Eric is a pro. Hes the best of the best in terms of what he does as a mechanic and communicating with his customers. Hes very energetic and very informative. Hes not out to get you, in fact hell tell you things that other shops wont tell you, things that dealerships wont tell you.He did an excellent job on the service of my vehicle he was prompt to get my car on the lift once he identified the issue he walked me around the car and showed me things that I should see, The things that he had worked on and also things I should look out for in the future. Eric is an excellent mechanic and has an awesome personality, very fast-paced, awesome dude to give business to. He goes above and beyond.

I usually have HORRIBLE luck with cars but one day I called and Eric answered, after talking for a bit I realized that he answered after hours which I appreciated a lot so I booked an appointment with him because of this. Upon meeting him and his coworker “Pop Tart” I felt really comfortable, they’re very personable! My car needed a replacement part of the exhaust which WOULD have cost me so much more going anywhere else.Not only that but I brought my other car to him (mind you everyone else turned me away because it was a VW Beetle which is a pain) and every other person told me I needed to go to the Volkswagen dealership for. He’s the ONLY person that was willing to try to help me, and he succeeded. I’ll forever come here, and I’m so grateful!!
