I went in with cash to buy a washer and dryer,. the sales lady gave me every excuse as to why I shouldnt buy from them from not being able to get items in and delivery was way behind (of course all of these excuses were covid related) I guess theyre in the business of collecting washers and dryers and not selling them.

I called several times to buy most of the stock of a certain product and was told they couldn’t accept a SEARS GIFT CARD over the phone even though I’ve done the same thing at other Sears Home Store locations. The first person was a younger guy with an attitude problem and the last was a lady who said it had to be swiped. The gift card is an email code and couldn’t be swiped or scanned even if I was in the store! Seems they don’t know Sears processes.Overall, everyone I talked to there had an attitude towards a customer who was ready to buy their entire stock.

Wouldn’t suggest buying anything from here. Bought a mower awhile back battery was dead in it and it was suppose to be under warranty and I’ve been trying for a month now to get a battery for it, all they do is give you the run around about calling sears customer service and the customer service is useless they do the same thing.Joe the prob wasn’t that they didn’t have them it was the simple fact they didn’t want to give me a new battery even with me having the full warranty. With that being said I wasted a hour and half on the phone getting transferred back and forth from warranty,customer service, and the service department. Wouldn’t suggest wasting your time at this store thanx.

Bought a $700.00 push mower from this store, after I had problems they told me they couldnt help & told me to take it to the bowling green store 110 miles away, come to find out that the guy I was speaking didnt work there (was on the phone) but his wife did & she on lunch break telling him what to say, both were very frigging rude, 15 months still no help,my warranty expires in 9 months.
