gave me the free tablet, and when I asked if there were any additional charges on my monthly bill, and was assured NOT. I never even turned it on for 2-3 months when my computer died. It didnt work. Yes, I had been lax in taking care of my business because I was sole caregiver for my elderly mother suffering from Alzheimers, and she was waiting in the car. She passed away in March, and I am now freed up to take a closer look at my bills and much to my surprise, I found I have been charged monthly for the use of the tablet. I chatted on line with an ATT rep and she was able to credit my account for a very small portion of the charges. Further, she WAS able to reduce the data package on the family plan, as they should have been able to do in December, 2015. Without the unauthorized charge for the tablet and the reduced data package, my bill has been reduced by over $60 monthly. So, the Solon ATT store ROBBED ME in excess of $1,200 for that period of time. I am certain the laughed their arses off at the stupid woman they had just ripped off. I had my 94 year old mother in the car waiting for me, and I should have been more careful, but, I just didnt expect to be given wrong information, and charged for something I never wanted or needed in the first place. I am not just angry, I AM LIVID!!!! They are an unscrupulous bunch of thieves.

This company is Terrible. When we came to the store just to separate phone line we were told that if we will combine all phones, TV and internet it will be $450 a month for everything. Then the money were taken from our account and we were sure that weve paid everything. Then we went out of country for 3 weeks. When we came back we receive statements that we have a past due account for $193.00 and we owe total of $339.70 for UVerse and TV service. Say WHAT???....I was shocked!!! I was calling ATT for 3 days, I was going to the ATT stores all over my city and what I got???... my service was turned off... Me and my husband both have home based business based on internet. I was on the phone for 3 hours today and they were so rude and nobody wanted to help. Everybody were transferring me over and over again and finally they said, the only thing we can do for you!!!!!!!..... take your payment!!!!! :)))))))) Can you believe it? After I finish with this review I go to the court. Ive had enough with this company. Now I have to take some pills because I cannot calm down...... Hope you will never ever sign up with AT&T and if you do, have everything in writing, because all this company based on FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service on the back end. After they make the sale. ALL the discrepancies theyve made will fall on you the customer. MANY MANY DISCREPANCIES. After my experience with Spencer at the Solon,OH AT&T store...Id rather go online or call in for service.
