I have never met such rude associates until I got here. I came in to return a few gifts that I ended up not liking and the cashier refused to make the return on one of the items because it is old scent and had no price label because it was a gift. She asked so many questions she shouldn’t have: If I had open and use it? Why am I bothering returning it? Have I tried throwing it away? It doesn’t bother me answering these questions but it was noticeable that she was finding any small reason to reject the returns even though their return policy is very generous satisfaction guaranteed. When I turned around, she proceeded to call me vulgar names in Spanish that hurt me because I know Spanish even though I don’t look like it. I left the store in tears. I would never shop from this location again. If anything, I highly recommend the Bath and Body Works location in CambridgeSide. I know for sure they are so much nicer and friendlier. The Yankee Candle two doors down also have super friendly people working there too.

This B&BW is AMAZING! Their customer service is great. I spoke with Yaddi over the phone (apologies if I spelt her name wrong!!), she was very accommodating and polite. Shoutout to her and the employees at this store! Mind you, there are B&BW locations 10/15 minutes away, but I drove 30 minutes away to THIS store because of how great their customer service is over the stores closer to me!

This store is incredibly unprofessional. Store hours state they close at 7:00 PM. I arrived to the store at 6:23 PM. An employee ran to the door when she saw me coming and proceeded to lock it in my face and yell through the glass “WE’RE CLOSED”. I tried to explain that their hours state that they close at 7, but she repeated again that they’re close and then walked away. To me it seems that she wanted to be out of the store herself at 7:00... Amazon here I come.

The store is small comparing to some other places but the staff are super nice and helpful. The store is also often cleaned and reorganized.

Smells can be overwhelming, but that is what youre there for. It is hard to spend a lot of time in the store. The quality of the products and staff are wonderful. I recommend trying it out and seeing what your favorites are.

I love bath and body works, have been buying their products for a while. Tonight just needed to grab a few small sized lotions for Christmas presents and at the register I asked if they offered military discounts (many places dont offer it and thats totally ok, doesnt hurt to ask right?). The lady helping me asked her coworker on the next register and to my surprise she starts a series of questions. 1. Who is asking for the discount 2. What is she buying 3. Opens the bag with my products take a look inside check with the lady that was helping me what is the total price of my purchase and than answers no we dont. I am not asking for you to create a discount that you usually dont offer but you should not make the decision based on the size of my purchase or cost, if you have a discount it should be available to everyone no matter how much your customers are spending in your store.

The customer service reps are very nice and knowledgeable...they greet you with a smile...they can help with anything your looking for...nice location and can find parking depending on The time of day..but love this store

Average-sized, well-presented store (although the front door was partly damaged when I visited) offering the standard collection of all the great creams and bath products one expects from this brand. Friendly, professional customer service. Located in Somervilles premier shopping district, Assembly Row. Ample free parking available and a short walk from the MBTA orange line Assembly subway station.

The service was far from good.We were purchasing several items on deal, and the lady at the checkout was not very quite responsive when processing our items. She even did not apply discounts on several of our items. If we did not review the receipt carefully, we would miss the overcharge. Will not recommend my friends to shop in their store.
