Simple problem, right? Phone died. Already had an old phone to use as a replacement. Piece of cake. Call customer service and get it switched.Not even close!!!After a multi-hour ORDEAL (probably close to 4-5 in total) between Sprint and Verizon customer service the previous day-evening-night, I ended going to the T-Mobile store in Solon where a simple sim card swap was the fix. There are still some issues with contact transfers (my fault) but the guys are helping to try to recover. To say they were exceptionally helpful would be an understatement. Anthony (great hair!) and Dan (looks good in T-Mobile pink) were everything the over-the-phone customer service was NOT!. Helpful. Thorough. COMPETENT! And patient. Very patient.Folks, if you have a choice, bypass T-Mobiles over-the-phone customer service and go to the Solon store. If Dan or Anthony are there they will take care of you. Thank you, gentlemen.

Please save yourself! First, we got signed up for the most expensive plan despite correcting them during the sales process multiple times. Then they screwed up the trade-in offer. We were able to change the plan but had to pay the extra $30 for the first month even though it is not what we signed up for. The phone trade-in we still have not gotten straightened out, they sent us to a different store because they arent corporate. Just awful!!

They called us to set an appointment, we got there 5 mins before and we waited for a whole hour. It was absolutely ridiculous. If you’re going to do appointments at least manage your time wisely. You could’ve called and said that there might be a wait due to a hold up, but no, we drove all the way there just to wait for an hour and did not get through. I’ve never had this problem when it just sprint, now you’ve joined companies and everything is just terrible.

We recently upgraded our phone and had some issues with Apple about the SIM card.....Today we had the most wonderful experience with Seth and Anthony at the Sprint/T Mobile store in Solon.They are ever so helpful and made an awful experience all better again. Great customer service🤗

Unfortunately, I cant say anything good about this place. At first, spent my lunch break, but the store manager Kevin Shaver served a lady, and the other person said that he cannot do anything. But all I needed is to change my phone number from the old apparatus to the new one. The second time I came to this place after work. The same manager, even he stopped talking to someone on the phone, didnt even say hello and demonstratively did nothing to help. I kept waiting sitting right in front of him, but he didnt react to my presence. At the moment when I said that the service was not appropriate and cannot wait any longer and went to the exit, he immediately began to serve the man who was after me in line. It was a real demonstration that he did not want to help. I do not know why – either he did not like my Asian face, or he did not like me for having an expensive phone (it is a gift from my wife for my birthday). In any case, I would not recommend getting service here in Solon. Now, I need to find a new Sprint place with friendlier and more effective service. It is really unfortunate that because of this type of attitude you’d be losing customers.

Julie was our sales representative and did an excellent job! She answered all of my questions throughout the week, both in person and through email, leading to me opening our account through Sprint.We have a large account with 7 smartphones. We are very happy with the complete deal that we received from Sprint and feel very fortunate to have dealt with such a friendly, professional, courteous and helpful staff.I was with Verizon for 13 years. My total bill is a little over half, yes 1/2 of what it was at Verizon. Very satisfied to say the least. I wish I would have switched earlier.This location in particular, in my opinion, cares most about customer satisfaction. When going to Verizon, if I wasn’t buying, it was hard to get ANY help at all.

They were pleasant to work with because I had so many questions. I understood what was going on with my bill and was glad to add another line. I recommend other to come to this Solon store. I had a horrible, horrible experience at this store. I had gone in to discuss a billing issue for a phone that I had returned months ago and they say they could help me. This was by far, the very worst customer service I have ever received. They told me to go back home and get the receipt, which I did and when I went back they said they couldnt do anything with it. The staff was ignorant and cared only about closing the store and going home. They dont even deserve the one star.

The people at this Sprint store are the WORST for customer service I have ever encountered at any type of store. My phone was not delivered on the date promised. The first bill, which I was told would be under $150/ month, ended up being sent for over $1,200. When I went to the Sprint store, they told me to call the 800 number to figure it out. N either managers ever returned my call, and to my knowledge there is no direct supervisor that has any authority, or care, to help with larger problems. It took me over 6 months, and hours on the phone... to get my refund for switching from Verizon. And the Sprint phone service in general is terrible..... constantly drops calls, bad reception, etc. And its almost impossible to get ahold of a real person through their customer service number. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using Sprint, and ESPECIALLY the SOLON store. !!!!

I took my son to this store to purchase a phone last week. Jordan was the associate we worked with. He was very polite, patient and explained the different plans in great detail. My son and I were done in little less than an hour, with new IPhone in hand! Jordan was fantastic! Told him I will be back to get a new phone for myself ! Ive been on Sprints network for years and have rarely had any dropped calls or issues. I was with Verizon for years before Sprint and had frequent problems. That being said, all networks have issues..... None of them are perfect.

Turned in my IPhone 6 in October and still waiting for my bill credits over 2 months later. Was told I never turned in the phone but have the paper proof I did. Staff doesnt take customer service seriously and the District Manager is also involved and still no resolve. Was told numerous times I would be contacted but still waiting for a phone call to resolve. Been a sprint customer for 15 years and this will be my last. Steve is the manager and should not be in his position.

In the solon store an employee was in there alone & had his girlfriend/friend in there & refused to help me on my insurance claim even though a co-worker of his helped me with the same problem a month earlier, then continued to tell me no one ever helped me with it. The customer service at the solon store needs reviewed.

YES go there, Sprint Store by A1 Wireless located @ 6465 SOM Center Rd, Solon Ohio, is the cleanest and most professional Sprint store to date that i have been into. FYI, I have been a Nextel and now a Sprint customer for well over 18 years and love how they take care of me and my business. Dan Griffin is the store manager at the solon location, so go see Dan to get great customer service, yes it still does happen. Great NEWer store.
