Great experience again!!EPC light came on after getting my car back from VW of Salem County for the same problem.Called KB.Brought it in… remind you, this is late Friday afternoon, and Jason had me back on the road within a half hour!!!So here’s the background:EPC light first came on Friday 8.5 miles from VW of Salem County. Had it towed. $850 later and a weekend of no car, got it back. All seemed good.Yesterday light was back on and car went into “limp mode.” Needless to say, I was not too happy.Jason came to the rescue!!!Thanks guys for being the best!!!

Car started making funny sounds while driving down for vacation. They got me in the same day with a promise to at least diagnose if they couldnt fix it that day. They diagnosed the problem as I was pulling in to the lot and fixed it by end of day. Very fair pricing and very friendly.

RE : INFINITI EX ~ 35 AWDI had taken my vehicle to be serviced to@ ~ least four ( 4 ) different mechanics :NONE OF THEM COULD IDENTIFY AND // OR REPAIR THE ISSUE .I was becoming BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I spent $280.00 towing my car to this place for the mechanic to tell me he never worked on a deisel VW I will never used them again or recommend them to anyone

Rather than jerk me out of money for Tic Tac repairs which wouldnt have solved my VWs real issue they advised me to trade it in and get what I could for a while I could. the next day I take it to a dealership trade in for 6k a couple hours later I was told the engine went.

This place saved my families vacation! After a long night of torrential downpour, my family and I woke to a car filled an inch and a half with water. Devastated, we tried calling a repair place on the island who wanted to tow the vehicle and told us to take the loss even looking at it. This sounded like an opportunist looking for cash so we took our business elsewhere. Once we called K&B Auto Repair we knew were in good hands. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendliest and most comforting staff who assured us that there was nothing to worry about. What was before a totaled car, became completely drivable thanks to their expertise and reassurance. K&B could not have been more helpful. 5 stars!

Came here based on a recommendation from a friend. Of course I did my own research and I saw all the amazing reviews and then I found out that they have been in business for over 50 years! I thought to myself, they must be doing something right. Oh boy, are they ever. I should have written a review the first time I brought my car in but better late than never right?Great mechanics providing excellent, fast service. They had my Jetta in and out in less than a day for a brand new clutch, and of course it’s not like I was the only customer for the day. They were working on so many cars. Bob is friendly, energetic and easy to work with. Can’t beat the quality of work and the unbeatable price point. They are a great company! Awesome customer service! My son needed a ton of work on his car and in no time they had it done. The price was affordable. You could tell they dont inflate their prices....now we are hooked. I wont take our 3 cars anywhere else!

Great place to service and diagnose specific VW Audi issues as they specialize in that. Go to them over the VW dealer who charges crazy prices.

Beware of this place people. Used this place twice and both times after receiving my wifes VW cc back, a new problem with the car happened. These problems did not exist prior to Bob and his crew working on the car. Got a fuel pump fixed and the car came back with a rough idling sound. Took the car back a month later for another issue and when that issue was fixed, Bob told my wife that the battery was bad and they had to charge it. We had no battery issues prior to taking our car to him. When we asked how is it that the battery is bad all of a sudden, he immediately became rude and said that hes not responsible for the battery. To make matters worse, the car started leaking coolant the very next day. Never had that problem prior to taking our car to him. GO FIGURE!!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!!

Simply the best gang of auto repair folks! Not only does Jason diagnose everything properly and explain it before doing the work, but he actually finishes the job in a timely fashion. The fact that this is a family-owned business means that they have a reputation to maintain...and they do.

I had taken my car to K and B and after winning my trust they robbed me (without a pistol) several times after that. Every time they fixed my car something else went wrong with it. This garage puts used parts in your car and over charges. They run the scam game that if you pay cash and no taxes you dont get a receipt. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and give them NO STARS!

Been here a few times. I think they have a great team but very shady practices. The mechanic is always able to diagnose problems but somehow always found a way to make a poor experience. My stripped oil pan was glued shut without my knowledge. Found a couple new screws I’m my front bumper after being towed. Again, GREAT diagnostics, shady work.

This has been my 2nd trip to K&B Auto for my VW Tiguan. This is a car that not a lot of people are proficient at fixing. Bringing my vehicle to Jason and the guys at K&B Auto has saved me so much $$$ and headaches from using mechanics that simply don’t see these vehicles as often. These guys make a tremendous effort to fix my vehicle as efficiently as possible and know what they’re doing which in turn saves me from long labor times that rack up huge repair bills. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Just moved to Somers Point and my 2007 Volvo S40 AWD needed something done in the engine. They immediately analyzed my problem correctly, set up an appointment and did the work in one business day. Amazing! And, all with a smile. My car is perfect. Will definitely go back again.

HORRIBLE PLACE. The owner is a scammer, and incredibly rude. Will never be returning to this place and unless you enjoy to being disrespected and scammed out of your money I suggest not visiting this place either.

TL;DR - the shop told me it was going to be $450 to replace a radiator, they charged my elderly father $720 without explanation and created another problem.My experience with this business was terrible. The surly secretary shouldve been the first warning sign but I decided to look past her rude demeanor. I spoke directly with the mechanic, Bob, after bringing my car in for a radiator replacement.The mechanic appeared professional but the veil slipped and he showed his true colors when trying to charge me $150 in labor to fix a ground wire that prevented the car from starting; I replied but the car started when I brought it in. He had no direct reply and instead started to speak about how much he wanted to charge me for the radiator replacement, without telling me brand or condition. He got angry stating come pick your car up tomorrow, pay for the electrical and hung up when I asked if he could use specific brand.I received a call back moments before I was going to pick up my car. The mechanic wanted to reassure me that the brand would be French made, something he regarded highly, and that he would charge me a total of $450 for all of the parts and work done overall. I thought thats not so bad, especially since he wants me to pay him $150 already. I gave the go ahead, expecting things to go smoothly, expecting a call from Bob letting me know that the car is running great, expecting to pay $450 for a job well done. I have never been so wrong.When my tired, elderly father got to the shop, they handed him a bill which he signed assuming it was going to be for the price we had previously discussed. After this shady business had charged him $720, I checked the car out only to discover the radiator is not French and that a loud ticking noise is audible, presumably from the mechanics poor work.I called the shop only to be shouted at by his secretary for simply asking about the extra charge, never receiving an actual response. Bob remains hidden behind his secretary. I will never go back to this place. I strongly recommend that you do not make the same mistake I did. This business, run like an opportunistic parasite, will try to drain you of everything you have. Do not risk your time, money, or sanity.

I have been taking my Jetta to K&B Auto for 10 year and 300k miles. They have always taken care of me. Jason always professional and find ways to keep repair cost down. Could not ask for more!

This place is absolute trash the staff is trash and everything about it is trash. They are extremely racist and harassed someone that I know that went to go get the free oil changed that they promised. Don’t believe them they are complete liars there is no such thing as a one year warrenty they just tell you that to get you to buy something and use their services.

Tells me the service is 125.00 and after its done it change to 250.00. I bought a car that only lasted a year from here. And if you are a woman, the owner will get mouthy and disrespectful, should you question his service. His own wife complains to the customers how nasty he can be. I always had to bring back a man and then hes coopertive. It doesnt take much to set him off. As long as every thing goes smooth, hed really nice. Im so over this place.

If I could rate this place no stars thats what they deserve. Took my VW there since I figured I like to go to a local garage. What a mistake cost me more to have the repairs that they did corrected. Still after having the same issue finally called VW and was told to go to a dealership. Not only put the wrong part on my car but broke my fuel line forcing something in. Got the $10O oil change and he put the wrong cap on which could have cost me more damage. The dealership told me to take the part back to him and he should have no problem. Big mistake. Not sure what the mechanic name was but his father is the older man. He had NO respect for me. Told me he was glad I brought the part back so he could put in another car. It was a part to fit a Passat I have Tiquan, Thankfuly disputed with my credit card and received the money back for the parts and labor. BEWARE of this place. I must have been smoking what he was to think that it was a trustworthy and honest place.
