This used to be a good and trust worthy place to have a car serviced or worked on. Not anymore. First strike was having to go back to fix a valve cover gasket that wasnt done right the first time. Second strike was them having to keep the car for a week to get a timing belt right because the mechanic kept over tightening the tension on it making it squeal, plus ruined the alternator over tightening its belt. Third strike was taking it there to diagnose a problem with way its running. They said mechanic couldnt find anything wrong so I picked it up. As soon as I started the car it was still barely running enough to leave in it. It now is at a different shop not running. Would not recommend taking any vehicle here for service or repair. I also had tried to test drive 2 different vehicles o their used lot with low miles, what a laugh, one wouldnt run, the other had major transmission problem. Salesman just said hed get them looked at.

Service center ok. Had noise come upnon car they claimed bit was sway bar . paid for sway bar to find out later on it was not sway bar but a strut like Id mentioned several other times when was there for services. Had recall on white paint on my sonata refused to paint knowing the big issue with it. On sales side didnt feel like they were real easy to deal with. Didnt want to come off sticker amount at all. Or give much on trade ins. Lexington/ Knoxville area much better with car shopping more options.

I went to have my oil changed at Hyundai. When they got through with it, they told me what all they had done . Oil change and filter, checked all fluids, lights, and they said the cabin filter was a little dirty, but that could go a for little longer and also rotated tires. I thought the price was higher than other oil changes I’d had before. I left and got down the road and pulled off and checked my receipt. They charged me for a tire rotation ( that I didn’t request) . I called back and the girl told me that she was just going by the computer, where I made my appointment. She said that it had me down for a tire rotation. I told her I did not ask for that. She continued to say well I was going by the computer . She tried to tell me that my back tires were wore a little . I told her why would they be worn, we just had new tires put on a week ago( she didn’t realize that, because we didn’t buy the tires there). That’s when she told me to come back in and she would refund my money for the tire rotation. I looked on my receipt they checked that my lights were ok, but one of my low beam lights was out. I had just bought it at Auto Zone, ( of course they didn’t realize this either). They checked that they filled my washer fluid up, that was another lie, my husband had just put some in it ( they didn’t realize this either. I beginning to wonder if they even changed my oil. I want be using them anymore. I’ve been going to them since I bought a car there in 2008. Then bought a Tucson in 2018. I always trusted what they said, but not anymore

Very thorough with the vehicles, but suspect they may have a con going with the in-cabin air filter. Both times I went, they showed me the filter, it looked exactly like the last time with dried leaves and all. I wont let them replace it again. $35 for something I can get for $5-9 at auto zone. He said it was difficult to get in, better if he did it.

I bought a new car that came with a warranty. After I read paper work, I had been charged $5,500.00 that I didn’t know anything about. They failed to mention that, I was being charged for additional warranty.

It takes a real low life to take advantage of a woman. My wife we into Hyundai of Somerset and told them she was looking for a small SUV that would tow at least 3000lbs. They showed her a Ford Escape and told her it had a turbo engine with factory installed tow package that would tow 3500 lbs. She bought the vehicle and filled with gas and brought it home. I did some research this morning and found that it had a 2.5 liter engine, no turbo, and factory didn’t offer a tow package with that engine, and it would only tow 1500 lbs. We called and they refused to the car back, even though they lied to her, sorry for our loss. Now we are stuck with a vehicle we can’t use, and no way to get our money out of it. Fine way to do business!!!

Since she left and I recently found out she passed away a year ago June so shes been gone awhile Ive had my car there several times to get a leak fixed that actually one of the guys that washed my car discovered still to no avail has it been fixed now they want me to bring it back yet again when I have time to leave it for a while like it may have just given me a loaner and kept it overnight and try to get the job done right think Im going to switch to Lexington or Knoxville for service

I bought a 2012 Prius that they said they’re where no problems with. 20 minutes after I drove it off the lot it broke down and the check engine light came on. After hundreds of dollars it still isn’t fixed and now it’ll cost more to fix it than the car is worth. They screwed me over so bad it’s unbelievable. They’ve deleted all my comments on their posts and won’t reply to me reaching out to them.

I am a busy person. I called told them the price would have to come way down. When I got there they jacked price up $2000. Started monthly price around d 500 then 400 then 350. I said no was getting ready to leave then said 280. Why waste my time and start with that last amount.

All I was trying to do was get some over-the-phone estimates on my 2 cars I was trading (seeing as I live 12 hours away). Talked with 2 salesman because I guess the 1st one didnt want to work with me anymore. Finally, they told me to send them some pictures of my trades.....4 DAYS LATER WHEN THEY FINALLY DECIDE TO ANSWER! That was Friday morning. Sales guy said I will have some numbers by the end of the day. Never heard from them all day or Saturday. Then Monday I had to call them just to find out they sold the car I wanted. I have worked in car sales. Im 20 and I would never conduct business they way they did. Garbage.

I was ecstatic when I received my car back. They not only had changed the oil and washed the outside of my car, but had cleaned the inside of my front windshield. I was however disappointed that they failed to notice I had a light out in one of my head lights. :( Had they checked the lights, like they should have, that wouldnt have been an issue. Overall, Im satisfied with my visit.

They didnt stand by what they said they would offer. We called a couple of times asking about a payment book or and didnt receive an answer. Called again and they said the bank shredded our paperwork and we had to drive over an hour to go back to fill out the paperwork again. We get there only to be told they found the paperwork. So . . . We didnt have to go to begin with and NO COURTESY CALL. They said they called. If they would have called, there would have been a phone number on our phone. He also said he left messages. No messages were left either. Neither were done. This is why I dont like car sales lots. I will be talking to the BBB about them as well and also higher ups in the Hyundai dealership chain.

They got my car in quickly and resolved the issue which was a software update which supposedly taken care of months before. Everyone did a great job and were courteous. Exceptional service in purchase of a new Palisade. No dealer mark up to MSRP and no useless add-ons that many, if not most, other dealers are doing. Perry was congenial, helpful and informative. Doc fee was reasonable ( again unlike others) and covered completely by an offered Hyundai discount. This should be your dealer regardless of where you live which in my case was North Carolina.

I dealt with RJ Reynolds and he was wonderful!!! If I could leave him 100 stars I would. Some things that come to my mind about RJ include - When he has a 50/50 shot, the odds are 90/10 in his favor. When he drives a new car off the lot, it increases in value. The man is golden, a true saint. He got me into a new 2020 Hyundai for only $76 more than what I was paying on my 2010 Nissan. I have had my car since June 2018 before I made the first payment I had to get a bright light on one side a dim on the other. The motor on my drivers side window went out after 5 months. I had a flat tire 2 weeks ago to discover I have no jack nor a spare tire. I am thinking strongly of letting it go. I am so disappointed after being so pleased. I am at wits end with this car.

Ok first off on used car lot when we had picked out the vehicle we were interested in we asked if it had a clear title and they said yes they thought so. So we preceded to fill out for a credit application. After sending application in they came to tell us it was a rebuilt title and only one lender would approve at a high interest. We were disgusted to find that they knew nothing of their inventory and now we have credit hits on our credit. So unreliable. So unprofessionable. So unknowledgable. We are very displeased. And would demand they reverse the credit hits if it was even possible. Don’t trust them.

Took 2020 Palisade into shop to have a hitch installed. After my wife picked the vehicle up and drove home. I noticed that the exhaust system was hanging down. They forgot to reattach the system back to vehicle after installing hitch Hopefully not causing any future issues .

This was a no pressure environment, I wasnt haggled and any issue that came up was resolved in a fair manner. I hope dealerships realize that customers are willing to drive longer distances to get a better deal and to be treated with respect. We bought a new Santa fe limited 2.0 t and a new Elantra in the last two months! There was absolutely no pressure sales..., just great knowledge about their product. We picked out what we wanted and told them what payment we could afford. Then the finance manager which I call Will The Wizard went to work! He went back and forth with the Hyundai finance people. We ended up getting zero percent financing and a payment we could afford. For anyone thinking they have to have a perfect credit score to get 0% financing to get a vehicle they can afford needs to go see Will the finance manager at Hyundai of Somerset, Ky. While the competition plays a two hour head game to make you soo exhausted that you just settle, Will was straight up honest from the beginning! Please! Just give them a try. It dont cost anything to just make a stop there before you settle on a payment your soo nervous about that it takes the joy out of driving your new car. I dealt with chris I live out of state ..first question was does this avalanche have any rust? They assured me it didnt...so in order to hold the truck for me fir 5 days they wanted $1000 down non refundable deposit...I said what if I get there and there is rust on it? He said u still wouldnt get your $1000 deposit back. So he went back out cked our truck and said it had a little rust on frame but assured the quarter panels or door had no rust! So I decided to not put deposit down cause I would lose it cause that was their policy.. . .we drive 5 hours to get there immediately seen truck had rust on every panel of fenders front and back! I would never fo business with them they are liars! And would have stole !1000 from me. Chris said Im sorry I didnt see that! Ask the guru 3x about rust on fenders. Absolutely not maam.....we left within 3 min..would not trust then over phone!

Scheduled an oil change for my car.Arrived on time for my appointment.Waited through the man at the desk taking 4 different phone calls that were on hold before he acknowledged that I was standing in the waiting room with a fussy infant on my hip...At which point I asked for the oil filter for my vehicle and I took my car to Wal-Mart where the staff knows how to acknowledge someones existence.

I purchased a 2006 silverado it had a vibration in the tires at a certain speed. I was told by my salesman that he would fix the problem, after balancing the tires 3 times, and even replacing one tire the vibration is still there and they are telling me they won`t do anything else. They said they was not willing to go any further. I may be old school, but i believe a person or company is no better than there word.

Ron elliot is a slime ball that will rip you off... the 2009 cadillac sts they have for sale needs a timing chain take it to chevy before you buy and they will tell you it needs one the computer has 2 error codes requiring timing chain replacement for a total of 1,500 for parts and labor they are asking 8,000 for the car that has a fair market value of 6,300-7,300 on kbb
