My absolute favorite auto repair shop. The whole team is incredibly friendly and helpful, they know what they’re doing and make an effort to teach their customers as well-emphasizing autonomy and confidence. They worked on my ancient Subaru several times, replacing belts, overhauling the muffler, oil changes, brake replacement, and more and I was completely satisfied every time. They have fair prices and are a true community shop, putting people above profits. I would very highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I recently had to have a car door replaced and found that Union Auto Services had the best price compared to 4 other local auto body shops I contacted. They found a used door to cut the cost of replacement, and when that door ended up being damaged, they found ways to keep the cost manageable. Not only did they repair my door, but changed my brakes, rotated the tires and changed the air filters while they had the car - all at a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning for any repairs needed.

They seemed totally honest and charged a fair price. I dropped my car off one afternoon to get new brakes and they had it done by noon the next day. They charged a fair price and pointed out a couple other issues I was well aware of. I decided to not to get them fixed that day and they did not pressure me to or act like it was an urgent issue.

I had an alternator go bad on my car less than two days before an week long trip that would see me in my car the majority of the time. Union Auto Services was top notch in getting me in, getting it fixed (an annoying/hard repair on the Honda Accord) and getting me back on the road the same day. Cant say enough good things about these guys!

They are extremely friendly and professional. Bryan called me and texted me pictures midday on the progress which no other auto service Ive been to has done. They also stayed later than usual to finish up my car because I needed the that evening to go home. Thank you very much for that!

I had my brakes, axel, tires, timing belt replaced and they did it steadfast. They have keen eyes for repairs, attention to details and work with the budget. I love bringing my car, leaving it with them and feel at ease, knowing they will take care of me and give me the best service.

Stumbled upon this place by pure luck while googling in the Boston area for a shop that can finally solve my 2007 Corolla Le excessive vibration issue. Decided to give here a try because every single review were a 5 Star and let me tell you, every 5 star is worth it. Bryan is amazing and best mechanic I ever met (not exaggerating). Before coming here, I took my car to many shops that told me the vibration is normal, there’s nothing wrong with my car, parts etc. Bryan figured out immediately that it was my Engine mounts that were going bad. The mounts were replaced at a decent price. Bryan and John took care of it in a timely fashion and I did not have to leave the car all day. Me being a female, Bryan also did not try to take advantage of me and overprice me. I will highly recommend this place to anyone. They will explain everything to you in detail. My only regret is not finding this place sooner 😀.

From the get go, they have been fantastic neighbors, really interested in being a part of the community. When I first brought my car around, it was honestly just a way to support local businesses, especially in the pandemic. But after their support through corrosion, replacement breakpads, inspections, and leaky tires, Ill always bring my car here, even if I didnt live in the square.

What an incredible crew Union Auto Services has. They have been taking care of my car ever since the Dealer Warranty expired. From Oil & Filter Changes, Tires and most recently, my brakes. They are very thorough while inspecting my car to make sure it’s safe to drive. Being a woman, it’s very difficult to find a trustworthy Mechanic and I’m so happy that I found them. Brian and Union Auto have been great to me! They work fast, have great rates, and really do their best to take care of their customer. This was my first time owning a car in Boston and was worried about taking my car in after stories I have heard, but Brian made the process quick and painless. He didnt try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs or overcharge. Instead they were very straight forward about what my car needed and even took the time to educate me a bit about what was going on.I recently went back there for my third time, this time to get my breaks changed. They gave me a great price and I ended up saving a ton of money. This will be my spot as long as I live in Mass!

Needed a new muffler and tailpipe. They put the car in the lift, showed me the damage and walked me through the options and estimates. Work was complete the next day. It was done quickly, well, and affordably.I’m very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

Id hug these guys if it werent a pandemic. They were such good sports about my situation. Not to get too graphic, but rats had gotten trapped under my hood and made a huge, vile mess. I dropped my car off at the end of the day Monday and it was ready to go before Tuesday was over. Bryan had a great sense of humor about the whole thing, went above and beyond what theyd needed to, and gave me advice on future care in regards to this issue. My engine looks absolutely beautiful (I can SEE my engine, I cannot stress enough how great that is). Will go to these guys for anything I need from now on. Thank you!

Fantastic people, mainly spoke to Bryan who explained very clearly what had to be done and why and showed me the new parts installed and the old parts that were replaced. Very reasonable rates and even cleaned and vacuumed the car for free. Will not hesitate to visit these guys again for future work/maintenance. Also the cheapest gas prices in town! I fully recommend Union Auto Services. All the guys, specially Bryan, are great at detecting what is going on with your car. Very thorough throughout the process. They take the time to explain and give you information about what is happening with your vehicle. So far, I only have great things to say about this place and the crew. Keep up the good job!

Rabi and Bryan are the best. They repaired my Jeep a couple times. Always fast, more importantly, always perfect. The whole process is pleasant and transparent. Bryan always tells me what hes doing and shows me why. He gives me options, he asks me before he does anything extra. I highly recommend Union Auto Services, every time.

Brian and the team that works here are on point with customer service, and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I unfortunately hit a deer a few months ago, and I could barely drive my car. They did a great job patching it up to hold me over until all of the new parts came in. One thing I really appreciate as a female that does not know a lot about cars, is that they never try to oversell you on things you dont need. Ive also had oil changes and some other small work done, and they have never pushed things on me like some other auto shops do.

I highly recommed this place if you want to get your car fixed. I walked in couple of weeks ago without any appointment and Bryan offered to help me out without any hesistation. He is the best when it comes to fixing your car. He is very professional, and very knowledgeable. He is very upfront with the cost associated with the fix. Not only he will fix the actual issue, he will also check if there are anything else wrong with your car and will let you know if anything needs to be fixed immediately. What a great crew Union Auto Services has. I came in with concerns about my car when it started to overheat. They put it on the lift and gave it a thorough check up. They pointed out that I had a coolant leak coming from the thermostat & water pump area. Within minutes, Bryan was on the phone and ordered the parts. Zizi- the mechanic started working on my car and in less that 2 hours my car was fixed!I couldnt be happier with my experience. Very friendly. knowledgeable & professional. Keep up the great work!!

José (Zizi) & Bryan were incredibly helpful. I had a flat tire on my new CR-V. Within an hour they had got a new tire and installed it on my car. Excellent service on all levels!I highly recommend Union Auto Services and will definitely be back for my regular maintenance.

Very good service, reasonably priced, and good timing (had my windshield replaced)! A neighborhood gem, especially for someone like me who just got back on the road with a car - I was a bit nervous but Bryen was super nice.

I had an issue with my car and wasn’t sure what it was. I asked around and someone referred me to Union Auto Services. They took the car for a short test drive and right away, Zizi (The Mechanic) new exactly what it was. He put the car on the lift and pointed out the my rear wheel hub was worn out so bad that my tire was close to falling off and my brakes were almost grinding down to the metal. Within minutes, Bryan was on the phone ordering parts and Rabi was on his way to pick them up from the warehouse so they could finish the job ASAP.I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. So professional throughout the whole experience and best of all, their price for all the work was so much less than what I was expecting to pay. Thank you so so much!!!

Great shop with a great crew. So far, they have replaced headlights and the alternator on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma. They even came to my house to jump the battery when the engine wouldnt turn over.
