Went to this store because it was the closest one to my home and also on my way to work. I received the most terrible customer service when I was here. I had an Item that needed returning which had a QR Code for the associate to scan. He proceeds to scan and tell me that it’s not showing up and asks me for a code to look up to print the return label. He then proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t in their system and that I had to print it out from the internet. I then print out the label and hand it over to the associate which then tells me that it’s 60 cents to print something and that I also had to purchase a roll of tape just to attach the return label. I was so annoyed when the associate told me I had to do so because out of all of the ups stores that I’ve been to, this is the first one to ever penny pinch me like this. I will never ever go to this store location again because of how unprofessional they are. There’s literally another update store 7 minutes further into somerset. I’ll be going to that one instead from now on.
Im here at least once a week and its really a great location. The store is always clean. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.
The manager and owner are very nice. They help me on printing papers and laminating over my papers. They take their time to make it perfect. If you need help on making your papers nice you can come here. EXCELLENT UPS STORE.

I am completely disappointed in this UPS. I always trusted UPS more than USPS and I had to return a phone to T-Mobile. I was around the areas so I stopped to send it . I paid for shipping but then realized I had a shipping label from T-Mobile I called in so that they replace the label. Mind me I didn’t ask for a refund I didn’t care as long as it was sent right the representative told me “you know I can’t give you a receipt for when usps picks it up, so there’s no proof that it was shipped” and I trusted them and said ok because I couldn’t go back that far and to this day ( it’s been a month and a half) the phone is no where to be found. The fact that they said that to me makes me believe they took it and didn’t ship anything which hurts me because we are in covid times and it is sad that people would do that. Now I’m stuck having to pay for a phone I don’t have. I want to report it and ask for surveillance video of them giving it to usps but the hassle that’s going to take I don’t have time for. This is sad that someone would take merch not knowing the other persons situation. I even have a picture of them packaging it and weight it but yeah smh. Never again.

I went in to send a package back to Amazon...Mike was very helpful in printing out my label and sealing my package up for return. He was kind and courteous...asked me how I was doing etc. I felt comfortable that they are practicing social distancing while having to wait on line. Great customer service!!
Excellent service. I resell sneakers and streetwear and ship about 50 sales a week at this location alone and never an issue. Owners are awesome. Keep it up.

Ive been going to this UPS Store for over 2 years now...Mike, the owner, is a gentleman and so is his son Jay. They are both very accommodating to me every time I go...and I usually ship around 20-30 packages a week. The place is kept clean and they have implemented social distancing practices during this COVID-19 pandemic.This is a high volume store and for the amount of packages they have to process daily, I believe they are doing a tremendous job while balancing the attention to their customer base.A+ Mike and Jay, keep up the great work!

I went there to pick my laptop which Best Buy shipped. The old guy at the desk got angry and said I cannot get it delivered to their store and there is a charge of $10 ( pickup from UPS was a free option) if I want to pick it. I said this was one of the option And it’s free. He got angry and threw laptop on the floor and said I can go call Best Buy. As soon as I reached home, another guy from the store ( I guess Mike) called and said that I can come back and pick it without any charge.No, thank you! .... But now I don’t want that new laptop which you guys threw on the floor right in front of me.Don’t waste your time going to this store. Go somewhere else. There is no option for negative stars so just one star.

Absolutely the worst UPS store and business owner I have ever dealt with. Mike Patel is a terrible manager and extremely rude. He never provides return receipts unless you ask and makes you pay for them too which nobody else does. Multiple packages have also been lost here - DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE.

Why would he ask a customer who is shipping back a package to Amazon with a prepaid label: Is there anything wrong with it?!Amazon (The seller) whom I return to is the only place who have the right to ask that question and approve or disapprove the returns accordingly. You are just the carrier! You have no business asking that question. You are just a mailman and it is non of your business if anything is wrong with it or not!

This place is completely unprofessional they lost my package never was delivered I called them several times not once did they call me or try to help stay away from this place they do not know or care about what they are doing
Mike is always accommodating. Their service is quick and efficient. They always help me with my amazon returns and don’t charge me for tape or packaging!! They also have a print station which is very reasonable and cheaper than Fedex.

Mike is a nice guy but he means business. Helps out and works with you. You can print here and they also have stick on pouches so that returns can be even easier. Good services if you are a good customer
Very poor experience.. they cant even give me a tracking number immediately. i was told, i will get the tracking number in email. why can they print it out. the person over the counter was not providing correct information. I asked him before i gave the parcel about the tracking number. he said all parcel has a tracking number. but at the end he said they can only email it at end of the day. avoid this location

The service is horrible I dont want to hear from the owner that he has owned this store for over 15 years if he is not familiar with working with waybills he should find out how to do it. My first time presenting a waybill at this store I had to call a different UPS store in Pennsylvania to walk the employee through the process she was at least honest and stated she didnt know how to do it. The employee I encountered on Thursday refused the assistance. When the owner returned he refused the assistance also. The problem was only resolved when another manager from a UPS store in Pennsylvania completed the transaction and emailed the owner the label. Even when the manager from Pennsylvania asked for a receipt to present to me, the owner refused a receipt and said just use the tracking number. Completely unprofessional employees here and if I could give this store zero star I would.
I visit this store regularly and the gentleman at the store is very efficient and patient with his customers. I would highly recommend this place for your business .

Way too expensive. UPS help center even said they can’t do anything to stop them due to franchising rules. Take the trip up to USPS on Demott to ship stuff. The one thing I will say positive is that they are typically very friendly but they just charge way too much. I shipped something to CT got charged 43 bucks. For the repair shop to ship it back to me was 13 dollars with USPS... you do the math
This place is great! They are always a pleasure, fast to provide tracking information, and moreover great people! I always use this specific UPS to ship my items. Will continue doing business with them. A+

This store doesnt deserve 1 star even. The store owner mike patel is so rude and misleading customers. I sent 1 parcel to Canada. This guy didnt informed me that there might me some charges that receiver might have to pay. Receiver got a call and UPs demanded 75 dollars more to receive the package.Why I confronted Mike Patel in somerset store this guy was so rude that he made a remark that he will only pass information to U citizens and nobody else.This was very racist .I asked the. To deliver back the parcel to me and refund my money. I put a complaint to UPS waiting for there reply. But guys safe these kind of people do hate crimes.Requesting people to put complaint to UPS.UPS people should cancel his license and avoid spoiling there name.

I have had a mailbox at this store many many years. I have always received outstanding service. The owner greets me by name and with a smile each time I walk in to check my mail or make copies.
The good: decent amount of services available to help you get things done. They pack and ship, sell shipping and mailing accessories, allow you to print and photo copy. Think they even offer PO Boxes.They accept cash and credit cards, their Verifone swipe terminals do accept credit card via Samsung Pay which is nice.The not so good: While yhe UPS Store can help you get things done, they ARE expensive and they DO try to take advantage of their customers.I get that UPS Store margins are thin but here is an example that is NOT RIGHT:I walk in with a USB drive to print out two black and white pages on their copier which has a USB port and an interface which says print from USB Media. The guy tells me I cant print from there and need to rent the computer. Why would he say that? Because the computer carries a minimum charge of $3.99 plus printing charges.I told him Ive use their copier to print from USB many times before, because I have, and he begrudgingly let me do it. $2 was the charge to print the 2 black and white pages. Thats a rip off already, Staples charges something like $0.10 for black and white print outs on a copier via USB Media.On top of the fact that $2 for 2 black and white pages is already a rip off, he was trying to get me to rent the computer to print those 2 pages which would have taken much more time and cost at least $5-$6.
It was a great experience ..I went to get printouts and send a package . All employees are pretty nice and patient.

My experience at this ups store is amazing . The owner Mr. Patel is very nice and helpful. Everytime I step in his store he would greet me and will say be right with you. If I have more than one box he always offers to help. I go to his store more often even though it is further away from me, there is one in North Brunswick maybe takes me 5 mins to get there and his store is off of Easton ave in Somerset NJ and takes me 10 mins. The reason I go to him over the closer one is because of the service and kindness I get from him. He is always ready to help me in anyway he can once I step into his store. I would refer everyone to go to this ups store.
The worst ups store ever. I try to shipping a letter at this store, ask to deliver in next day. He ask me to pay $49+tax. I say no. Then i choose the cheapest service($15), it still shows will delivery in next day. This store manager is DISHONEST. Just wanna you pay more for the same service!

The owner is terrible. I have brought multiple packages to this store for the owner to pack and ship. Both of them were received by the person in terrible condition. They were broken and packed terrible. My mom claimed she bought insurance. When we looked on the slip it wasnt there. The owner scammed her. Dont go to this store. Worst place we have ever been in our lives. I recommend drive the extra few miles for another store. Terrible experience. Place should close down immediately. Dont trust the owner or anybody in that store with anything!!!!

Went to ship out a light package and had to pay $25 to ship what a rip off. I see comments here saying no problem just do a amazon return. Well hello the return is paid for. Dont go here they rip you off go to the ups on rt 1. A real ups store not someone trying to rip people off.

Ordered printing documents online and paid for the same in advance and were promised by 3 pm next day. Clerk told me he couldnt access the documents and told me to call UPS myself. He offered no help in resolving problem. He stated that the online purchase function does work well.

I am a bussines traveller from europe. They charged me $40 for ONE postcard to europe!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regular post no express. This store is an outrage. They should be inspected for their pricing policy because it just damages the UPS brand name.
They have a minimum limit on credit card. I dont think I have ever went to a ups with this policy. Dont go there.
I needed a little piece of tape to secure a package. The said it cost a dollar. All I needed is about an inch. Its all about the service.
