Doctor gave very extensive exam and was very knowledgeable. The staff were extremely helpful and cordial! Highly recommend!

Staff is very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. It was my 1st time going there and Im so happy i found them. The office is impressive & clean and very homey. They make u feel very welcome. They follow strict covid guidelines & i appreciated that a lot.

I went here today with my son for the first time and we had a great experience. They were very clean, followed all of the COVID protocols and everyone was very friendly. The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. After my exam I was asked what type of glasses I wanted and was not shown 20 pairs of $500 frames before being shown the style that I said I liked. I will be recommending Somerville Family Eyecare to all of my friends.

I was so happy with my recent eye exam at Somerville Family Eyecare! Dr. DiGeso is knowledgeable and kind, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and put me at ease. Her staff are really personable and professional - they even spent extra time helping to pick out new glasses that look great on me! The office also took all COVID precautions seriously, which made me feel really comfortable while in the office and during my exam.

Dr. DiGeso is wonderful! She is patient and thorough, taking the time to explain everything. She doesn’t rush you through like some docs i’ve seen do. I have been a patient of hers for many years and highly recommend her. Her office staff are professional and pleasant. The office is also very clean, you can totally tell they care about their patients.

Dr. DiGeso, I feel, has always taken the best care of me when it comes to my eyesight. Her and her staff are very professional and always have been with me. I had an accident in March, 2020 that resulted in trauma around my eyes. From a photo over the Internet shewas able to guide me in the proper care and she even did a follow-up afterwards. Highly recommend her and her team.

Dr Ana Digeso is the RUDEST person I have ever met. Extremely sassy and completely unprofessional. The other workers are fine, but she is the absolute worst. Never again. Would give a 0/5 if possible.

Needless to say, I would not have continued to stay all these ears if I wasnt extremely happy and satisfied. My wife and myself have been going to Dr. DiGeso for over 20 years. She is very patient and attentive to all our needs. She is very professional and her demeanor to listen and explain is exceptional. I personally had a major eye issue over 5 years ago and she was very instrumental getting additional specialists involved that were needed for my condition. She continues to go above and beyond our expectations. We both highly recommend her for any of your eye care requirements as evidenced by our longevity with her. Additionally her office staff are excellent and very accommodating.

Other reviewers who said Dr Digeso is rude are correct. I went to see her twice. The first time she was so rude when I asked her for some clarification on my insurance coverage and she was so rude about it. My contact lens issue was also not resolved and I went to a different doctor to resolve it.Have said all this, her staff are extremely nice and very helpful.

We have seen Dr. DiGeso for more than 10 years. Our experiences with her have been excellent. She always performs very thorough checks on our eyes and answers all our questions. She is a very nice person with strong knowledge and we always enjoy seeing her.

I was beyond impressed with my recent visit . The staff was welcoming and patient and I was made very comfortable. In addition, Dr. DiGeso was attentive and didn’t for a minute dismiss my concerns . She was patient and extremely thorough as well . I highly recommend this practice !

I had a tricky situation, had been to two previous eye doctors without any real improvement for corneal erosion, and was worried I was headed for a scary-sounding procedure to remove the whole cornea. Dr. Digeso did the most thorough exam Id ever had and settled on an entirely new approach. Now Im just about symptom free, keeping my cornea, and am thrilled with the results.

If I could give Dr. Anna DiGeso 10 stars, I would. I have been seeing her for a couple years now and would never dream of seeing a different eye doctor. Dr. DiGeso is the kindest doctor you will ever meet. She shows that she really cares about her patients. She is very thorough and goes over everything each and every time I had an appointment. Her staff is very knowledgeable and they help with any questions I have before I see the greatest eye doctor. There should really be more doctors in every profession out there like Dr. DiGeso!!! I recommend everyone to make an appointment with Somerville Family Eyecare to get their eyes checked up.

The office admin is extremely rude. She sounded crisp and cold on the phone and was not patient-friendly at all.
