Horrible service. Price is sky high also. Had better service with Mike and he’s crew. Took if for an oil change (that charged me 36) with my filter and oil) pick it up started running rough they said they have no idea what’s going on.

I just feel price was high compared to other shops but once I tell them they lowered price

Came to Autotech on the recommendation of family. They were super convenient. They assessed the work that needed to be done. Helped fix a problem another company had overlooked and were beyond fair with pricing. They were extremely fast and I 100 percent recommend this place!

I can not thank Oscar and Mike enough for helping me out over Labor Day weekend! The air conditioner in my car stopped working and they were able to take the car immediately. I have taken my vehicles for service there. Not only are they reasonably priced, they will treat your car like its theirs. Think of this place like having a personal mechanic you can trust. They will not lie and tell you something is wrong with your car just to make a quick buck. They will even perform extra maintenance task they see needed at no additional charge. I highly recommend them.

So received the Van back and they said they said the tires could not be rotated. Well I was driving home and a odd sounds came from the passenger front tire well come to find it the cross threaded one lug nut and did not tighten the rest. Well needless to say I was today trying to rotate my tires and I noticed that the destroyed the passenger rear lug nut and now is going to be a project to remove. Hope you are better with motor work cause lug nuts are not your specialty.

Autotech has been my go-too place for car service since they have opened. They are professional, honest and fairly-priced. They keep to their appointments, have a comfortable waiting room with fresh coffee and TV. They have kept service records of my car and have kept me safe on the road and up-to-date with maintenance. Only place to go for basic service and major repairs.

Have had negative experiences with other mechanics and here was nothing but positive. Appreciate mostly their honesty even when not in their best interest. Thankful that I have found someone that I can trust. They definitely have my business and will recommend to others.

My family and I were heading home from a vacation on the NJ shore when our alternator went out. I purchased a new one from the local parts store and brought it to auto tech for installation. After explaining the situation, they were very accommodating, putting us at the front of the queue and had us rolling home within an hour. The labor charge was higher than what I would have expected back home but considering the spot we were in and the service we received it was worth every penny.

I have used these guys a few time with various vehicles, depending upon the nature of your visit they normally have your vehicle ready either same day or next day early. Its a family owned and operated shop, these guys really know their way around a wrench and stand behind their work. Prices are very fair and estimates are pretty close most of the time.Pics to come later.

Had a flat tire driving around on a donut today. Stopped into this place and they just took care of it for me. Repaired the flat and mounted the tire immediately for a very fair price. Very responsive and professional. Shout out to front reception guy Steve who just made it happen. Thanks. Will recommend these guys to others.

Car broke down on a Sunday afternoon, hours from home. Thankfully, we were only half a mile from Autotech, who was open! With only a few hours from closing, I was not optimistic it could be fixed that day. However, Frank and staff worked quickly to diagnose, get the parts rushed in, and were able to get it done! Saved us a hotel room and we were able to get home that night so we didnt miss any work. Totally worth paying a little extra for the quickness and convenience.

Stopped in to have a screw removed from truck tire as I did not want to pull in case it was long and lead to flat tire. Steve was very pleasant and they took in right into a bay. A few minutes later the mechanic returns to say no screw found and he checked all four tires. Screw must have fallen out during morning errands. Steve said no screw, no charge!!!!I think I found a good place to take our vehicles. Highly recommend Auto Tech.

On vacation in OCNJ. Car displayed some odd behaviors. These guys could have EASILY milked me hard. They knew I was from out of town and completely at their mercy. Instead, they were very helpful and honest. The whole episode cost me $16. When I’m in OCNJ I will go ONLY to AutoTech. If you live in that area, you’re fortunate to have an honest mechanic.

These guys are a bunch of ruthless crooks. DO NOT GO THERE even if your life depends on fixing your car. 2 weeks ago I had a failed fuel pump on my 94 Nissan Altima and I had to tow my car to their shop. The next day I received a phone call from Autotech and they offer to fix the fuel pump for $865.That was the bill:$125 for towing the car (I paid $65 to the towing company in advance)$500 for fuel pump (which I purchased from AAP for $200)$240 for labor (which they jacked to $300 after I brought the fuel pump)I said to the guy that there is no way I am paying $860 for a simple fuel pump fix. After all my car is worth about the same amount.I spoke with the towing company about this additional $125 charge and they said that they are not involved and called Autotech immediately, so they removed it from my bill.I went to Advanced Auto Parts to get the pump from there and the guy behind the counter assumed that I am working at Autotech because they called him half an hour ago to ask him for the exact same pump, so it turned out they wanted to buy the pump for $200 from AAP and charge me $500 which is 150% profit only from the fuel pump itself. They were busted!I bought the pump and went back to Autotech. They charged me only $300 for labor and didnt gave me an warranty because they used a part purchased by me, even though its the same part that they wanted to install in a first place.The way they tried to rip me off was outrageous. I asked the guy why they are doing that to people and he said every shop does that and thats the way to make a buck.I am not going to use their services anymore... never again...not in a million years!3/14/2015

Fair fast and efficient went in for an oil change and the technician noted irregularities with my suspension system as evidenced by irregular tire wear was alerted to what could be a real safety issue estimate given within less than the day you got to love that

My mother-in-law just had her battery changed with a service call to her house and Marmora they charged her $320 for a freaking $120 battery she is 80 years old and I’m telling you they just took advantage of a senior citizen and for that they should be out of business

This shop has tried to charge myself and other people I know for work that wasnt needed. I once took my car there for an oil change, they quoted me for 900 dollars worth of work that I needed done immediately I took it to another shop and they said they wouldnt even recommend the repairs in the first place. This shop is a rip off. BEWARE!!

AutoTech recently tried to charge me almost $500 to fix brakes that didnt need fixing. Please be wary when using this shop!
