I had a flat tire. I called AAA and they sent someone out to help me. Mike was there within 30 minutes even though I was told it may be an hour. Mike was great! He was quick at changing my tire. He also kept me safe from traffic as it was a busy road. He held a very pleasant conversation and whwn it was time for me to leave he helped me back up into traffic. Great experience and cant say enough good things and Mike!

AAA cost me $1416.00!!!! Dont get insurance with them they dont know what they are doing!!! I switched my auto and home owners insurance to AAA on June 2019. For my homeowners insurance I needed an inspection. Veronica my agent, never forwarded the pictures to the proper department and unbeknownst to me they canceled my policy. A year later my mortgage company goes to renew my policy and I find out Ive been uninsured for the past year and fine me $1416.00. I never got a call or letter from AAA. They are completely incompetent!!!!

I misplaced my lug wrench so the technician swapped my flat tire for my spare. He was professional and effective, but at no time did he to wear a mask in dealing with me.

If you ever need help planning and booking a vacation, Lori Lyman in the Somersworth NH location is the best around! She is extremely helpful and so friendly! We have always had great experience with all of AAA services.

The website is not user friendly at all!

They dont care about their customers.They send the worst towing company to tow your car. The person sent does not know how to jump start a car and you r force to call another company because they dont want to tow youBeware of this out fit.

I just went from paying 134$ per month to paying 44$ per month on car insurance after switching to AAA. I know everyone is different but its at least worth a call to get a quote. John Moreno was great! So helpful and informative.

Ive used AAA a few times in different areas of NH and its always good service.

My jeep broke down a parking lot. I called around everywhere looking for a tow. Which is literally less than three miles from home. We called around and got quotes from $65 up to $95. We decided to give AAA in Somersworth a call and told them about our car dying and needing a tow but having no way to their office to sign up. Brian from this office drove all the way to our house to sign up and is personally driving us to the parking lot to get our car towed home!! Great office!! Great worker! Definitely will pass on our experience!!!

I am so unimpressed with AAAs lack of motivation when it comes to auto claims. My brand new car was hot a few months ago and I had to call then every day for updates. This week I got a significant crack in my windshield. Called yesterday, they said youll hear from someone in 5 minutes. 3 hours later I followed up because no one called me. And now, 19 hours later no call. I would not recommend their insurance to anyone.

I used to like walking into these locations. The rep was a-lot less helpful, and to be honest, a-bit short and rude. Oh well. There used to be much more information, items, and services than they carry in store now.
