The last time I was at Walmart was about a week ago. I didnt think I would ever get through the line. They had flashing lights for cash . Then they had a lit up self serve for cards. Both were self serve. I dont even know if they had a person checking you out or not . There were so many people back up in lines it was unreal. They had a walmart person trying to direct the lines. I ask her what was going on. She didnt know. She just came to work. I heard someone say they couldnt give you change, chance shortage. This again, I couldnt believe this again. It was a terrible trip.

Its Walmart. They are in the process of remodel so patience is definitely needed. Things moved from where you used to be able to find them. The one thing I do not like is the harassment over masks to eachs own and thats their choice. Not only have I been followed but also had confrontation for using wrong door during mask enforcement yes you heard me right they are mask and door police.

Electronics dept was my destination for the day and a phone was the mission.... Straight outta the gate things were not good, every phone that I was really interested in was sold out but for some reason there were plenty of cards for these phones... Hmmm... On to Network Carriers, Ill say that I ended up with decent phone for a minimal cost although I could have gotten a better deal if I had been patient and did some looking @ other stores .

Love this Wal Mart but I wish they would finally unbox the new WWE Masters of the Universe Wave 7 figures.I cannot buy them if they are not put out for sale!

Cody in pharmacy was exceptional. Prescription wasnt in his computer and he suggested check with Faith at drop offShe found it and Cody had it ready in 15 min. Saved another trip to town!

It was very packed. I ended up not getting a few items because it took a little longer than I expected to get through the isles. The checkout line wasnt bad though. It went pretty quick and the cashier was nice.

The register belts are so disgusting and nasty. I know the cashiers are busy but can they not take a minute to wipe them down? I don’t even want to put my groceries on the belt. It is better to go to self checkout and not set my things in the belt. The store is usually stocked well, depending on the rim of day you shop.

Damn good Walmart here, had just about everything I needed. But I wanted to give a special shout out to an older gentleman working there, I think he was sweeping the floor or something, but I was in the bakery section with my hands/arms overflowing with stuff and he brought a cart up to me. Really appreciate it and will be back again next time I’m in the area!

Love the pharmacy people they are always great!Shopping is easy because if u cant find it theres someone close by to always help with a smile!

It’s good I usually use pick up which can sometimes be really slow and the app doesn’t work for check in most of the time. But they just about always have what I need

Good store it’s a Walmart but the shelves are always full the store is always clean. The bakery always has some of the best items I have had. And the prices are very competitive.

They have everything and a great selection and lots of great staff members to help with all your needs, my favorite place to go such a good vibe!

Liked out there was doors over the refrigerator stuff, the isles was decent enough to walk through and not feel like you was on top of the next person in the same isle.Mask was optional to wear them, we choose to wear ours

Ok I ordered a phone on a Saturday from Walmart. Com I got it Sunday which I thought was good but looking closer Monday it was damaged so I called customer service and they said they would give me 699 back and I only paid 34.60 when I went to the store the incompetent service lady refunded 34.60 with me asking to do that yet because I didnt have my old phone to switch and had to go to the doc I told them I would be back but they called the police like I stole something I took it back like I said I would and had to do everything myself worst customer service ever.

Not sure why but some things are not staying stocked up. The Candy aisle is pretty bare, lots of people there today

Love going to Wal-Mart and shopping around. They always have good deals. The people that work there are friendly and will help you if you ask. Theyre always very busy when youre ready to go, so thank goodness for self-checkout. Everything you need in one stop.

Well !!!was disappointed 😞 this morning. They didn.t have an item in the pharmacy dept. Used my health card.it rang up a price that was higher than on my listed price.was not happy will have to call the customer service dept.to get and answer.on top of that they were sticking up in every isle. Don.t they hire nighttime workers for that ??? Needless to say. Wal Mart. Can do better😞

They would not take our order out side, and we had Covid and we had our masks on. Would not take our cash or check. Usually go to the one in Berea, KY. We will not be in that Wal Mart

Stopped in to get oil changed in my 2015 ford f150. After an hour wait I was told that they couldnt service my vehicle because it had a plastic oil drain plug. Told me to check back later for an update. I called yesterday and they said the issue had been resolved and to bring it in. After bringing it in and waiting another hour I was told that they didnt have the oil or the filter. Told me to try again later on. I live in the Jabez area and that is a 50 mile round trip easch time. I called ahead each time. It seems to me that they should know what my truck needs and if they have the parts to service it before they tell me to bring it in.

It was clean but the help was kinda angry when I asked a question about dishes I was looking at. I thought people in Kentucky were layed back🤷‍♀️

Your workers need help. The cashiers were going as fast as they could, very friendly, and the lines were still crazy.

If you’re going for the product selection, they’ve got about everything. If you’re going for to people watch, the first of the money his the best time to go. Highly recommend. All kinds of kinds.

I will purchase from Wal-Mart online but will never be back in store. Their the rudest staff members. I was looking for an item and ask staff in that department . she crouched at me and said if we have it . it will be on shelf. I was looking for shower mat but only had bath mats. They need to restock...at self check out I had a question 2 staff members was standing there. I was waiting till they could help me and lady staff crouched at me and said I am helping someone else you will have to wait. Which I was doing. So that will be my last trip to Wal-Mart...i do enjoy online .

I gave this one star because there is nice people that work there.. but dont go to the money center because the Big and tall lady is a grouchy old maid... Looks like Walmarts could afford to hire nice people instead of people who act like it kills them to do something for you even tho. Its their job. Go get another job where you dont have to deal with other people is what I say.

This is the best Walmart Ive ever shopped in. Other Walmart stores could learn a lot from them on how to treat customers.

This Walmart does allow RV parking overnight. The manager was very friendly. The staff is professional. This is a very nice store.

Well first of all I went to the Smart Styles to get my hair braided and those 2 women gave every excuse under the the sun why they couldnt do it.Then we were in electronics and Sherri was rude we ask about something in the case and were told to get in line like the rest. And needless to say she ment it.Overall just to many rude people.

I always use self checkout and theres usually always one open so I get checked out quickly. I dont really have anything bad to say about it other then their bathrooms could use more attention

Its a good place to shop, unlike some other stores they actually have live checkers most of the time.

I try to avoid going in at all cost. Its super hot outside and tons of people inside and they seem to have no AC. Go to Super Kroger and ACs on everytime.

Typically you can’t find things the same place twice. When you do need help it takes a minute to find someone who works that department. Also it would be helpful if more actual cashier lanes were open

Its WalMart...need I say more. Some employees are super friendly/helpful, some seem to wish you would just go away. The majority of their goods are of marginal quality and of marginal value. I hate WalMart but their selection cant be beat usually.

I thought if an employee put an item in the wrong spot (there were 8 of them) and the price was on the label, you got it for that price. Not that I took all of them ( 2). But they said no, they wouldnt give me it for the cheaper price. So I said something and his comment was, there are lots of items in the wrong spot and we cant adjust all of them. I told him I work retail and we have to adjust the price because it was our mistake. So watch as they ring up your items, you may be paying more that you expected. Thumbs down for Walmart in my book.

Shopped for an hour. Cart full. Needed sand. Second in line in lawn and garden. Lady in front of me got some mulch. Cashier went out and loaded the mulch. Never came back. Waited 15 more minutes in line. Nothing. Me and 5 others behind me left. What a waste of time.

Its Walmart. You can get what you need, and they have mostly everything that you could want.

If you are in the least bit of a hurry, I wouldnt risk shopping here. Very busy Saturday evening and very limited checkouts open. Lawn and garden locked down. Terrible, ridiculous waits at checkout. Wasnt short on help all over the store was help talking and chatting blocking aisles.

Always have good trip to walmart. Our walmart have some of the best people around serving the folks. We only buy fuel from walmart.

Normal hustle of a super center. Only complaint is I wish they would have more check out lines open with actual employees ringing ppls items up. Those self checkouts are fine if you dont have a lot of items. When theres a full cart not so.

Not enough employees! Open more checkout lines!! I have to wait in very long lines to check out the $250+ groceries that I need. When I needed an item that was on the far back on a shelf, I asked someone for one of those sticks to pull it forward. She said she would get for me. She brought a step stool on wheels to reach it. The stool DIDNT HAVE BRAKES. She said it was ok and got my item. How safe is that??

My wife is 66 years old! We have been trying to get her vaccinated for COVID. Why shopping in Walmart today I saw folks getting vaccinated. I went home and went online to register my wife for her shot. They said I couldn’t make an appointment and that was it, no information, no directions no nothing!!!! What is so hard about keeping the public informed??

I wish it were possible to give zero stars. At this Walmart, I found blatant disregard for Kentuckys covid-19 prevention policies. I saw perhaps three instances of signage saying masks were required, but no employees enforced this policy upon entry. Additionally, there were a handful of six feet social distance reminders on the floor throughout the store, but this was not enforced either. Maybe half of the shoppers in the store wore masks, and many wore them below the nose. Very few people social distanced, and the store seemed to be above maximum capacity (although I do not have an exact number for this. It seemed just as crowded as it was pre pandemic) Many employees wore masks below the nose as well, or a clear face shield with no mask underneath. I did not witness a single instance of employees encouraging patrons to wear their masks properly or to social distance. As a Kentuckian, I am appalled to see such refusal to comply with policies that are aiming to keep our people safe. I went here with my 63 year old diabetic father and cant believe how many people were selfish and did not try to keep him and other at risk members of our community safe. And if you are leaving reviews PROUD of Walmart for not enforcing these policies? Shame on you.

Tired of being harrassed by Robert New, the door greeter, Constantly stares at me, watches me shop and goes out of his way to follow me and talk to me. I try everything to avoid him. I told him I am not interestedbut he cant take a hint. I guess I will call corporate

People are so self-centered concerning the pandemic. People refusing to wear masks are the majority in this city. No, Im not adding pics but, those people refusing masks must be immune...to common sense! But, there are the good ol boys & southern girls, many whose age doubles as their IQ. Its no wonder the mortality rate is high as it is.

Many items were out of stock and every employee I came across never acknowledged me. I tried to ask for assistance, and it was almost like they did their best to run from me. Very poor customer service at this store!

I loved it one out of every 10 people in the store had a mask on. No signs of fear do to covid-19

This Walmart was very stocked, and layed out well. It had everything all other Super centers have, but the bathrooms and floors and other areas of the store were not as clean as some others during the pandemic. Overall great!!!

We shop here often, but since covid and many deciding not to work anymore it makes it hard on those that work most of the time. Thank you to all those that serve in public jobs!
