Fast and affordable only reason why I took a star away is that I paid to fill up and Im waiting for my credit back because the tank didnt take as much oil as I pad for. I hoping to not have to call, it should be automatic. I will update if my credit appears in the next few days.

I was a little bit skeptical when I saw how low the oil price was. I did some research and decided to give it a try. The oil company who delivered the oil called me soon after placing my order to let me know what day they would be out. They also asked to come in to check my tank to make sure it was in good working order. No other discount oil delivery services ever done that. Its a great value and I am very pleased with the company.

I am switching oil deliveries from a big full service company that I learned is charging me between $0.90 and well over a dollar more per gallon than more independent companies. I stumbled across Boilerjuice on the day I was decided to pick an independent company named after my school district in southwest Rhode Island. Being skeptical that it could be a scam, I called the phone number and I got an answer pretty quick but from the U.K. They said they would get my contact info to the top person in Boston. Me being pushy, I decided to try the Chat box and got a Hannah who answered quite a few questions; I did have to wait some for her to explore some details, but I was fine with that. She passed my contact info on to Boston as well, but I happened to call when the main person was on vacation - so another person called from Boston - the U.S. operations person. She was very helpful, personable, and took care to be honest about where she was expert on the company operations and where I would need to talk with the guy next week. I have decided this is a new company as far as the U.S. goes, that the U.K. history looks good (but wrong side of the pond), but that the price offered was another 6% below the prices for the independents with a convincing case for reliability. So I have started the process to sign up - but my tank is currently fairly full from the prior company, so it will likely be a week or more before I actually place my first order. I am satisfied that these people will talk to me, even as they start growing more. So I am quite optimistic. Also, since they work with several delivery companies, it seems sensible to me that they will always have a way to get my a delivery on time (I will go for automatic for sure) whereas some of the smaller independent companies could have bottlenecks that are harder to manage. And I think on 780 gallons per year I am likely to save around $700 or more per year compared to the long-time company Ive had for 15 years (name starting with P).
