Eric and Keith are amazing!! We called for an issue with our entry door and they came out the very next day! I always enjoy them when they come to the building. Plus Eric reminds me of Jim Carrey, one of my favorite comedians! :D Always friendly, always fast! Very knowledgeable of the business and what steps to take to get the job done. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just received awesome and prompt service from Allied Door Systems at Commodore Place Apartments located in University Circle. Eric the technician was great, he was able to fix our doors and provide Management with additional information. Very cost effective as well. Will definitely continue to use their services when needed.

The customer service at this establishment was horrifying. A simple request for a copy of work specs sent their representative Elaine into a meltdown. The fact that this request was so hard to fulfill made it apparent that they are totally unorganized. No regard for good customer service and unprofessional from a business standpoint.
