My car was hit while parked by a truck (street parking, yay!). I had never had an accident before and was nervous/panicked, but Webster Auto Body was incredibly easy, patient, and attentive. I needed a lot of work done but when I picked up my car today it looked better than EVER. Not to mention that they cleaned the inside (despite it having bags of clothes in the trunk I had been meaning to donate when it was hit) and managed to remove perfectly the gunk from my old parking permit on the windshield. I was already so impressed, but paper and glue remnants being gone really was the cherry on top.

Came here after running over a blown out tire on the highway - I needed an entirely new exhaust system and these folks really came through!! Jerry was very kind and respectful. After spending some time contemplating if I was ready to shell out the $$ for the parts, I brought my car in and they had it ready within about 36 hours. My car runs significantly better now. They are amazing!!

Both passenger side doors were completely wrecked to the point I couldnt even open my doors. Jerry and his team did such an amazing job, the paint job really is quality! It basically looks like new.I also got a full car detailing and shampoo and my car looks and feels like it rolled off the lot yesterday! I am more than pleased with the service I received. 10/10 recommend.

First car crash and they made my car look like new faster than they predicted. In addition my car was cleaned, and I accidentally left some valuables inside that were moved into my glove compartment for safe keeping. 10/10 service

Webster said they could just put it back in place no problem for a minimal fee. They couldve easily charged me a lot to fix this but didnt. It was done on time, and looks better than it did before the accident!

Came in after someone rear-ended me pretty badly.Took a little longer than they initially quoted because they had to outsource some electrical work that got more complicated than expected, but on receipt the bodywork was fantastic. They also really did make the process seamless working directly with the at-fault insurance company. They even covered up some dings and scratches at no charge.

I lost my car key fob under my car seat and I couldn’t find it for four days. Jerry was able to retrieve it for me easily. I would def recommend this place 10/10.

Great service. Friendly and honest

My car was involved in a hit and run. The passenger door and fender needed to be replaced. When they removed the panels they found extra damage that wasnt included in the insurance estimate. They took care of getting the estimate bumped up to the correct amount. And they got me a good deal on a rental car (enterprise) while my car was being repaired. When my car was ready I was able to leave the rental on their lot and they would arrange with enterprise to pick it up.

Very kind, honest, shop! Billy gave me a fair estimate, and promised a quick turnaround on my car. Everyone at the shop treated me kindly and politely. I will recommend them to all of my friends! My car is in good hands.

I came here a few months ago because my side mirror had been ripped off and was dangling by a cord. The last time this happened, a place in Boston had charged me an arm and a leg for a whole new mirror. These guys were able to reattach my mirror for relative pennies. They were super nice, and super helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, it was in the lot, and Im not great with tight spaces. When Jerry saw I was having trouble, he patiently directed me like an aircraft marshaller to help me out of that lot lol. 5/5 would recommend!

Great service. Efficient and fast. One of the most difficult thing when we talk about cars is to find a reliable place where they’re not going to rob you. And not just that to provide a good service. I can say after 3 times being there that I trust them since day 1.

They did an excellent job repairing the big dent and broken bumper on my car. Car looks brand new and cannot find a single trace of the crash. They even detailed the interior which is super nice. Highly recommend!

We were dreading the cost when we ended up with shovel scratches on our fairly new car this past winter. These guys did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price, AND finished ahead of time and under the projected cost! Super convenient that they are right down the street too.

My car was in a hit-and-run that left the ENTIRE drivers side in need on replacing. From the bumper to the headlights, whoever hit my car left no spot undamaged. I couldnt even open the drivers side door and the rear drivers side door had been ripped up, with ribbons of metal sticking out! Webster Auto Body came up as a partner with my insurance (Amica) and from the moment I dropped off my car, I knew I had found my new auto body shop. The last shop I went to repaired my car pretty shoddily, with parts that the dealer could tell werent fitted properly. Since I lease, the repairs needed to be Mazda-approved. When I picked my car up at Webster, it looked better than it did off the lot! I have never seen a car so clean - it looked brand new! The paint job they did on it put the original to shame - BEAUTIFUL! It reminded me of my I chose the color in the first place, it sparkled it was full of gemstones! While my car is literally better than it was before, what really stood out about this shop is how personable the staff is. They worked with me to get me a rental at an incredible rate since I didnt have rental included in my insurance. They orchestrated everything so all I had to do was show up. They made taking my car in for repairs such a great experience, I no longer dread having to take my car in.

I went to Webster Auto Body for fixing some significant scraping on the side of my car. They were able to squeeze me in for the next business day and buffed out the scrapes and touched the areas up with with new paint. It was very reasonably priced and it looks great. Looks as new as possible given that I opted not to replace the panel. I recommend them based on this small job they did and I would not hesitate to try them out for a larger job some day.

Jerry and his staff provide a great experience. This is the second time I have brought my cars here for body repair. The people at this shop are trust worthy and provide professional service. They took care of all the insurance paperwork, got me a rental car, and also fixed two small dings that were on my door for a great price. Fortunately, I havent been in any accidents until now.I called up Webster after I rear ended someone in my Genesis Sedan. They got me in very quickly to start working on my car. They told me it would probably take about a week and a half and that is exactly how long it took to complete the job.The quality of work was excellent. My car is not a common car so I was impressed on how fast they completed everything. I am not even lying when I say the car looks better than before I got in the accident.I dealt with Billy on everything over there. I only have good things to say about him. He is a stand up guy and definitely exceeded my expectations of service. Always was available to speak and was always straight up with me.Hopefully I am not in any accidents anytime soon, but if I am I will be bring my car to Webster. I definitely will be recommending Webster to friends and family in the area.

These guys are terrific. Courteous, down to earth and go out of their way to make the experience a good one. I took my car in damage done from a parking garage lime deposit and they had it buffed out in a day. Easy.

Im blown away by the amazing work that Webster Auto Body did on my car. Ive had detailing done by other places, and their work was ok, but Websters work was, by far, the very best! I just had my 09 Toyota detailed by them in preparation for selling it, and this car LITERALLY looks like new - actually better than new! They got rid of scratches, shined everything, and deep cleaned the carpets and upholstery. They got into every crevice, vent, under the seats, They polished the tires, and even cleaned under the hood. WOW!!!

Excellent work. I had a minor accident and found Webster auto body through a referral from a friend. I got my car back looking practically brand new and the interior looked great(No Dirt or dust anywhere) very happy with the level of service. ill come here (Hopefully i wont have to) again if needed.

I came here about two years ago after a minor collision that needed repair on my rear bumper. They took care of everything! They ordered the parts that I needed, they called me back when it arrived and quickly scheduled for me to get it repaired. I met with Billy he was very courteous, professional and gave me realistic timelines. My car came out amazing! Like nothing ever happened! The paint matched perfectly. Fast forward to the present (2 Years later) I noticed that there was a small chip on a corner and upon closer inspection I noticed it was peeling nothing major just a small spot I thought they could just add more paint there. I brought it back and met with Jerry. He told me that they’d have to redo it and make it right and that they guarantee all of their work. He scheduled a time for me to drop off my car for them to redo it. I got the car back it it looks brand new! They vacuumed and detailed the inside, washed and maybe even waxed my car (it was so shiny!)! The bumper looks fantastic! Color matched perfectly (I know they mentioned my paint is not easy to work with, 3 stage process)! I couldn’t be happier with the work and the respect I’ve gotten from these guys both times I’ve come here. I’ve recommended them to my friends before but I wanted to leave a review here to let people know that these guys are honest, reliable, and hardworking guys that take great pride in their work. A+!

Great shop. I use to live in Cambridge and they were always the best shop in the area. Mostly work on high end cars, but they do a great job.

This body shop is the best in the area - bar none! And it has been in the same family for over a century, not too many of those places around anymore, especially in a metropolitan area like Cambridge and Somerville. Their work is factory quality or better on everything theyve ever touched for me. And Im very picky. Cant say enough good about them. You will not be disappointed.

After my vehicles front end was smashed in a parking garage in Boston, the insurance agent and the garage operator sent me to Webster Auto Body. I didnt know anything about Webster, but after talking to Jerry and reading the reviews I decided to go ahead. Talk about perfection! Jerry and his crew made the vehicle look BETTER than it was before the accident. They even picked up and dropped off the vehicle, AND Jerry came back to the garage again on his own later to test drive the vehicle and confirm whether there was an issue when I asked him about a squeaking noise that I had not heard prior to the accident. He provided a full photo journal and documentation of the repair as it was happening. Jerry and crew are the type of folks you want to do business with in life.

Happy with their work and mostly happy with my customer experience. The first time I went to them they were straightforward, dealt with my insurance company, and did excellent work that still looks good 2 years later. The second time, I had a limited budget and they worked with me to stay as close to that as they could. They damaged a headlight in the process but didnt notice the issue before turning the car over to me. They did replace it at their cost, but it was a bit of a hassle. The third time I went to them, they declined to work on the vehicle as they stated it would be written off as a total. I ended up getting the work done at another shop and did keep the car with a clean title, so Im a bit confused to have gotten the response that I did from Webster Auto Body.All in all, Id recommend them if youre in the area and want high quality work done. If youre looking to work on a budget (e.g. on your own dime or on an insurance payout for an older vehicle), then Id personally shop around.

Great body shop they do excellent work. 115 years in business. They started out as blacksmiths. Now they have more 5 star review than any other shoonin Boston area. And they are all 5 stars it was a no brainer coming here after I was clipped recently and BILLY was the man trearrrnmenrith great respect and gave me a warm welcome when I picked the car up today- I was very impressed with the work and this crew - overall 10/10
