Dont even bother, go to HTC. Nothing else running but my phone thats not downloading or uploading anything. Glad my 100mb internet is performing well like always.

This place is a joke! They do not care about their customers at all and will ACCUSE YOU OF DOING THINGS! I have had nothing but issues for 5 years and even had proof on camera but they constantly tell me they dont see anything wing ave at one point told me I was doing it, hence why I set up a camera in my house for prove no one was messing with it. Cant wait to switch companies as soon as I can. Unfortunately my location doesnt offer but 2 choices and the other one is higher.

I would also give a 0 if there was an option I have called the main office and tried to complain on whoever Shirley is who talked to my daughter like a dog when she called to lay my bill for me which she does all the time and had combined my bill and her bill together she lives next door not even in the same house and was told that if she didnt pay her bill by the 17th they were cutting both hers and mine off permanency and that there was nothing either of us could do about it that we didnt have a dog in this fight. So I guess it doesnt matter who your neighbor is if they owe a bill evidently they can combine it with yours and tell you that you have to lay yours plus theirs no I dont think so Im not letting this go I know there has to be someone higher up I could talk to does anyone know a main office besides somnerset if they dont take care of this problem so far Noone has called me back Ive called all morning trying to find out if its fixed and was promised I would get called back yesterday and of course noone has

Access cable owns the territory where I need service, and was told they do not have active service in the area. I called 2 years ago to inquire about internet service and got the same answer. If you won’t service the area, release it to a company that will. Terrible business model.

If I could give zero star I would. Ive been told for the last three years that we are getting access service. And everytime we call it going be another couple of weeks till we can get out there. This has been going on for o er 2 years . They came three doors down to my neighbors but cant come out to my house I live 15 feet from the road its not like its an inconvenience. I just dont understand all the lieing. I just want some cable and some fast internet!! What is this companies deal!

Upgraded internet package no change in speed. Poor customer service when asking about why my internet speed is the same and billing questions. Would not recommend.
