I just picked up a curbside order from this store. I called ahead of time to see if the order was ready, a manager had answered and was so incredibly rude. She acted as if I was bothering her asking about my order and then proceeded to hang up on me. For a manager, what a horrible example to set for the rest of the staff. I suggest reviewing customer service etiquette, especially for management staff. I will not be returning to this store.

Just came back from returning the mascara. I was told I have to open an account to return. They werent just asking for a phone number, but open an account. Lie! By lower lever manager, big girl with black hair. And if so, why wasnt i told so before making a purchase? Stay away from Ulta, if thats truly is their policy.

I had eyebrow waxing & mapping by Stephanie. She spent time explaining her technique to me & how she would make my eyebrows look the way I want them to be. She recommended a new color to enhance my eyebrows with my hair coloring. I highly recommend Stephanie not only for her expertise but her professional & bubbly personality!

Customer service is awesome! Helpful and courteous.

What can I say? Im always here friendly staff especially in Solon and great selection.

I miss the days when places would prepare you a sample perfume if they didnt have any..the last thing I want to do is buy a fragrance, take it all the way home, just to find out I hate it, and have to drag it all the way back to the store and attempt to find another one :( I understand with this pandemic but cmon what ever happened to good customer service and samples to take home..bringm back!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! experience I took a trip to ultra for some Goodies with my friend & boyfriend who were also there to get some skin care products. We were the only people of color in the store and were treated very different from the other guests. The manager (who was also black) repeatedly walked in whatever area we were in and asked if we needed help upward 9 time even after she helped us once already. Along with another coworker of hers who also keep asking us if we needed help 5+ Times. And when we received help the manager was very rude and unhelpful. I would never step foot in there again

Very clean store with lots of products! The associates are very nice and helpful as well, great customer service in these COVID times is nice to see. Affordable 3-wick candles hold a candle to BBW. Definitely a first choice compared to BBW. Signed up for rewards with ease. First time here and looking forward to more experiences to come. Hopefully positive like this one.

I love this store. Every time I’m there it’s amazing. The cashier tonight was so helpful and amazing. Helped me with everything I needed and was honest about products. Will be coming back for future sales. Associate on sales floor was also friendly. Even though I came in late, I didn’t feel rushed and felt the employees wanted to be there and to help.

Visited the ulta store this afternoon. Upon entering no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I luckily found the section I was looking for with Cerave products. I noticed they did not have the products I was looking for so I tried to find someone to help. I approached two employees who seemed disturbed that a customer would even ask for help. They barely pointed me in the direction of where to look. I told them I already looked there and I asked if maybe they had some extra products in the back. The employee said “customers created a fictitious back-stock room that does not exist, if it’s not on the floor we don’t have it.” She then walked away from me clearly irritated that I even asked for help. I was shocked and hurt at how extremely rude the employee was. I have visited this location numerous times and if the product I’m looking for is not on the floor an employee will kindly go check in the back to see if it’s in stock. I assume the lady I dealt with was a store manager. I will never return to this ulta again.

Very bright and clean store inside. Went to look for a new perfume. With the pandemic, all the perfume bottles have been taped up so you can only look at them, but not smell them. Not really helpful to finding a new perfume.

Employee was honest with me about a setting spray rather than just trying to make a sale which was incredibly helpful

I had the most delightful experience in Solon-Ulta. Extremely helpful staff! This woman assisted in picking me out a primer and concealer, neither of which Ive ever used before. She was so sweet listening to my nonsense story about being new makeup. The guy at the register was so pleasant, smiling and happy. Everyone in the store was eager to assist and gave recommendations when asked. Will definitely be returning!

Their Salon is one of those Hidden Gems that you just have to experience at least once.

Terrible customer service and harrassed my mom and I about our masks after we had already had them on and then once my mom walked out the store. The manager I believe was talking about my mom in a rude bad way. We were both disappointed and never made our purchases. I definitely will not be going back. Poor service

Great place! Sales associates are always helpful and friendly, they were able to direct me to some skincare items I was interested in & give me honest opinions on them. Store was well organized (even though it was the day after Christmas) and I was able to get everything I wanted & a few extra items on sale.

Just got balayage and hair cut from Dustin and I love it! I came in to just have a day to pamper myself, and walked out loving the results! My hair feels healthy and looks beautiful. The color blends in beautifully with my natural color and has just the right amount of pop. Dustin really took the time to help me pick the right shade for me and patiently gave my hair the TLC that it much needed! I absolutely recommend!

I went to Ulta to get my first ever short haircut - I always had long hair my whole life. I made my appointment online and chose Dustin to cut my hair and he did a WONDERFUL job! I love love love my hair. The experience was fantastic. I was a little nervous since it was my first time and I couldnt be happier with my choice! If you get your hair done here, I highly recommend Dustin! Hes very nice, informative, and knows what hes doing. He figured out a look for me and I couldnt be happier! THANK YOU DUSTIN!

Good customer service but very pricey

I love Ulta Beauty. This is an organized store. It is really easy to find what youre looking for and the staff are friendly. This store often has coupons online and if youre a member, you might accumulate enough points for a small discount. My only complaint is that there is not enough K-Beauty! More K-Beauty please! I recommend this store.

The place was very clean nuke a smell bleach as you headed toward the bathroom Room in the back Their workers were very kind and very helpful The store was operating as usual but theyre closing time is much earlier 6:00 p.m.

I know its a busy shopping day, but it wouldve been a better experience if there were a few associates walking the floor to help the customers find things.

I went in looking for a specific product that online said they now carry at Ulta Beauty. Unfortunately the product is not in stores yet but the staff was more than helpful and offered to order it for me.

The Solon location has more variety of brands than other stores (eg. Macedonia).

Good selection. Helpful staff. Their clearance isnt that much better priced, though.

Recently at the solon oh ulta. Asked a question to a blond employee. She was so condescending with her answer I turned and walked away . Beware if you have a question. And you better know your product. Or you will get the hand gestures and body language of a very angry woman

Always a great experience and have switched over to ulta from Sephora because their rewards system can’t be beat.

Courteous, but didnt seem enthusiastic about helping with details, such as which foundation/concealer etc. If you know what you want,then they can point out location,dont seem interested in having conversation(maybe with one another). I think for the money I might be better off buying drugstore.

My daughter loves this store, I dont mind taking her because they have chairs all over the store that you can sit in and wait

They carry a good range of quality products. Got a haircut here once too, so you can do that.

Asked an employee for help finding a particular bronzer. Said employee glanced at me and rudely said “Guess we don’t have it” and walked away. Extremely disappointed by this experience and lack of customer service.

Master Stylist and former Salon Manager Dustin Innocenti is now at Dino Palmieri Crocker Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and at Studio Palmieri on w 6th in downtown Cleveland Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

I came here a little over a year ago when they were having a birthday promo and I had a great experience. They did a great job.

They have the Beauty products I use. I am able to find most of the products I use.

Always find helpful people to answer my questions

The make-up artist needed more practice. Didnt even clean the brushes, tried to use the same color concealer/brow gel as the girl right before me ( Im a pale blonde and she was a darker brunette). The eye liner wing looked like a 5th graded attempted and she got mad when i told her AGAIN i didnt want dark lips then she wasnt even going to attempt to cover the lipstick that was smeared(from her).

The lady that did my hair went above and beyond to make me look amazing Im going there again in a few days

I got my hair cut here and the girl took an hour then found a manger to ask how to cut my hair of which the manager had to try and fix since she didnt cut it right. Let alone she got the brush stuck in my hair several times while blow drying it and then got finishing product in my eye and my hair was still wet at the end of all of it. You dont know the experience the hair dressers have, proceed with caution. I did get 50% off the hair cut but it wasnt what I wanted and the manager said, thanks for being a good sport. Im not here to be a trial, I wanted a service I paid for and to have it cut the way I wanted. Disappointed.
