My co-worker and I had been looking around for some UV paint in larger sizes so we found Vincint lighting on line dropped in were greeted by john who seemed pleasant and helpful.We made our order only to be informed later on over the phone that there was a back order on the brand we wanted which was understandable so we switched to the more expensive Wild Fire brand which was fine. John said he would call back and let us know what the status and availability was on the items ordered. He never called back so i called back 3 times only to be told he would call mw back after waiting over a week I decided to order directly from wild fire and not only did i get my 4 gallons a week later but i saved over $200! Wasted over a week waiting for a call that never came. Im all for buying local and patronizing small businesses being one myself but this place really disappointed me .

Outstanding service and equipment.Very impressed with Seans knowledge, communication, and service. Communication was very fluid from the first phone call to the delivery of the generator.I needed a 1400 Amp Generator the morning of filming a commercial and Vincent Lighting had my order delivered within 1.5 hours and saved our production.No other company would have been able to understand the time sensitivity and technical requirements in such short notice.
