I ordered a very expensive Canon camera from their website. The camera came on time, and was exactly as described. Very happy with this purchase.

Ordered a top of the line camera lens for over 2k and it was defective. The company refused to do an exchange and claimed they don’t have it in stock even though I could see the exact product for sale on both their website and their amazon site. I received not help until calling and raising frustrations.To which I then found that they still refuse to send a replacement until this one is sent back. I will not have this lens for the next shoot that I bought it for in the first place.I don’t recommend this company.

DONT BUY FROM THEM - I ordered a 9000 series thermostat, and when I opened the box that looks like it has been around, the control board was used and defective. I did not order a used thermostat, and this was obviously used. The C and R tabs were broke.

Bought a camera at 6th Ave and the experience was good. Price was competitive and shipping speed was acceptable; the product arrived within 3 days (happen to live within 10 miles from their registered office!).Had an issue with the battery and customer service resolve it soon.Recommend them if you arent in a hurry to have the product in your hands.

For what it’s worth, this is an honest review. I have bought 2 Sony cameras from 6th Ave a year apart. Got an A7 III last year and upgraded to the A7R IV this week. I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from and to be fair I can imagine some are true. So instead I will only focus on my experience. They ship items very fast and include two day express delivery at no additional cost. Considering I already saved over $600 on the A7R IV over all the big brand stores I was honestly expecting to get a lightly used or international model. I can confirm that both cameras arrived brand new and in original box and packaging. I want the extra step by confirming the shutter count on both cameras and it confirmed being new. The only negative I would give is regarding the shipping restriction. Since the items are of high value they do need to be signed for. That part I completely understand and agree with. However, they do ship with specific instructions that prevent the shipment from being picked up at your local UPS or FedEx store. In other words, on both occasions I had to take time off of work to accept delivery. Other than that inconvenience I am very happy with doing business and look forward to purchasing in the future.

Purchased 2 lenses that were advertised as brand new through eBay (sold by 6ave) and both lenses were complete trash. The boxes had sale stickers torn off of them, original manufacturer stickers on the outside were ripped off, lenses were clearly used and had sticker film on them from stickers being removed, and their customer service is a complete joke. TRUST WHAT OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE SAID & DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Dont buy from these people on Amazon. I purchased a Garmin watch from them. The watch turned out to be defective which is the manufacturers problem, not the customers or the retailer. Anyway 6ave requires that you pay for shipping returns and a restocking fee for a defective item. Yeah, they suck. Buy from best buy instead.

***BEWARE- FRAUDULENT COMPANY***This company is fraudulent, avoid at all costs. They sell defective items through Walmart website, then when you go to return the item they email you a fraudulent shipping label that makes the tracking history inaccurate with UPS, so when you contest it, you cannot get your money back. I have been dealing with them for over a month in trying to get money back from an item that they received. So, not only do they have the money from the original purchase, but they also have the defective item which they will likely resell to someone else. The customer sales representative even admitted that they sent a fraudulent shipping label with incorrect information, and she said Im to blame for not checking the tracking number before shipping it to make sure that it was correct. So, they are content with ripping off their customers not only by keeping their money but also the product. I hope they are discovered soon, and that the FBI gets enough fraud claims to investigate their practices. Walmart has been notified, and gladly they stand by their practices and are issuing a refund.

Dont buy from this place. I ordered online from Walmart and for some reason they use them as a 3rd party seller. They dont send you brand new items. They send you refurbished items without telling you. I was told I would be sent a new item after I mailed it back but it was a lie. They never did so I had to contact my credit card company for a full refund.

Brand new canon rebel t7 fast shipping no hassle friendly customer service

The Staff and Customer service at this business are terrible! I needed support with a item I purchased for $400 plus dollars that was never received. Spoke to a agent that was very unhelpful and ignorant . Call was transferred to a manager by the name of Regina that was even worse! They refused to refund my money or to reship the item. This issued has not been resolved so BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER and there tactics!

No reason to complain, at all. I would have no problem ordering from this seller again.

Ordered a camera bundle that was listed as coming with a lens. Did not get the lens. Called them and they told me it was a listing error, all they could do was tell me to return the camera or offer a $50 partial refund. I tell them I’ll think about it and call back when I know what I’mgonna do. I decide to keep the camera, call for the partial refund, and now they tell me it’s $20.All around awful experience with this company.

They sold me an item that wasnt in stock. Uploaded false tracking to prevent cancellations. Then try to steal $400 of my money to approve the cancellation! I am now having to get eBay involved and dispute it with my bank. This is ridiculous!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They sell stuff on eBay, Amazon, Overstock, and tons of other online markets.

Placed an order through Amazon because I needed it for a specific date and it was guaranteed to arrive on that date. The order did not arrive on time because seller placed a signature requirement on the order without any indication, so I missed the package. Thats fine, but to make it worse, the seller put a specific note on the package saying that you are not allowed to pick it up from the shipping hub. That is ridiculous. What kind of shipper does that? So now I am FORCED to wait until the next day even though I am able to pick up the from the FedEx hub, which is what I do pretty often when I miss packages that I need. The item that was delivered did not seem like a New In Box item. It was also the last one on the site, so I am guessing it is probably an open box item or store display/demo. The box itself shows wear and not closed properly.

After I called they changed the price on Ebay to $4531.45. Needless to say they would not honor the original price. These people are as shady as you can get. SCAMMERS! I went on Ebay looking for a camera, found 6th Avenue Express as they posted the price for the camera I wanted for $3,299. I called the store to check if they had them in stock and they said yes, the best way to buy the camera was through Ebay. When I went to purchase the camera at checkout they added $1,000 to the price. A bait and switch. When I called to confront them they admitted to the scam and felt no remorse for the dirty deed. STAY AWAY!

Purchased an computer through this company through google express. Order was cancelled as they didnt want to honor the coupon code that they were advertising. Bait and switch. I am glad the order was cancelled as I am doubtful my order would have lived up to expectations
