Stephanie is, by far, the most personable and helpful car salesperson Ive done business with. She made me feel at ease and walked me through each step of the buying process. She also did not pressure me to go above my price point or add unnecessary extras. Anyone who has the chance to work with her will, Im sure, be treated with the same courtesy and respect.

My boyfriend (Robert McManus) had recently purchased a Nissan Frontier Crew Cab and upon entering the dealership he dealt with a young lady named Ashley Benson who he came home and spoke highly of . A few days later we returned to the dealership and I met her. We we both so impressed with her professionalism. She was not your typical sales associate. I have purchased many vehicles and been in many dealerships and Ashley truly treated us like we were human beings and real people, not just a tally mark for how many cars shes sold. I would love to give them a higher rating. I refuse to give the higher rating till the company decides to make there EV charging station available to ALL EV cars. Didnt buy my Nissan Leaf from that dealership and was rudely told on the phone that because we didnt buy the car from them that we couldnt use it unless we purchased our EV Nissan car directly from them. I found this to be rather disgraceful from the company itself. I have used EV charge stations at other dealerships, Toyota, Ford, and Chevy. Hmmm I dont understand the thinking behind a non Nissan dealership letting me charge my Nissan EV at theirs. After this experience this dealership can expect me to NEVER buy a car from them. If the call was answered with understanding and not rudeness because I bought my vehicle else where. So what Nissan is saying to me is without your business we dont care about you so I wont give them my business.

Worked with Trevor and he made me feel like I was the most important customer he has had. Will definitely come back in the the future.

You would not fix the transmission cause you could not duplicate the problem even though I showed you a video of the problem. I will not drive a car I do. Not feel safe in. I traded it to Toyota. Never felt so disappointed with Nissan . I know it was not the fault of the people that waited on me or that worked on the car they were great. Their hands are tied by what the corporation rules are.

Was a decent dealership. They worked with me to make it possible to get my car. Love my car! High interest rate but thats to be expected with most dealerships. All in all highly recommend and would buy here again. Thank you Somersworth!
