I hope these guys stay in business for many years to come. They are honest, sincere, and will do their best to make you happy. They serviced my Cub Cadet Z-Force and fixed a hydraulic pump leak for next to nothing cost when they could have told me it needed replaced. They took the time to figure it out. They mounted new lights better than factory would do and had it serviced and ready for the summer in the 2 weeks as promised. Can’t get that at any big box stores. I won’t go anywhere else!

Ordered a Cub Cadet CC30H mower from the Cub website. Dealer at home didnt have one so I chose K & T Saw Shop as the dealer when I checked out because they were the closest. I live an hour away. The called me a couple days later and delivered it the day after that. Cant ask for any more than that. Thanks!!

My zero turn is older and parts are hard to find. - I ordered a deck hub assembly online though them. Kevin called me and found three deck hub assembies for very reasonable price and they are greasable. ALOT BETTER decision than I was going to make. Great service, highly recommended-

Excellent results with these people. They have never failed me in my needs or price. Even though I live in Knoxville TN, I call them up for my parts. I dont even waste my time price comparing. Chainsaw parts, hedge trimmer parts, lawn mower parts, I order them all from K & T. Most recently, had a 2017 Craftsman roding mower that quit going forward od backwards. Took pictures of the suspected parts and sent them to K& T. Kevin looked up the parts, told me the cost and had them to me in 5 days. It was the General Transmission CVT and bracket failure. Basically the transmission, ( Most likely from washing the Lawnmower. A Big No No). Parts when received were a perfect fit as always. Cant remember how I hooked up with this place ( been doing business with them for years now) but my wallet is sure glad I did. Thought the parts would be to high to fix mower gand was surprised what the parts and shipping were. My 1600.00 Craftsman lives to see another day.UPDATE: 20 JUNE 2021Once again, Kevin at K&T Saw Shop saved my butt. I have a Honda EU2000i Generator that would only run at full choke . Called Kevin to price a carburetor for the generator. Kevin told me this was a fix that I could most likely do myself and he walked me through it. 1/2 hour to 45 minutes later Generator is running good again. Cant remember how I hooked up with these people but for years now, Im glad it happened. Thanks again K&T

Love my Exmark mower but service at K & T has always been lacking. Took mower for service in spring and it was there for close to two months just waiting on parts. It is now September and still no parts?? Picked mower up and was using it the way it was but now it is down again. Purchased a Cub Cadet walk behind from them while I was waiting on the Exmark to be repaired and it has never run right and now won’t run at all. Now Cub Cadet has been there for two weeks and, as of yesterday, it had not even been looked at. They now have both of my mowers and there is no telling how long it will be before they even look at them.Ordered a mulching kit for my Exmark a couple of years ago and it took about three weeks to get it. Once they got it they told me they misquoted me on the price and that it was going to be $100 more than what they originally told me. I went ahead and paid the extra $100 and I was told that they owed me one. I sure would like to collect on that now, because I have been without a working mower most of the summer. I have had my Exmark for over 10 years and any time I have ordered parts or taken it in for service, it has always taken weeks to months and here recently, nothing even gets done to my mower and I get it back in the same shape I dropped it off. Feeling very frustrated.

Went to go get a front tire that had came off the rim of my moms riding mower, would have took 10 seconds, but was told they couldnt get to it that day Id have to bring it back. Went to Leslies tire was in and out in less than 30 seconds. I wont be back

I ordered a rear wheel for my lawnmower. Part came as promised. I opened the box and the plastic hub was broken, a piece was missing and another part of the hub was cracked. No piece found in the box so it was packed broken. I went online to get a phone number and read the horror stories about phones not being answered etc. I called and sure enough I could hear voices in the background and then got disconnected. Same thing happened four times. On the fifth time I got a receptionist who said she would transfer me to parts. Phone rang several times and I thought no one is going to answer in the parts department and I will have to start over. A gentleman answered, and identified himself as Pat. I told him the problem. He said he would send me a new wheel that day or the next day at the latest. He said he was not sure if they would need the broken wheel back but if they did there would be a shipping label in the box with the replacement. Sure enough four days later I got a replacement and it fit perfectly and they did not ask me to return the broken wheel . So the end of the story is they provided good service and did the right thing. The only thing I would tell them is they can improve their telephone system and/or train people to answer the phone properly.

Customer service is great took a saw in to have new fuel lines and was suppose to make sure it runs got saw back primer bulb wasnt changed it was cracked and saw wasnt started poor mechanic work! Didnt want to go the extra wont go back !

These people know their stuff. I was able to get a part for my mower with next to no trouble when the place that sold me the mower (Lowes) didnt have any idea,what I was trying to get from them. Ill be doing my business here first from now on.

Questionable ethics. was charged for a new battery by the del guy. siphoned gas from one of my mowers. was double charged for two things. no one wanted to deal w/correcting the invoice. I dont think the blades on one of my mowers were sharpened and now my other mower isnt turning. I wont take it back to them. (now in May 2018 neither mower is working)

Okay prices just the worst service Ive ever had. Call and can never get anyone leave a message and never get a call back. Why have a phone?

Took a four wheeler there because it would stall out when it got hot. Five weeks later picked it up. It would not start. I was told they couldnt get it stated. I reminded them my 11 year old niece drove it off the trailer. They said that they tried to contact me, but had no calls on my phone from their number. I suggest not taking anything there.

I want to thank you and your crew at K&T. Yesterday I took my mower in right before closing. As I was telling Charlie what happened to the mower, and what I had done trying to fix it, one of your mechanics said let me look at it. I can probably fix it on the trailer. He tested it and said go inside and buy a fuel pump and I will install it. They had already locked the front door so I ran around to side door and bought the pump. Five minutes later the mower was fixed. I gave your mechanic a 20 and thanked him. You and your crew are why I buy T K& T.
