Jon is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me options as to how I wanted to fix it. Without being pushy or aggressive.

My car started grinding and shaking unexpectedly so I drove it to the garage. After test driving it, the owner gave me a quote for a new wheel bearing. Upon closer inspection the mechanic John found that the problem was that the previous car dealership who rotated my tires forgot to tighten my wheels, and it did NOT in fact need work done to it. His honesty saved me 200 bucks. Thank you for your knowledge, you are excellent at what you do.

Car was finished in a timely manner but the quality of the accident damage repair was terrible. The car looks to have been painted in cold weather outside, has lots of overspray and paint drips. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. It is very dirty and unorganized inside the shop and at the front desk. The workers smoked in or near my car most likely in it because when the car was returned the interior smelt like cigarettes. I had to spend a good chunk of time after receiving the car cleaning all the dust and mud from the carpets, seats, and dash. I will never bring any work to this shop again I would rather the repair take longer and look like new compared to quick work that looks terrible. I would give a 0 star review if possible but it only allows for 1.

JLC is a great place to get your car repaired as long as you have patience. JLC does a great job at great price points, however with such a small team working there they take quite a bit of time to get the work done. Either way, JLC is a place Id highly reccomend.
