Prices reasonable, shelves stocked but waiting lines for check out are unimaginable. How many people have to be in line before you open a new checkout lane? I realize Walmart is under staffed but during your busiest hours open more than 2 lines when you have 4 people waiting in line. Self checkout is also a living nightmare.

I have been going to this Walmart literally all my life. The staff here is usually pretty nice, and its Walmart we all know we go there for the low prices blah, blah, blah... The most annoying thing is when they close and lock the doors on the merchandise/pharmacy several minutes after entering through those doors at about 7pm and go to leave and they are locked and unusable, with no signs or anything posted near or around them. So you walk all the way over there and boom you are locked in the store... Which is wired to me because the one sign you do see posted is the one that says these door shouldnt be locked while the store is occupied. No excuse my possible misunderstanding, but at 7 pm with lines into the apparel because they only have enough staff to man one register and force us to do the work of their employees for free at checkout, would mean the store is currently occupied. 🤔 This company is a joke, and obviously management is too, I feel bad for the staff that feel like they have no other choice but to work for this company, please support small, local businesses!

My biggest complaint is having to wait 10 Deep on a line when theyre 20 of the registers that are not open. If you expect me to come in to buy your products please do not expect me to ring them up unless youre going to give me a salary.PS ~ I want $15 an hour or more if I have to ring up my own items.

Was a smooth visit. Not too busy. Werent any lines. Got out pretty quick. The place is huge. Found everything my son and I were looking for...and more! Lol

I don’t get why you guys have nearly 20 registers yet only one is ever actually open. Not everyone can get a credit or debit card that easily. You guys are loosing so much business because of this.

Large store with good selection. Very good selection of live plants Ive been here several times and the checkout lines are always long. They do have the small self-checkouts but none of the full-sized lanes.

Good but some things a low.

Went for anniversary dinner and had a great time. Our waitress Megan was awsome. We will be back again soon Im sure.

A giant Walmart but they have a map and its well organized with checkouts on both sides.

Very nice place to shop. They have just about anything you could ever want or need. Their sporting goods department could be a little bit better stocked though.

Nice place to walk inside in the winter months! Clothes, food, bank ATM, drug store, toys electronics, kitchen and toys for kids etc.!

I went two weeks ago and found a mug I really liked, couldnt buy it, even though it was on the shelf. Today I found the same mug, on the shelf with its price tag. Cant buy it, because theres a recall on it. If something is on recall, it should be removed before getting someones hopes up. Just saying. I dont like to complain -- but when its happened twice?

The hair salon is the best. The staff is great. Always a perfect brow. & love my haircuts. Never had a bad experience.

Meh, its a Walmart. But this one stays fairly stocked and everyone is friendly. As with any walmart it needs more registers open but no one wants to work these days anyways. They do have self checkouts at both entrances.

I havent got much to say. Its a Walmart that provides all I would expect from a Walmart. This one just happens to be in a convenient location.

No cashiers, feel bad for the few that were open most of my business is at Target now until Walmart gets some cashiers.

Stuff is usually easy to find and I generally have a pleasant experience.

Its walmart. It has everything you need but its always packed with boxes in the middle of the isles or the workers just stand around and talk to eachother instead of do their jobs and unpack the boxes and stock the shelves so that customers are walking into eachother. Or slamming into my cart and my daughter sitting in it and she ends up with a hurt shoulder and not even a look from the other person or an apology. Everyone is just utterly disrespectful and rude

Absolutely absurd that they have zero registers open. Self checkout only and those lines were HUGE! I left my cart full of stuff and walked out, as did several others. Management better get a clue or this place wont last. I was here in the middle of a week day and it was like this, I cant even imagine a weekend. Im never going back. If I could give negative stars I would!

I shop at Somersworth NH location because the service is so bad in Sanford Maine. Couple very rude workers but for most part very nice

The Walmart in Somersworth, NH delivery associates are the rudest people I have had to call in my entire life. The lady kept sighing every time I asked her a question. She then said that they could not bring me my frozen items they left in the freezer until a later date. And when I asked for a refund she sighed and hung up on me. This is not the first problem I have had with them either once they delivered my groceries to the wrong house and left them there and tried to not give me a refund.

They no longer take cash at their self checkouts and only have two other registers open for cash ridiculous crazy Im not paying to scan my own merchandise and bag it up.

Ladies room dirty. shelves missing things. Not stocked well.

Cashiers were too preoccupied with going home since it was closing time, when I had only gone in to check on my friend who I had helped give a ride to the hospital and was purchasing a phone cord so I could get back home without getting lost. They had completely ignored my friend who was in distress and it was very apparent to anyone she was and with no one else really in the store. Only when I came in and hit the assistant button did they come over to help and then they werent any help at all, they hadnt even listened to our issue at all and just tried to get us out of there as soon as possible.

Its a one place shop. I LOVE IT... I get EVERYTHING I NEED, w/out having to go someplace else... Its great for the HOLIDAYS & all SEASON round... I was able to buy groceries, x-mas gifts 4 my 7yr old daughter, miscellaneous stuff & pick up my prescriptions at the PHARMACY center/@ll at the same time... Thank goodness 4 Wal-Mart Supercenter... God Bless Everyone.

This store has some great people working there and some of the worst. If it wasnt for half a dozen really nice people I would rate this 1 star. A lady on the floor filling delivery orders today smelled so strong of this awful perfume she marinated in, I had to use my inhaler and take OFF my mask because it was saturated. I could smell her half an isle away. Rule of thumb is a circumference length of your arms. Thanks for the sinus headache. Next time maybe opt for soap and water instead of a camouflage.

This Walmart was HUGE!!! I kept getting lost and finding so much I wanted or havent seen at another Walmart!

1.) Stores fails to utilize self checkouts at both ends during peak times on weekends2.) Employees at entrances do little to assist medically handicapped store goers... one even went so far as to take away a motorized cart from a customer exiting the store even though the customer could be seen with a portable 0xygen machine strapped around here chest.3) Store is equipped with upwards of 15 checkout lanes yet only 2 are active during most hours4) Selection of most items post covid is lacking...5) Customer Service desk closes at 8pm while store remains open. When asked why this is so, associate responded with pandemic related paperwork.

Don’t exchange a propane tank at this Walmart in Somersworth, Nh. If you get a defective tank, they won’t replace it. Yes you purchased it at the register, but Eli (Team Leader) won’t allow a return or replacement. Better to go elsewhere.

Long lines. But employees very happy to help. Most things still in stock. Orange vanilla coke havent seen since Covid-19.Good experience with shop on line and come right out to car. (Cool)

Pretty standard experience- good news is you always know why to expect!

Doctors are great but Boston-Brighams are killing it by not telling patients on what they now are going to start charging for which I believe there are consumer laws that state you have to show all charges that will be incurred during a visit. Example is entomologist now is charging for the A1C test in office. Check because that test might not be covered by insurance but lab work could be. So get a lab slip and 3-4 days before get it done and save the 75 bucks. Another sneak attack is a nurse anostelogist charge hide. Maybe the take over of Dover was not such a great thing as it appears certain billing practices are acceptable in Mass but are they in NH. Questions to ponder.

The cashier stated she was sick. She was wearing gloves but touching her face and hair. The prices havent been the cheapest in a while. Dollar General has very similar prices and is closer to my home. Im gonna stick with going to Dollar General.

A computer glitch causes EBT eligible items not get covered by SNAP. The cashiers are informing people they changed the SNAP rules, yet a manager later says no its a known computer glitch, we arent sure why... we can only replace the money the day it happens...Hmm go back to check a receipt from May 21 only to find items on there with the same problem.

Very convenient location no traffic or crowds.

An older Walmart that is fairly clean, fairly well stocked. Its not the funnest place, bit it has what you need. Service is poor as it usually is at Walmart, product choice has been reduced drastically during the Coronavirus times. Its just OK.

As per usual another exercise in disappointment Ive come to expect from Walmart stores.Service was not terrible. Other customers who go there are just a disappointment.

Friendly and helpful employees, well stocked shelves, and lots of choices.

The shelves have not been refilled...a lot of cleaning products, toilet paper, frozen foods is barely refilled. A lot items out and personnel not available. The pharmacy area has good amount of stock and rarely do I wait ver long in line for medicines. All the pharmacists are knowledgeable, professional but down-to-earth. They dont make you feel stupid when you are asking questions.I highly recommend the pharmacy dept.

It was so messy that I could not believe it. I couldnt wait to get out of there!

The staff made a great effort to keep things clean.

Only one person operated register is open maybe two if extremely busy and all the self checkouts are card only. Really sucks if you are paying with cash. If you are there to receive a money transfer they interrogate you and if they believe you are not going to use the money in a way they see fit then they will not let you have it.

Clean and well staffed. Had what I wanted on Cyber Monday! However, they wouldnt let me order it on line, so had to drive 30 minutes each way. But I got it! Tyler in the electronics department was friendly and helpful, even on such a busy day.

This place gets worse every day. The employees are lazy, rude and unhelpful. The store is chronically out of basic food stuffs such as lettuce heads. Shopping here is more done out of necessity and proximity because its closer than the Rochester and Portsmouth stores, which are vastly superior in selection and the quality of the employees. Having an elderly man pull a pallet truck with his wheelchair, and letting employees climb on food displays is a disturbing image, to say the least.

Employees are uneducated on the store and the self check out would only take card. so I had to wait in the one line open for 15 min for 1 item . Wish I could say they were short staffed but as everyone knows its like McDonalds and their shake machine
