My husband and I bought a home with your garage doors installed. The home is 3 years old. The stain on 3 of the 4 garage doors has faded (the previous owners didnt keep it up) and we have attempted several times to acquire the Clay stain color the doors came in so that we can touch them up. We are being told by your sales associate the color is proprietary. So uh, please tell me what home owners are suppose to do for touch ups etc.?? Why cant I purchase the stain? Automobile makers dont sell you a car without offering a way to buy touch up paint! Please, please let me know how I can obtain a matching stain so I dont have to replace 4 garage doors and spend thousands of dollars (which is what your associate told me I would have to do in order to get that matching color?!)

Horrible customer service terrible products. Tried to give him another chance And worse than ever. Stay away.
